I went there to exchange euros. No one there so I get food at the food court and wait. An hour gos by so I call number. No answer. I call main office number a nice woman writes regional manager was very helpful and as clueless as I was cuz no one reported an emergency close or early leave. I give her my e mail and she passed it to the regional manager. Regional manager writes me some one will be there between 6:15 and six thirty. I leave at seven no one shows up. I write back no one showed up. Then I get message they showed up at 7:03. I could use all kinds of ulgy words to describe my experience but I wont. Good luck travelex hope you finding reliable staff. I see all the bad reviews on here kinda sad. Only one good one.

The exchange rate is very bad here. I bought 300 Canadian dollars and rate was 1.11CAD/USD(Bank of America was 1.21). You might think its not Big difference, but its actually about 10%, which means you need to pay $10 more for every $100. They also charge $10 service fee. The good thing is you can get the foreign money right away.So if you are not in hurry, its better to order foreign currency from bank, which might take several days, but will give you reasonable exchange rate and a little cheaper service fee.

No one is ever at the stand. Does anyone work there??? I’ve order money to be picked up there a few times but had to wait over an hour before to get any service. They need to shut this place down or get a better worker.

The guys here are EXTREMELY rude. He was rushing me and getting rude considering there was no one behind me. They act like Im inconveniencing them, ITS YOUR JOB. Long haired kid said western union system is down every time I go. The short haired guy is just rude, and gets smart with you when you have a question.DONT GO HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELLS!!!

I had to give this one star to get my review to post but it should be no stars. These people charged a $10 service fee and took 27% of my daughters Japanese Yen despite showing a much better exchange rate online. When I spoke to the store employee he accused me of being rude and said it was like saying a restaurant charged too much for the food after you had eaten. This was a very disappointing experience and I will be contacting the AGs office.

Was very nice and simple transaction.

Had to wait 20 minutes because no one was at the stand. Then had to wait 35 min for her to wait on one person in front of me. Terrible service
