If I could give negative stars I would do so. My wife called two days in advance for a pickup at 12:30 pm - less than 1.5 miles from their offices - to make a flight from SFO to PIT. They never showed up. When she called, they claimed that the called the facility where she was being picked up (they didnt) and they claimed they tried to call her (they didnt). When she asked to have the cab come back, they said they took another fare (yeah, Ill bet one that paid more since the trip to SFO was less than 10 minutes). She was waiting at the front entrance to the facility where she told them she would be and no cab ever showed up. When she couldnt get another cab, she ended up having to cancel her flight and rebook for the next day. Use this company at your own peril!!

When it come to taxi service, main thing is reliability. Allied yellow cab is very reliable. I travel for business to and from sfo airport, never had any problem. Very easy to book a cab with your phone number. Cars are OK, not new but acceptable. Drivers are friendly.

Honest driver !!! Many thanks to Paul who dropped me off at the airport last Saturday night and came back and searched for me in the check in counter to return my house keys that I left in the taxi. Very commendable and very honest.

I booked a cab from Dublin,CA (94568) to SFO airport on Oct 02 2017 at about 8PM POST and requested a minivan because we had a lot of luggage and told them about it. Their website advertised a promotional offer for a minivan, stating same fares as a sedan. The rate of $3/mile was also confirmed by the dispatch suggesting to a total bill of about $120 from Dublin to SFO.Next morning the minivan arrived perfectly on time, the driver was very nice but on our way to the airport, I noticed the meter billing much at a much faster than $3/mile and on checking with the driver he surprised me by quoting the rate of $4/mile. Called the booking company and they first refused I ever booked with them and then on insisting I was transferred to someone who agreed with the booking but refused to agree with the promotional on their website??!!!!I ended up paying 40% more for my trip but still tipped the cab driver Darwin, as he was very nice and helpful with luggage. But zero stars for the cab company for cheating and lying and not honoring the promotional offer advertised on their website.
