I found this company online and reached out to them to get a quote for some new granite countertops and for some additions to our bathrooms. They were prompt and quick with getting out to us and setting up a quote. We were planning on using them for our other offices if this went well. Fast forward to now, they are impossible to get in touch with. They do not show up when they say they will nor do they call to advise you they are not coming. The manager did not call me when I was assured he would. Finally received a call from our salesperson after emailing the manager. I called her back within 15 minutes and sent a text and couldn’t even get a courtesy call/message or email back. Working in the customer service industry it blows my mind another company treats their clients this way. They lack serious communication and I would not recommend them.
