Ive been a State Farm customer for many years..they definitely take care of their customers!

Have been with Mike Bullard State Farm Insurance off and on for around 10 years. I have my auto and home with them. Like many people I hate to have to pay insurance and you should be giving it to a company you trust. I only been in one wreck when a woman who had State Farm Insurance turned in front of me and I hit her. At that time I did not have State Farm but was looking to change. I decided to wait and see how professionally and promptly State Farm would take care of me and my car. They did an excellent job repairing my car, hand and neck. At that point I decided to switch and have not had any regrets.

We cancelled our family auto policy and was assured we would not be billed further. However 3 days later another payment was taken out without my permission causing multiple overdrafts on our account. A refund was offered for a certain date only to find out a check was sent out to cover only part of the payment that was taken. Now our bank will not reverse the fees that state farm caused. Considering small claims action to get our full payment back including overdraft fees time and effort spent to recover it. Terrible service

It doesnt get any better than this. Mike and Tammy are the best. Wonderful customer service. Always easy to work with and informative. They are appreciated and the reason Ive been using State Farm for 20 years.
