I have a service plan with controlair for my restaurant. They are on top of all the required maintenance and when something goes wrong (like it did last week), they get someone out to fix it fast. I’ve been using them for only a year so far so time will tell but so far I’ve been extremely pleased with every interaction I’ve had.

I had to replace a very old furnace in my condo. Through word of mouth I was put in touch with ControlAir. Having very limited knowledge about furnaces, I was very uneasy and cautious about working with any contractor out of fear of being conned into paying a premium for things I just dont need. However, ControlAir put me at ease.The project manager assigned to my work, Justin, was easy to work with. He was clearly knowledgeable about the system in my house, was very insightful and explained what needed to be done in laymans terms, and gave me a reasonable price for the work. On the day of the installation, the ControlAir team arrived on schedule and did what I deem as fantastic work. After the job was completed, they walked me through the new system and ensured that everything was functioning as expected. And even better...they cleaned up after themselves and left a very clean space.I finally went through my first evening without the clanking and gurgling that came from the old furnace. Very happy with ControlAir and would highly recommend them.

ControlAir Systems helped install, troubleshoot and implement a very complex hot yoga system for my company. They worked tirelessly with the engineer and builder to ensure the system was working properly and to spec. I recently called ControlAir to service my central air conditioner. When I first called I spoke with Al, who I believe might be one of the owners. He gave me some easy troubleshooting advice over the phone to see if that would help first like changing the filter. I received a phone call a couple hours after from him checking in to see if it had helped. I wasnt feeling much of a difference and he said hed have a service guy out first thing the next morning. Elhadj arrived right on time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He then walked me through showing me where he found several air leaks and how he fixed them. As someone who knows nothing about these systems, I appreciated the fact that he also took the time to explain some things about my system and how it functions. Im not someone who usually writes reviews, but its tough finding a company you can trust with outstanding customer service from the owner right down to the servicemen. I selected Controlair to replace my 15 year old air conditioning system. I received quotes from 3 vendors and they were pretty similarly priced to one vendor, and less than another. I found them to be very professional -- both when doing the pre-sales visit for the quote and when they did the work. They were on time, on schedule and everything worked out fine. I reported a minor issue with the thermometer setting after the work was complete, and they came out the next morning and leveled the thermometer so it was more accurate. Excellent service -- very happy with my selection of Control Air.

Last week our AC unit crashed in the middle of a heat wave... Not good on a 99 degree day! I came across Control Air and gave them a call. They showed up very quickly and were extremely professional and courteous. They explained the problem, got the system up and running, and gave a few tips on how to properly maintain the air conditioner.
