THESE folks!! Wow, great service and responsive. I had some wasps making it personal (it seemed) and another service that rhymes with Flerminex did not come through after a consult. Orkin did not back down to the pests. I find their services priced reasonably and worth the money. Id recommend them to anyone.

I want to thank wonderful work by Orkin.The service technician arrive on time. He payed attention to listened to me. He thoroughly assessed the issue made diagnosis of rodent issue underneath the house. He crawled space underneath house for lengthy time. He placed trappings and glues traps. As important, he found all the rodents entry openings and securely place blockade wire screens. I appreciated the service technician taking time to explain and educate me the proper locations and trap placements and importance of preventive blockade.The technician will be back to check the status of traps and rodent activities in 4 days. And messaged me 15 mins away on the day of the appt. He was very friendly, respectful, and meticulous on his quality of efficiency and thoroughness. After the appt, he promptly setup the follow up appt for next week. Service by Joe is superb, and a model poster child of how to be a rockstar. Impressed. Will request his support for future appts and new property locations.

I called Orkin late Sunday and I got a call back right away from them. The representative was very nice and professional. She scheduled an apt for the following day. My rep showed up next day right on time. He was prepared and also kept Covid protocol. He explained to me in details of the contract and allowed to ask as many questions as possible. Needless to say I signed up with them and great news is that I can cancel at anytime. Not stuck with a year contract.Rep showed up 4 days later to check the traps and clean /spray the barrier of my house. Again on time and ready to go.So far very happy with the sevice

They come unannounced! I always ask for a heads up so I can tell them problem areas and they never listen. It is painful dealing with them and getting them to come back and spray the correct areas. Once I have them spray the correct areas, the product works. But for what they are charging, I should not have to go through this headache.

Tech arrived on time and quickly did his job spraying all around the house and inside. Job comes with a 30 day guarantee so we shall see if the ants don’t come back.

The service has been just ok. I have not had a technician who I can have a conversation with about a long term solution to the problem or who can come up with different strategies. Service level has been grumpy and sloppy at times as well.

Elijah was amazing. He came to the house on time was very professional and personable. He fixed the vents and set the traps in a timely manner. I now fell confident that our critter problem is on its way to being solved.

Honestly the main office can use some work. They were supposed to call 1-2 days prior to service and they did not. I called in the morning on the day of service and I asked an approx time they were supposed to be coming . I explained that we have a puppy and needed to make sure she went out Before hand because she wouldn’t be allowed for 1-2 hours after service. The lady rudely told me around 2-4pm and I asked if possibly they can ask for a 20-30 minutes heads up and she said again rudely they probably would ... now moving on Mike the guy that performed the services Was 2 hours early . Irritated I kind of ranted . He was extremely apologetic and accommodating. He was super polite and made sure he got every Problem area that I made sure to point out. Highley recommended just based on Mikes attitude.

Great service! I try to schedule an appointment with local private companies to come and help us with ants problem. 3 companies I called never called me back. Today I called Orkin and they have scheduled an appointment the same day and I had a technician in my house in a few hours. Jose was very professional and explained everything he did. From day my experience was not professional. Poor customer service. Did not value customers time. First day appointment was between 12-2pm. Technician was late arrived approximately 30-40 mins late. Second appointment scheduled 12-2pm. I phoned office and they said I had no appointment for that day, I informed them that I did. They had technician call me and he said he could not make that appointment and wanted to give me other dates that did not work for me. I informed office that a supervisor needed to call me and he did . He also came out that day and I felt confident again. He scheduled a third appointment. On this day my appointment was 12-2 again. At 2:20 no one had come out. I called and asked why I had not even received a Courtesy call that they would be late again. They said some one could come between 3-5.The entire interactions with Orkin was frustrating an truly unprofessional. A company that has no consideration for the customers time and their problems it’s not the type of company that I want to be associated with. On each of these occasions a simple phone call would have made me feel much more appreciated. I understand that people run late and it’s no problem but you have to have consideration of that individuals time and at least give them a phone call and and assure them that you’re on your way. The technician were all very kind individuals but I was also looking to get a problem professionally solved and it was not.

I phoned the Menlo Park phone number first and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called Redwood City, they answered immediately. Excellent service then.

My Service technician , Alli, called the day ahead of time and was on time the day of appt. She was very thorough and even helped with a wasp problem. She wore her mask and kept 6ft distance when we spoke. Great service!

We hired Orkin over two year ago to help with moles in the backyard. We had a big problem and they told us they know how to fix. We are very disappointed. First - the mole problem has not been resolved and it has been two years. In many respects it may even be worse than when we started. We have even sent the manager pictures now and then so the office knows the problem and they can be sending the right technician. No luck. But secondly, probably bigger issue for us, is they don’t communicate. They promise that after the tech has been to the house to do his/her work, they would prepare a brief report and email us a copy. This would allow us to know they’ve been there — and maybe a couple sentences about what they found, what they did, etc. Despite their promises to keep us appraised with this report, we never get it. We call the office and they say we “should” be getting the report, but it never happens. The only thing we get is our credit card automatically charged. Somehow they never miss that. If not for that, and given the moles still loving to dig up our back yard, we wouldn’t even know that we have a contract with Orkin to address this.

Very poor. I do not see the value of this service. We have spiders in the house all the time. The rats are still roaming in the back yard, and cob webs do not get cleaned despite specific requests to do so.

I had awful bites and suspected bed bugs -- the Orkin technician came to my home, inspected for bed bugs, allegedly found bed bugs, and then quoted me about $4,000 for heat treatment to eradicate the bed bugs. I was skeptical. I then hired Scent Tek (which uses trained dogs) and Scent Tek found ZERO bed bugs. Trained sniffer dogs are the gold standard for bed bug detection - even the Orkin guy was raving about them - because Orkin said that after I paid the $4K, Orkin would use their trained dogs to ensure that no bed bugs remained. If you are worried that you have bed bugs, please use Scent Tek. They only do inspections (no services), so they have no incentive to find a problem that doesnt exist.

Orkin has consistently provided excellent service and I’ve always had friendly and professional interactions with Orkin.
