Most people hang their heads when they talk about having to do their taxes. Not me... cuz Ive got Larry and John. I am grateful that I found them 6 years ago when my business and personal tax scenarios were complicated. They streamline the process and respond quickly to queries and answer my questions with patience and compassion and their fees are so very reasonable.! What more could one ask for?

We had a really great experience with Larry and Tax Squad. He is BY FAR the most thorough accountant weve ever worked with, in a good way! He made us see how we had a lot of our accounts and side incomes set up in an inefficient way and advised us how to make it better for future tax years. He is extremely attentive over the phone and email and was great at explaining things whenever we had a question. I also referred him to a friend of mine late in the tax season (past normal deadline) and he did her taxes in just a couple days and saved her over $5,000 from what Turbotax recommended. Could not recommend Larry more, and will continue to do our taxes with him and his team for years to come!

Spoke to both Larry and John on the phone on separate occasions. Told me what they charge an hour and how they never received any complaints from their clients and they can handle easy to complex tax management. Both personally committed to calling me back to schedule an appointment soon. Followed up with a voice mail but no return phone calls. They must have all the business they need. Recommend to avoid.

Take your business elsewhere - these guys dont need it. In February, I reached out to them and didnt get a response until I nudged them again. I followed up as agreed upon and never heard anything again. I cant imagine how unresponsive theyd be during March or April, when its an even busier tax time.EDIT: See screenshot below in response to TaxSquads note. If they cant keep track of an email, I wouldnt trust them with taxes. Each step along the way for a paid professional service shouldnt require a phone call.

Called for a quick tax question and was hung up on by a man named John because I wasnt a current client. He didnt even give me a chance to say I was looking for a new place to do my taxes...he definitely lost my potential business with his rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude.
