Came after hours because I had no heat. I have a medical condition were I cant be in the cold long. The technician was very professional and got me heat in no time.

The tech that came out to fixed my moms AC with no problem. It was just a capacitor, and he had it fixed in no time. The problem was, he did not reattach the cover panel on the HVAC unit, and it was simply leaning back over the wiring. The new capacitor, along with the wiring was completely open to the elements, including rain. Luckily I checked behind him after he left and discovered it. He has lost all the machine bolts, so I had to go buy more to finish the job. This is the second time they have done this to her HVAC unit. The first time they left the screws off the fan guard, which left it unattached and very dangerous. I fixed that as well. Seems like some very simple things to miss, yet could cause major problems.

I love them, eveytime they send someone very professional and very nice... I feel like they are reasonably for my needs.

Came home Friday evening and my ac was not working, my wife called them thinking they will hopefully come out tomorrow, but they were at my house in 15 minutes, had the unit working in about 30 mins just replaced and small part and cleaned out the unit. I’m not going to mention how little they charged me because you wouldn’t believe it. Received a follow up call making sure there were no problems , OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Highly recommend them very friendly and fast. Will be using them again.

I had a great experience with the company. They installed the system years ago and we had great crew come out who were respectful and friendly. Have never had any problems with the system. Now when selling the house there was an electrical question that came up and they were out here promptly and at no charge. Nice to work with would recommend to a friend.

My mother returned to her home after a weekend of visiting with us to find out that the meter man had changed out her meter and in the process one of the meter base lugs, after 56 years broke. The meter man had to disconnect it because of the danger involved.Chisholm Service was able to get their electrician out that day to disconnect power, replace the meter base and set up the inspection needed to have the power turned back on all before 4 pm!I want to say thank you for all the hard work everyone did at Chisholm for her to get her power restored without loss of food and the comfort of heat again on a 15° day.

Had a problem with my HVAC and had been told it would be about $1,700 to replace a part to fix by unit. Had Chisholm look at the system and they told me the $1,700 estimate was about right, but explained to me that because of the type of system I had, but that there was a chance I could replace that part and in a short time if something else happened we would have to replace the whole unit and the $1,700 I paid for the part would be wasted. I consulted with several other company’s and they concurred what Chisholm had told me. I bought a new unit from Chisholm and feel like they kept me from wasting $1,700.The Service manager was great and so was the gentleman that installed the unit.

We bought house new 10 years ago and have not gone a single year without air conditioning repairs needed. When we asked them to help out with the repair cost they refused and did not want to back up their product .I would stay away from this company

Fair warning to those who use Chisolm to repair their AC unit. Weve had nothing but problems with them since the beginning, (theyve been up to 2.5 hours late for appointments, fixed things that werent broken because they couldnt figure out what was, etc), but this has gone too far. A month ago we had a fan blade replaced in our unit, the kid that did the work neglected to file the work order and we were never billed until we brought it to their attention. Today, we received the bill, where instead of the relatively inexpensive fan blade, they replaced, weve been charged $320 for a fan motor, which the original is still intact and working fine. Im waiting to hear back from them, but I dont want yall to have to deal with their BS like we have. Find someone else, and when you do, Id love some recommendations.

This Company has a horrible reputation! The sevice technicians have no idea what they are doing and the owner has no credibility in this town!

Just watched one of their vans traveling over 100 mph on the highway with traffic. This is extremely dangerous and they put the lives of other drivers on the line by allowing their driver to this. I called to complain and the gentleman who answered the phone sounded like he could care less and said he would report tomorrow morning... Yeah right. Calling tomorrow to speak with supervisor or owner. Shady company!!!!!!!!!

I will have to say that Chisholm Service has absolutely the best service ever. My husband had another HVAC company servicing our unit for many years and it seemed that every summer something would go wrong. Chisholm came over to look at our unit and found the problem as soon as they got there. We had to make an emergency call to them this week and within an hour someone arrive but they walked us through our issue over the phone until the repair guy could get there. Hands down they are the BEST!! No one else will ever service our AC/Heating Unit!!! To Todd and Justin - We thank you for Excellent Service and for caring!!! And for the On-call service, Sabrina you are Amazing!!!

With below freezing temps today Sunday,Jan 7,2018, our gas heating system froze up. We called Chisholm and they sent Nick, who had us back up and running sooner than we expected. Dan from Chisholm who had taken our call earlier also followed up to make sure our needs were being addressed. We are overwhelmed with grattitude that we are not facing a freezing night.
