We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel that is, well not going well. The one shining star in all the darkness has been the Granite Place. Unlike all of the other contractors they came and measured when they said they would. They came out and installed half my counters today so we may get a working sink after 15 weeks without, and will be back to install the other half when the right cabinets show up.Luis and Junior were professional, didnt leave a mess, were friendly, and the counters look awesome. They checked in to see if they could come early, then showed up right at the time they said they would. A sadly rare trait in contractors these days.I wish I had the name of the gentleman who came to measure, he was great as well.

We purchased a quartz remnant to be used for 2 bathrooms since it was the only beige piece they had. They initially cut the slab for the 1st bath, but they did not cut it correctly. Our plumber told us it was cut incorrectly because he couldn’t hook up the sink to the plumbing. The 2nd set of installers came back and wanted to cut our brand new sink so that the quartz would fit. But we told them no, and that they needed to recut the stone to fit the countertop. The 3rd group of installers came and did a good job of finally cutting the piece to fit. However, there was no more of the slab left to use for the 2nd bath. So I went to their stores and saw nothing available that was similar. So I asked for my money back. After 3 weeks and many emails and phone calls, I finally got my check back but only because I went there in person to pick it up. I would never go back to this place again.

I had the pleasure of getting my Kitchen counter top work done by The Granite Place a few weeks ago. Before closing the job with them, I had previously gotten 3 quotes for the same stone material that were extremely high compared to The Granite Place. I highly recommend their work to anyone!!! Michelly & Carol helped me with my project from beginning to end and it was such a great experience, they were very helpful and pleasant. Their crew came into my house, they were respectable and extremely professional! Great experience with The Granite Place. They priced a counter for my outdoor grilling area to my budget. As soon as I was ready, they scheduled the template within a week of my phone call and were telling me the installation date before they left with the template. Installation went smooth. They adhered the counter top to my framing with a mortar mix and even drilled a hole for an umbrella. I was beyond impressed with their professionalism and promptness. The whole experience could not have been better or easier.

TGP came through again. When I decided to enlarge my kitchen island, they got me a price timely, fabricated quickly and installed right away. The install crew were polite and left my house clean.

I was looking for engineered quartz counter tops and they have a great selection for kitchens and bathrooms. I used The Granite Place for 2 bathroom vanities and the kitchen counters. Sales managed the process well and the installation went as smoothly as can be expected. Im enjoying the much improved look!

We are so impressed with The Granite Place! With this being our first remodel we had a LOT of questions! We changed our mind several times as well. Clarissa was extremely patient - and very knowledgeable! I emailed her so many times I was afraid she might block me ;) She answered every message quickly and always offered support. Someone offered to purchase our kitchen cabinets (including all countertops) but they wanted the counter granite and island granite to be in one piece - a VERY difficult task. The crew worked tirelessly to do that removal and were SUCCESSFUL! Well be remodeling our bathroom next and theyll be our first call.

This store has a beautiful showroom and huge selection. The sales process was great and turnaround was very fast. When we got to install, however, the crew was sloppy. They damaged my brand new cabinets both by breaking interior pieces off the sink cabinet and by banging the counter into a corner on a $1500 panel - damage that could not be fixed and The Granite Place was unwilling to engage with me on addressing. The crew wouldnt have even told me about it if my contractor hadnt seen it happen (they kept silent as my contractor picked up the chipped off piece of wood and said hey watch it!). Additionally, the seam was contaminated with filth from their tools, and I ended up with a dark grey line on white counters. While The Granite Place did provide good service and tried to fix this, the damage was done and only marginally improved. I went here based on all the fabulous reviews on Google so I just wanted to add this perspective. With all the granite options out there, I would not use them again.

My husband and I worked with The Granite Place for our kitchen renovation and could not be happier with the results! Their showroom is beautiful and they were very helpful assisting us to find the perfect stone for our counters. Wilton, Frank, and Nilclisio handled our installation. They were efficient, careful, friendly, and made sure to talk us through every step. We had to have one seam in the entire kitchen, but you can barely see its there- a sign of truly great work. The end result is beautiful! I highly recommend this company!

My wife and I recently renovated our kitchen and the only frustration was trying to find the right granite and back splash. We had tried all the big box stores and big name granite companies. Either their selection wasnt in abundance or they just did not have what we were looking for in a counter top. The other challenge was that the other granite stores did not have back splash, so trying to match up was daunting to say the least. When we heard about the Granite Place, we figured we would stop by and are we glad that we did. The service was excellent. We were shown many large slabs of granite to choose from, as well as back splash. What was taking weeks, took just over an hour to select both a granite we love and the perfect back splash to compliment it. The install was done exactly on time as well.Working with Clarissa was exceptional. I have been a Realtor for 28 hours and pride myself in top service and when I say someone is the me in their field, it is the highest compliment I can give. Clarissa is the me if you are looking for granite and back splash.

We ordered our granite counter top from The Granite Place. From the moment we walked in to take a look at their beautiful slabs and until the installment we had a very positive experience. Scarlet helped us to make a good decision. She shared her expertise without being pushy. She was easily accessible by phone and email. We took our time to make our decision. Once we placed our order, the guys came out to take the measurements in two days. The installment took place the following week. So all in all it took one week to complete the whole process from beginning to end. We are very happy with our beautiful granite counter top! We highly recommend The Granite Place. Were very grateful for the cutting board which we received as a free gift with our order.

Our countertop installation took an extra week because these guys cut the hole for the sink wrong, leaving us with no working kitchen for a week. After finally correcting this the neglected to apply the needed caulking. Overall they were very careless and lazy, wouldn’t recommend.

Called the Granite Place for a quote on counter top for a Bar at my house, If I could I would leave them a 10 star. Outstanding service, great costumer service and installation. Gave them measurements, they came out to do the template, they were able to complete service the same week. Im thrilled on how it came out. I recommend them 100%. We recently replaced our 20 year old Corian kitchen counter tops with quartz counter tops from The Granite Place. The process was easy, quick and enjoyable from start to finish. Their showroom has a beautiful display of counter top options and once we settled on a handful of our top choices, Scarlet, our rep came to our home, measured the space and provided us with detailed cost estimates for all of our options. Once we made our final choice, within a week they came back to make the template and a week after that, the counter tops were installed. We had a positive experience and recommend The Granite Place.

Hi,The Granite Place was very friendly, helpful, professional, and they were on time! They did what they promised and our new counters are beautiful. The only reason why I gave them four stars instead of five is because Im not crazy about where the seam is. The installer did talk to me about it though and I knew it was coming. Clarissa also talked to me about it and reassured me that the seam is a common thing and that it would not be too noticeable. She was right and it is not too noticeable but it is still there. Regardless though, the counters are beautiful and we are very happy.

As a real estate investor and renovator it is always difficult to find and retain good professionals. Out of all the contractors and professionals we worked with on our job The Granite Place was the easiest and most professional company to work with. They are a family owned company and have a large variety of stone to select from. From the very beginning to the end Clarissa could not have been more helpful in our selection and installation of the granite for our two kitchens. We had a long delay in getting the installation once we ordered the granite due to delays in our project and they were very patient and understanding of our issues. After having bad experiences in the past with granite companies I was relieved to finally have someone we can trust and could accommodate our renovation timelines. They would be the only granite company that I would recommend and look forward to working with them on future projects.

My in-laws chose The Granite Place to install quartz countertops in the house that we had just purchased while we were away on our honeymoon as a wedding present. Not only did they have a great selection and good prices, but we were able to get the quality of the quartz just what we wanted. We had just had our floors refinished and their crew was great and put down mats so that they wouldnt scuff up the finish as they worked. Without hesitation, I highly recommend The Granite Place.
