Jon and Leo were prompt, well-prepared and efficient when they installed my new heating system. They were very respectful and friendly. They explained things well. I really enjoyed having them here working on my house.

Barron Heating was the third service I had contacted to change out my 40 year old furnace. Though I live on Whidbey Island, they were very responsive. Out of the three bids, the services and equipment I contracted for were actually less than the national average and, upon doing the research on the equipment, were above the national average on quality of equipment. Superb value! The team that installed my new equipment (Brad, David and Sam) were thoughtful, respectful and professional. Though it had been a long day, they refused to leave until they resolved the minor issue that was preventing the system from proper operation. It was obvious they took pride in their workmanship. Over 3 of the hottest days in Washington history an air duct cleaning technician, two heating and cooling technicians and insulation technicians were all over our house from the attic to the crawl space while replacing our old heating system with a new furnace and AC, as well as insulating the floor, cleaning, sealing and insulating the air ducts. All were prompt, professional, courteous, and efficient, despite intolerable working conditions. Prior to the install the office was very responsive. The estimator went over, in great detail, options with pros and cons. The job supervisor came in and did detailed measurements and surveyed the house from attic to crawl space finalizing details before the job. There was no mess or clean up left for us to do when they were done. My husband and I would highly recommend Barron to anyone needing these types of services.

Brad,Sam,Cody and Tim of Barron Heating did a great job installing a heating and a/c unit in my house. They arrived on time, were professional and tidied up everything. I would highly recommend Barron Heating.

We hired Barron heating to come look at our natural gas insert. Noticed the fan blower was making noise as it was starting to fail. Technician showed up about the middle of December and determined that was the issue. During this time I sent email confirmation off to the manufacture of my insert to verify the insert was still under warranty. I received a claim ticket from manufacture and sent all information to Barron heating. After a month of waiting to here from Barron if parts had showed up; they came to our home once again and this time not only did they have the wrong parts but also noticed the first technician had torn the intake/exhaust gasket. He then informed us that there was possible gas leaking into our home. After, another month of waiting Barron heating never showed back up as they kept rescheduling our appointment to fix our insert. I finally reached out to the manufacture and had them involved with getting my insert fixed. I ended up getting the parts covered under but had to install myself. This is where it gets interesting. After Barron heating denying the tech saying he had tore a gasket. I found multiple screws stripped and broke off in a two year old insert. I sent pictures to the manufacture letting them know that out of two techs neither one was qualified to work on anything related to heating a home. I did this procedure in under an hour. By March I had fixed my own insert that was covered under warranty, sent out for all warranty information, and had waited all winter on Barron heating. At the end of this beware of Barron heating. I have three kids and the first tech left my home after tearing a gasket that could of seriously injured my family. Now on top of the that, I have a two year old insert that has broken screws in it and stripped out holes thanks to Barron heating. Take my word for it and go somewhere else.

Brent and Marcel were here on time to perform annual maintenance on gas fireplaces, furnaces and hot water heaters. They were knowledgable, professional, efficient and masked. We will gladly use their services next year!

We installed a new gas fireplace and were very impressed with Barron. The installation tech helped us problem-solve the venting and safety needs and put together a great package. Then we went to the showroom and we’re patiently guided through all of the options. Installation crew were professional and efficient. Super helpful with guidance on the finish work. Yesterday we had a heat pump/ furnace/AC installed by Barron Heating AC and Plumbing. Everyone we dealt with from Barron, from Travis the salesman and the scheduling people on the telephone, to the HVAC Techs and Electricians who installed the system, were professional and topnotch. Brad and Lee, the HVAC Techs, were able to install the system in one long hot day, answer all of my questions, and make sure that everything was was completed to their high standards. DJ and Jason, the electricians, took pains to make sure that the necessary electrical wiring and conduit were installed in the most unobtrusive manner possible. Even after spending a considerable amount of time in a very hot attic on one of the warmest days of the year, the electricians were upbeat and professional problem solvers. At the end of the day, they cleaned up after themselves, leaving the parts of our house where they worked cleaner than they found it, This installation was a very positive experience for us.

Flawless installation by Phillip and Leo! No problems at all after installation and Katelyn is an ace at scheduling and shepherding customers through the electrical and mechanical inspection process. This was the third major mechanical replacement job at our home in the last two years. On both of the previous jobs, installation was haphazard and substandard (propane gas leak after install of tankless water heater discovered by mechanical inspector and incomplete electrical connections for a new heat pump). No such problems with Barron! Would highly recommend their services!

Barrons replaced my Ranai tankless water heater with a new one. They have also fixed a water leak in a basement. I have HVAC which they service as well. They are friendly, respectful, and clean up after they are finished. They respect my home and wear boots so not to track in any dirt. I had an estimate on a heat pump for another house I own and was very thorough in explaining all the details. I have decided to go ahead with the install of the heat pump in order to cut the electric costs for that home.

I have a hydronic system that others have worked on and I was never satisfied. I had a serious leak recently and tried Barron. My first contact was with Seth B. who totally knew and understood my system. He then sent me a team of two (Alfredo Ramirez and Artur Nekrasov) who were both amazing as well. Alfredo and Artur both worked hard and long over 4 days to move my system from the house to the garage and to install a new high efficiency boiler. It was a huge task but Alfredo and Artur were an amazing team. I really appreciated their work ethics, their continual communication as they ran into problem after problem, and watched with amazement as they solved them all. All the work they did was extremely impressive to include their clean-up and outstanding customer service. Brent showed up on time, as scheduled. He was neat. polite, professional, and articulate. He performed annual inspection and service maintenance on both our natural gas furnace, and our tankless natural gas water heater. Everything was cleaned, inspected, flushed, and adjusted. All services were clearly explained. When he was done with the service, he explained a variety of future service options that might be applicable to us; the cost and benefits of each. He completed the billing electronically while he was here, and sent an email receipt. He maintained all COVID precautions throughout the service. We bought a new furnace through Barron and the experience was great! Our old one was breathing its last and they were able to get our new one installed with ten days of my first phone call with them.Ian was the salesman that sold us our unit and then Keifer and Eric installed it and they were beyond amazing! Excellent service from Jory Freeman, Taylor Osborn, David (plumbing) and Eric Larson. Jory and Taylor worked tirelessly for almost 10+ hours to install water softener equipment. Eric Larsons expertise helped with the equipment I needed, as well as a REMO-HALO system to help with allergies. In a week and a half, I notice a big difference and the HALO system is helping!!! The HALO system was installed by a Barron employee, and I dont recall his name---he also was customer oriented and skilled at his install. This team, and last year Dan (electrician) have impressed me. Their skills and expertise are the best, and it gives me good faith in Barron for future needs. I highly recommend Barron and certainly these service employees!

I have nothing bad to say about anyone I dealt with at Barron.I want to Thank Jory Freeman (Plumber) and Nathan Craig (Apprentice) for coming out and tearing out our old iron (nightmare), re-piping with new pex, and installing a new water tank. Our project was a huge undertaking and they knocked it out of the park. Guys hit the floor running and did an excellent, professional job. Friendly, timely and explained all they were doing. Brent was on time, was courteous and friendly and wore appropriate PPE because at this time in WA state its prudent to do so (regarding COVID). He was efficient, did the annual maintenance on our mini split heat pump system, and informed me about the companys Silver Shield HVAC membership that essentially paid for our next annual maintenance service plus several other benefits.

David with Barron Heating came out to diagnose our failing hot water heater. He called ahead of time to let me know his ETA and both he and the apprentice with him were wearing masks and gloves when they arrived. They were very courteous and professional and unfortunately the water heater had to be replaced. David put together quotes for both a regular like-for-like replacement and for a tankless water heater and walked me through the cost differences and pros and cons of each. We wound up going with the regular replacement and they were able to get it replaced same day. When they had to come into the house to verify drain locations for the bids (water heater is in the garage), they put on shoe coverings and were very careful. They replaced the water heater in just a few hours and we now have plenty of hot water. Both David and his apprentice were professional and conscientious about using appropriate PPE, and provided excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Barron Heating!

These folks seem to truly know there stuff. They also tell you up front what things are what. I wish we had NOT bought our gas furnace (stove) from a third party and instead should have just gone straight to the source. They are professionals after all. Highly recommend them. 👍👍✌😎

Not only were Carey’s knowledge and professionalism amazing as he diagnosed the problem and explained the necessary steps, but also his thoroughness and kindness as he contacted his coworker and offered us space heaters for our comfort.Kiersten, in Barron’s parts department continued this remarkably determined customer commitment through her honest, friendly, and professional ways. She skillfully ordered and tracked the exact part, gave us her phone number and a time when she would check back, and promptly kept in touch.This process that began with Carey ended when he and Dan efficiently installing this main part and also checking our attic fans and vents.When Carey and Dan left it was only after both asked if there was anything else they could do.All three Barron employees were and are outstanding representatives for Barron.

We had two crews come out, one to install a new ductless heat system and another to install a tankless hot water heater. Both crews were on time each day, took time to go over everything with me and answer any questions, did a great job on the install and were genuinely great guys. Jory and Nathan did a bang up job on our tankless water heater, the unit and the plumbing work is a thing of beauty to look at. Dave did a stellar job installing our ductless system in spite of less than ideal conditions. This was another fantastic job done by Barron for us and work like this is what will have us continue to recommend them.Had Jory and Nathan out again to fix a valve that found to be defective during the tankless hot water install and had another great experience. The job was done quickly (about 15 minutes) and Jory did a great job making sure it was done the way I wanted and answered all the questions I had for him.

This 2020 rainy season created havoc in our crawlspace. Barron Heating Electrical & Plumbing came to our rescue. The bid was not inexpensive by any means but it was much better than an earlier one we had. I called the office in mid-February and Eric Larson provided the bid on February 19th. Our job was scheduled for and completed on March 3rd. EVERYONE I talked to was courteous from my first telephone contact to the close of the job. Jory and Nathan dug and set the sump pump in the lowest area and it is busy working away doing its job. Jory and Nathan dug a drainage ditch leading from the foundation and replaced the sod so well that you cannot tell they were here. The pump needed a breaker added to the electrical box and Barrons electrician did a great job installing that as part of the bid. (Im sorry I forgot his name but he, too, was courteous and did a very professional job.

Crew of 6 showed up on time to replace furnace and install heat pump to include providing AC. From start to finish is was enjoyable. The team worked hard, communicated well both among themselves and with my wife and I. It was a first class job from start to finish. Hats off especially to Kiefer and Phil, but the entire team deserves a job well done rating. .

Called to get my furnace fixed, and they quoted me $300~ over the phone. By the time everything was said and done the repair cost $671. The bad part was a $150 circuit board. When the board went bad 9 months later, they said they could warranty it but would have to charge $180 just to send a technician out. I had Trico heating come out, replace the same bad circuit board, inducer motor, and install a surge protector for $550. Two weeks later when I had issues, Trico came out, found a loose plug, and fixed it for no charge, and with no service fee.

I called three plumbers and the first two never called me back. So frustrating! I did a Google search, looking at reviews and called Barron. I found gold! I just moved to Bellingham and they saved the day!!Best Buy had delivered a washer and dryer for me the week prior but could not install the washer due to corroded pipes and a lack of follow through. Jory and Nathan fixed my issue, by using amazing problem solving skills, knowledge, experience and such wonderful customer service skills. I have NEVER had a positive experience with a plumber and this was above anything I could have even expected. I WILL certainly use them again for ANY plumbing needs and will recommend them to anyone I can!!!! Jory and Nathan, you truly rock!!! Brad and Eric were professionals and it showed. Neat and they cleaned up afterwards. Answered all my questions. One day install and we were cool that night!

Matt and Bill did a duct clean and aeroseal job for us. They did a nice job of explaining the process and then completing the job with as little disruption to our lives as possible. They did excellent work and cleaned up/vacuumed before they left. Great job by both.

During the January marketing campaign to replace your old furnace with a new energy effeceint model I reached out to Barron. My consultation with Wes was excellent. Barrons customer service in ensuring all applicable incentives are in place was much appreciated. From the time I signed the contract to installation was quick! Jory and Nathan installed my Hot Water Tank and were great to work with. Brad and Caleb installed the Furnace and they too were great! Barron scheduled all installers and electricians on the same day and thus it was convenient and time efficient for me. The new unit is fantastic! My home feels so much warmer and cozier!! Thank you Barron.

More recent experience with Barron (24 Feb 2020). Much-needed duct cleaning followed by AeroSeal treatment. Two Barron crews dispatched (Dylan and Michael/cleaning + Bill and Matt/sealing); consummate professionals - knowledgeable, efficient, friendly , and no pressure approach on the seal treatment. I cant overemphasize how impressed I am with Barron personnel.Another job well-doneContinued outstanding results from Barron. After the emergency maintenance performed , I met with the site lead.He did a great job assessing my situation (furnace pending additional maintenance and a water heater well past shelf life - both approximately 20 years old). The site lead made solid recommendations, coordinated the plan to remove/replace the furnace and water heater, and followed up after completion. Well done!Every member of the Barron team who I have met presents a competent and professional demeanor; all proved to be assets to Barrons public image.So, would I recommend Barron - yes, already have three times in the last week

Matt and Katelyn came out to do a duct cleaning. They arrived at the specified time and got started right away explaining what they would be doing. They were a great team and very professional. They were then joined by Bill who came to do the aeroseal for all the ductwork. This is a great product that lets them find and seal all the leaks in the ductwork so that your heat does not escape the ducts but keeps the heat going to all the rooms of the house without wasting the heat and lets you save on the cost of heating the home. I am so pleased to have Barron doing all my heating and plumbing work. Their people are all top notch.
