Ive been really happy with 89 Taxi while in Burlington. They always give an (accurate) estimate of how long it will take them to get to you, which is not always the case with some of the other companies in the area. Ive been told 10 to 15 minutes and still been waiting 25 or 30 minutes later. The drivers are also really nice guys!

During the recent blizzard 89 Taxi came to our rescue. Not only were they the only company willing to come out, they insisted on charging the standard amount even after being offered a premium. (I was fully expecting to pay at least double.) Professional, courteous, and unfazed even when he got stuck on snow - got my niece to her job safely and we are very grateful. Very happy to share our satisfaction with recent service. 89 Taxi will be listed in all our phones as no.1 goto for cabs.

I live in downtown Burlington and have used 89 Taxi on multiple occasions for both my friends when they are in town and need an early morning lift to the airport and myself. 89 Taxi is flexible on times and ALWAYS arrives on time. I have lived in Burlington for 5 years and have had previous experiences with other services of a reserved cab not showing up, or showing up late. 89 taxi is not only reliable, but Farkad is the first taxi driver to ever come directly to my door (instead of just calling from the cab) to help me with my luggage.I currently only use 89 taxi and the number is saved in my phone as taxi. I recommend 89 taxi and give their services 5 stars, for sure!

Farkad was extremely helpful in helping me get to Montreal in the middle of the night after having flight cancellations and delays. He was professional, timely and considerate. I left my passport in the taxi and he made sure I had it back in time to catch my flight home. Thank you for everythng!!!

NO CALL, NO SHOW! Made a reservation weeks ahead and even confirmed the day of, but no one showed up! When I tried to call and text, no answer and no response. You cant depend on 89 taxi!

I made a reservation to go to the airport at 4 a.m. They didnt show up and when I called them they told me they have been waiting for me at the appointed address which was a plain lie because I was there waiting in the front door. Dont trust this people, not at all!

Got someone on the phone that sounded like he was drunk, didnt understand that I wanted to schedule a pickup for the next morning, and hung up on me when I was looking for the information to answer a question he asked me. Called back, straight to voicemail.
