I have been working with Hire Alternatives for almost 2months, and kept meaning to leave a review. But Im glad I waited a little while . Because it takes a little time to truly get to know the people you are working with. And I can say now, without a doubt how AMAZING its been working for this agency. I personally worked more with Angel, and didnt have much of a chance to get to know the others. But Angel, as Ive told her, totally lives up to the name. She treated me with respect compassion and understanding . It had been 10yrs, since I had been out in the working world, and was very nervous, and unsure about how I would handle it. The first job I went on, I was able to stay on for over a month. The next job unfortunately wasnt quite cut out for me. But that was because of my own inability, but Angel was very kind and understood. So Im looking forward to whatever job comes next. I advise anyone looking for work to give Hire Alternatives a try, you WILL NOT be disappointed 😊 Have a great day

I worked for this staffing agency when they were hire alternatives and I found this staffing agency to be top notch. I went into the new Reserves Network office this morning to update my application. The gentleman who helped me, Nathan, was extremely helpful, courteous and I believe that although it is under a new company that this agency remains outstanding.

I applied and was offered a position that day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. After working required hours I was hired on full time at the company they sent me to. They have several positions most of the time with competitive rates. I will definitely go to them in the future if I become unemployed again.

The people here are very nice they had me working within 2 days....the place and hours are perfect for me ! they had a couple of opportunities for me to choose from! They even let you know if the job they place you at isnt a good fit they will help you to be placed in one that does!! I would and have already recommended them to others! I would definately use them in the future if needed!!

This company is always helpful! From the beginning you have to do the bare minimum. They take care of so much for you. All you have to do is fill out the paper work of your qualifications, background information etc and they match you up with the best job for your schedule. I am a full time student so that is very important to me especially as hard as it is to find a job on your own especially with my schedule. The only negatives I have are it’s all warehouse work but you don’t need experience and the jobs are easy enough to learn and there are no benefits until a year. Whenever I had to call out or was going to be late they would contact my employer for me which was helpful as well. I’m very happy with the service I’ve been given and I definitely recommend coming here for help finding a job.

Despite my slight disability of not being able to lift very heavy stuff, she still went ahead and gave me further job options that fits my need.The part I enjoyed most is their speed of response, when you call or email, theres always someone to respond to you immediately.Guys,keep up the good work. Beyond satisfied. As a felon it is nearly impossible for me to find a decent job even at temp agencies. The first day I came in Ms. Olivera greeted me and was very kind and made me feel welcome even after I told her my history. I finished the paperwork and left, figuring I wouldnt get any position at all. When I called her the following Monday she informed me that I could go to a molding company and work. With the possibility of going full time with alot of room to advance. Thanks to her I now have a job that pays more than anywhere else and I am so happy with their service. If youre having a tough time finding employment please go there and they will help you out for sure. Thanks guys!!

I cant say anything but positive things about this company. I went in applied and started working within the week. I did a long term assignment for them and eventually they found me a direct hire position. Now I am permanent with the company. This company gave me the opportunity that other agencies wouldnt. I could not be more pleased.!!!The people were more than friendly and I couldn’t be more greatful for this company and the people that work for them.!!!

If it were possible I would be giving this agency a zero star review. Four friends and myself have all attempted employment through Hire Alternatives only to be sorely disappointed. Miss one day of work, even with a doctors note, and they refuse to find you anymore assignments(claiming nothing is available). Have an assignment ended and good luck ever hearing from them again. Waited for days to be contacted, yet whenever I called them was told they had NOTHING and would be in touch when they found something. Tell me how you have no assignments for a whole week? I’ve heard from factories I’ve been through that employers are beginning to go through different agencies and if I were you I would do the very same. If it was just one bad experience I would less upset, but the fact that my friends have experienced the same exact issues shows that this company is completely lacking. Ended up extremely behind on bills because this agency simply DOESNT CARE.

So I went into Hire Alternatives and the staff seemed nice. I filled out all of the paper work then spoke with one of the staff. I mentioned that I was looking for a minimum of $9 hr and was told that there may be an opening soon for a warehouse position for $9 hr 1st shift but I had to call or text back next week to say that I was interested. So next week arrives and I texted the number that I was given and stated that I was still interested in the position. The person that I spoke with did not text me back, but another person did and asked me if I wanted a different position in Mebane. Seeing as how I needed a job I said yes. I never heard back from this person. So, I called to speak with the employee that I had an interview with. The first time she was in an interview. A couple days later she was out of the office. The third time I left a message but she didnt call me back. The forth time I called and she was there but my call rang once then went straight to voicemail. So its safe to say that I was being ignored. I wish my interviewer would have just told me the truth that nothing was available that paid over $8 hr so my time would not have been wasted.
