This place has a lot of bugs. Ants and silverfish seem to be hard to get rid of and we’ve had the exterminator here a few times. There is a lot of turnover in the leasing office. The building heater is turned on for everyone at night and there is no way to shut it off. So if you don’t like sweating all night in 100 degree heat, tough luck. I have 2 fans on and I leave all the windows open during the winter months and I still can’t sleep comfortably in the heat. No washer and dryer. No microwave and no dishwasher. The units over the garage get very hot from the sun in the afternoon and there isn’t any AC to cool it off. It’s a beautifully architected old building and that’s it’s charm. In this market, $2600 for a studio for all why you don’t get it, may not be worth it.
