Yanek and his team installed 7 windows in our San Francisco home. We live in an older home that is listed in historical neighborhood, so windows replaced had to resemble the original windows. The windows were measured, special ordered, and delivery took about six weeks as it was during the pandemic and also during the holidays. When they were delivered, the windows were professionally installed in one day by Yaneks crew. One window was damaged on delivery, but it was replaced and covered by warranty and installed once it arrived. Installation team was clean, professional, on time, and courteous. Our windows were inspected by San Francisco Building inspector, and we passed first time! I love our windows! They are energy efficient, they decrease noise, and look so beautiful!

Deluxe Windows did a fantastic job with our window replacement project, we are very happy with the service we received and our new window.Yanek was very responsive and gave me a quote right away with different options for what we wanted. He scheduled a follow up in-person appointment to take all the measurement and gave me a detailed quote that accommodated all of our HOA requirements. He kept in constant communication while the window was ordered and then quickly scheduled the installation around our schedule once the window was ready.Installation was very quick for the amount of work required and the personal was very timely and professional, leaving the job site very clean and the installed window looks amazing. They had to break the stucco to get the old window out and the new one in, since our HOA doesnt allow retrofits and they did an amazing job patching all the stucco back up, to the point that another contractor that came a few day later remarked on how good the stucco work was.Cant say enough good things about Deluxe Windows, highly recommended!

Installation was on time and went very smoothly. They were very open to making the small touch ups we requested. Everyone wore masks at all times which we really appreciated in a time of covid. One window had a manufacturing defect and needed to be replaced. Deluxe Windows handled this proactively, chasing the manufacturer to make sure the replacement is delivered on time and kept us updated on status. I recently replaced all our windows facing the front and backyard. They were quick to respond with a quote and seemed very knowledgeable. It was not an easy job but they completed it on time and worked around my schedule. The windows look great and the it was a great deal compared to others. We are a new first time home owners and we decided to install new windows in our house. Our house was built in 1954s and the windows needed upgrading. We contacted and interviewed several companies because the expense to install all new windows in the house is significant and we wanted to make sure we pick the right company. We decided to go with Deluxe Windows because they were highly recommended by an neighbors. We had a very knowledgeable salesperson Yanek. After the meeting we decided to buy the windows from him. We had waited few weeks, which is a normal time frame for a custom windows for the whole house to be made, we received the call from the company with a date to have them installed. On the day of the installment the crew of 2 had arrived in our house. My husband took a day off from work to be able to be there worrying about the mess and most of all, if the windows measurements were done correctly. Thankfully, all the windows were done correctly. The windows were installed 6 days ago on October Gary and his helper. They were great, we couldnt imagine the installment process any better! They were very well prepared, very respectful of our home, very professional and fast.Gary was so very polite and nice and cleaned the windows after installation so well that there was an illusion that there were no windows installed yet. They were working hard and did the best job. They came around 8:30 AM and were done by around 5:30 PM or so. Our house was transformed, soundproofed, energy efficient. I want to thank installers for their professionalism and skills with installing the windows many hours. Special thanks to the great crew! We are very pleased with the new windows and hoping that they will serve us well, be waterproof, no cracks and will last for many years to come. Very happy with the company!

Yanek and his crew just finished replacing all the doors and windows in our Belmont home, and they dida spectacular job. I was a bit apprehensive, simply because we have so many large doors and windows,but in pretty much every way they exceeded expectations. The french doors and windows were done inabout 2 days, and the stucco repair is good. Gary did this and the moldings to a very high level of quality.I was really impressed with the sales process also - Yanek the sales guy was professional, gave us helpfulinformation, and also spotted errors in the quotes given by a couple of other firms. I'd also spotted theerrors earlier in my research, so it gave me confidence he knew what he was talking about - he used tobe an installer. They also followed up quickly when i had questions and they followup up promptly wheni found a defect in the screen door. He gave us a great price too.So, all in all this has been a great experience for us.

I got to know Deluxe Window through Yelp. I installed 17 windows and doors through them. Very professional work. Very nice people to work with, especially their technician who installed the windows and doors. I highly recommend this company and I would use them again. In fact, I even used the painter they referred after installation to paint the exterior and interior. Very good work and very honest price as Deluxe Windows.

I had a French door installed and I noticed that the door was not closing correctly, Yanek had the manufacturer come out and remedy the issue within a week. He turned an otherwise poor experience around and followed up to make sure everything came out great.

We just had 9 new windows installed by DeluxWindows. We had met the owner, Alex, at a home improvement show about 2 years ago. Back then, he came to our home to provide a quote. We also had 2 other well-known companies come out. Pellas pricing was three times as much as Alexs. Amerimax windows have a lifetime guarantee as long as you own your home. This year, we decided to do the 9 windows so we called DeluxWindows to get a revised quote. He kept the prices the same as they were 2 years ago and we placed the order. He called 2 weeks later saying the windows were in - when can they install them. Literally, 4 days later his guys were out to install them.The guys who came out have worked with Alex for many years and were skilled and professional.
