They completely screwed up my business and created a mess.1. Migrated my store without warning and in those 24 hours created a days worth of setup and fixing to keep the business running2. Cannot update prices. Server just crashes3. Since the migration all of the inventory is out of sync and not responding to uploaded files with correct quantities creating a mess of oversold items.Just a few examples to mention.Used to love Ecomdash but its becoming quite apparent it cannot handle the workload. Do not recommend for larger sellers. Very disappointed.

Very nice for any size of business who sell online on 2 platforms or more!Lets say a wordpress woocommerce online store and amazon selling account.If you are selling on more than 2 amazon countries, that could be very helpful also for inventory management... Kits creation... And my favorite feature : sell the same product on amazon with different ASIN. ecomdash will manage and sync the available stocks for you!

Ecomdash is a very good inventory management software. We have been using Ecomdash for 5 years - without any issues. Easy storefront integrations. The tech support is the best, they are committed to helping until issues are resolved. Absolutely recommended!!

Theres a huge amount thats good about ecomdash and it does most of what I want. Support is awesome but support hours are limited (and Im not running my business during normal business hours)...but if you can wait, youll get excellent help.

A mixed bag. Some of their staff, like Enoch, are very supportive and helped to sort out a myriad of issues. Unfortunately most of those issues were caused by other staff. The price is right and in theory it is a robust piece of software - I just wish there was better overall service and functionality.

I started a free trial. Never used the software. But they refuse to stop billing. Even though they can see theres been zero activity in months.Why should a company make it so hard to honor a request for cancellation?Why make it so hard on a shopper who once considered the product?I am so frustrated.

We love that they are constantly trying to improve the software and making sure we have the information we need to use it. Support is amazing, they always answer right away and have the answer we need.

Shopped between many software and picked Ecomdash. The price is most reasonable and has all the functions I need to manage inventory among my online stores. I had used it for almost 3 years now, the customer service is great, they get back to you pretty quickly and answers my question very clearly.

It is robust and handles our thousands of kits (assemblies) across 4 stores. Am still learning but am impressed and happy to have invested the time into the database moving from our legacy system. It is ideal if you are just getting started also.

I closed my account 10 months ago because there was no longer a need for multi channel software. This month a charge for the minimum charge was withdrawn from my bank account. I contacted ecomdash support and they immediately reversed the charge. They told me they put my account on hold rather than closing it as I requested. I do not fully agree with the explanation but am pleased with their speed to correct the issue. A customer past or current should not receive this type of problem from a software specialist.

For the most part excellent cloud based solution. Support and feature enhancement could use a little more attention. I simply stopped using the support unless absolutely necessary.

Great multi channel inventory software.It can be a little overwhelming at first but the support is great and they help you get the things you need done quickly.We couldn’t run our business with them.

Support is always helpful. Fast to respond. I have tried lots of channel manager and ecomdash is by far one of the best out there.

Nothing but a great experience with this team. Very responsive to questions and very receptive to solving problems and fixing mistakes we have made along the way. The only reason for not giving five stars is the fact that shortly after joining the rate doubled per month. We can highly recommend them.

The gentleman I spoke with was not very customer friendly. He seemed to not know about the product and when I asked my questions he pretty much told me to look at the videos he emailed me. I also recieved an email from my personal representative asking how I was liking my trail. I replied back with the concerns i had from the phone rep and asked for him to call me. when he replied he pretty much said there was nothing he could do for me. And for me to call customer support or go to the live chat. I called support again just to see what would happen. I got the same rep who i spoke with the first time. Same response. Except he sounded aggervated that he had to talk to me again. So these people are not friendly or very supportive.

I reported a Parent SKU export issue in conjunction with an inventory format. The problem was identified on Thursday and corrected by the next Wednesday. Very happy with the professionalism of ecomdash support.

Ive used their service for a year and Im happy with the service and the tech support. There was a big learning curve, but I sell on 3 different platforms and I understand the challenges with keeping track of that inventory on big platforms that themselves are changing. After a year of use I started adding my inventory to Amazon in addition to selling on eBay, Etsy, and Shopify. ecomdash seems to be handling it fine! Whenever there are problems tech support is responsive. Much more affordable than any of their competitors and I DID my research before going with them. Im a self employed artist with one half time office employee. I sell about 2,000 items a year. ecomdash has certainly upped my game at an affordable price! --David at DVHdesigns

So far ecomdash has been amazing only 2 months in but it is the easiest interface I have used of the 5 Inventory managers I have trialed or used. Also they have a low price not based on gross sales. There was a bug in the software, they found it and fixed in 3 days.Update 11/12/2017Has worked nearly flawlessly for 8 months now was easy to transition to and easy to manage our orders and inventory. Handles having different skus for each warehouse well and updates fast and accurate.There is really only one annoyances as the orders views are missing some functions depending on the page you are on. And they seem to of gotten rid of release notes I never know what new feature was added unti lI dig back into my settings. As I said minor annoyance. I used to have another annoyance but they fixed it just last week.Updates to all the marketplaces are quick and log so you can see exactly when and why something synced.The positive of even the issue is the support they are quick and will admit their issues and fix them. They did seem to remove their phone support but chat and trouble ticket support is quick and they have a schedule a call feature in which you can schedule a call usually within 30 minutes.

I have confidence that when I have a problem that you will get it resolved. My problems are small in the scheme of things but you resolve them anyways.

Ecomdash has been the single best thing that has happened to my business. It allows me to sync inventory between all my stores...Shopify, Ebay, Etsy, and Amazon, so that I do not run out of stock on any of my sites and dont have to spend hours updating inventory manually on all my sites. They have always been helpful if I needed assistance. Highly recommended!

We (HardwareBox) have had a great experience with the Ecomdash platform. Its very easy to use, despite the large number of features. Very customisable templates and some great analytical reporting which helps with our forecasting and re-ordering. Would definitely recommend.

We picked Ecomdash because of its great inventory synchronization between multiple eCommerce platforms - available at an affordable price. Many similar services are charging 3 - 5 times what Ecomdash charges.Additionally, Ecomdash has features for creating listings, order management, shipping, etc. Highly recommended.

Weve used eComDash now for almost a year and have been amazingly satisfied with not only the product their amazing customer service. We have over eight online channels that we manage inventory and listings for across Amazon and Shopify quickly and easily. Every company has its own challenges making the online commerce business a success but with eComDash it allows us to focus on selling the products and not managing the process. Five Stars for eComDash and their staff!

So far so good. Just started up and everything seems to be synching correctly. I use Zencart, and I have a plug in my Numinix- Numinix products variants , which was not compatible by Ecomdash, so I paid Numinix to have the scripting done to make it compatible. There have been some ups and downs, and it took a while to sort out, but now that we have everything running, it seems to be working great. I like the fact that when you add and subtract stock from the ecomdash platform, you can write a note as to why you adjusted the quantity. Will update this review later, as time goes by. 2/2/2019 Update, for the price and customer service I still rate them a 5. The customer service rep I like the most is Benjamin he is awesome and deserves a raise for putting up with my fiestiness. Anyways, all our synching works perfect for zen cart, amazon, ebay, and etsy. Walmart is getting there. But about 95% of this is walmart themselves, they are so unorganized over there. Now we have synching working about 98% of the time and that is great for walmart. There is one option they are adding and we have been waiting on and that is the ability to list products with variants on walmart, because right now they would confliuct with ebay variants, because Walmarts selections are different. This update will enable us to be fully functional for all our products, in the meantime we are listing products without variants on walmart. But everything else works great, and customer service is fast and responsive and the best feature they have is to schedule a call. Like really! That is such a great idea, more companies should adopt this method! I schedule my call , then i set an alarm on my phone and they call right on time. Benjamin and Brian are very knowledgeable.
