Company refused to even give me an estimate unless I was going to use them because it costs their company money to come out.... I am speechless...

Stanley Steemer does not know what a favor they did me today. First they messed up my scheduled appointment and when I called to see when they would be arriving the person taking the call was unprofessional and rude. I called Rainbow and spoke with someone very professional and she was able to get me an appointment same day. The team, Clinton and Donnell, came and when they finished my carpets looked like brand new. Stanley Steemer NEVER did the job Rainbow International of Alamance Cty did today. I will recommend this company to any and all. Great job!! Thank you.

Its a wonderful company. Ive seen townsend restoration, servpro , Disaster one, and afterdisater. And i can tell you none of the other restoration companies come close to Rainbow. They Have a respectful and honorable owner. What he says he does it. And is willing to help and understand the client in the worst time. I would recommend this restoration company to anyone. They are wonderful people. Just give them a Call when you have a water leak damage , smoke or fire.
