Was in Burley working for the week and had some free time. I decided I would go by the store and have a new set of tires installed on our Mercedes ML320. I didnt realize that the car used an unusual sized tire for a small SUV, but the manager spent some time looking and educating me on my choices. Les Schwab is our go-to tire store anywhere in the Northwest. I decided to go ahead and have the new tires installed at this store because of the time they spent helping me decide.

The manager Aaron took great care of me and made sure I had what I needed to get me to my destination knowing I had an appt for new tires upon my return. The rv we rented blew because the tires were worn. We were miles away but the team at this Les Schwab went above and beyond driving out to change the blown tires and checking the tire in this picture and recommending we come get it changed. Thank you for saving our trip.

This place is slow and pathetic it takes them over 2 hours to rotate your tires the manager is a real ignorant person and they could careless how long they make you wait if you were smart Id go do business with another tire place at least you get treated better than here in burley!!!!!

A tire blew on our RV and while we were waiting for AAA to send someone to put on our spare, we called Les Schwab to see if they could fit us in and inspect our tires and make sure we would be safe driving the rest of the way to Oregon. I was greeted by such a friendly lady on the phone who assured us that they would help us and take care of us. We got there right before they were supposed to close but they were super accommodating and helped us anyway. Aaron was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! We feel much safer with our new tires. It was a bummer that this happened to our RV but I’m glad we went there! Fast and professional. It is such a pleasure to see such great service. We travel a lot and we needed tires and did not want to wait an hour or more to have them put on, at Les Schwab they get you in and out and the work is done right. Highly recommend. I had a flat tire on my UTV and was extremely fortunate that Les Schwab had the tire. I met with Kyle and he was fantastic in helping locate a tire getting it mounted and then explaining why the tire went flat. I thought I lost my wallet somewhere at the tire center and Kyle went out of his way to look for the wallet not only in the shop but the surrounding area...after the business had closed for the day. You dont see service like that anymore.

We were headed south from our home in Washington and had a blown tire on the back duals on our motorhome. To make it worse it was Easter Sunday about 3 pm. We called all around but since it wasnt a common size it was not stocked the places we called. We were able to limp back to Burley, Id, and they let us stay until they could get the tire and fix the problem. Les Schwab has always treated us well.

The low tire pressure a sensor went off on our truck. We pulled into to Les Schwab and they pulled us right in and fixed our tire. Thanks!

On Sunday, July 21 I was driving from Salt Lake City to Boise after completing my spartan race and my truck tire blew out while driving on the freeway. It was very scary! The tires we use are brand new from les Schwab so not only was it scary but also frustrating that a brand new tire would go flat. I ended up having to have a tow truck tow my truck to the nearest tire shop which happened to be Walmart in Burley. I explained to the Walmart employees that Les Schwab is who ALWAYS does my tire service in Boise, Idaho. One of the employees kindly called the on-call les schwab service number, which I did not know existed. I was able to get a hold of Gilbert and explain the situation and he was able to get a hold of Kyle the Burley store manager. They were kind enough to meet me at the les Schwab store on a Sunday evening when it was after hours at 6pm. I was pleased to see they had our exact tire in stock and it was covered by warranty and they were able to quickly get it replaced and get me back on the road to Boise. Their kindness and generosity and professionalism is what keeps our family going back to Les Schwab every time!

Someone is always there to help. We had a flat tire that in turn had 2 nails in it and they came right out and and fixed it right away and we were back on t he road. Thanks

They got my new tires installed quickly, but left my car a mess. The door, steering wheel and shifter were all dirty.Response to owner comment: Thank you, but we were in the middle of a road trip between Texas and Washington. We arent local. I went across the street to Ace and bought a towel and degreaser. The steering wheel in particular was too grimy to deal with for any amount of time.

Old ownership was awesome. Service was fast and you were out the door in no time. However it is not that place anymore. If you’re needing to get out in a hurry this isn’t the place. New ownership took over and it’s been slow ever since. The last three times we’ve had our vehicles serviced, it has taken 3 hours, almost 4 the last visit. Not to mention, they forgot to put the oil cap back on my car. I’m sure you can imagine the headache that was. We have since taken our business elsewhere.

There is a BRIGHT SHINY star at Les Schwab Tires in Burley named CINDY. Last evening my daughter in law had a flat tire just before entering Burley & was traveling alone. The young lady took my call just before 6PM and was SO CALMING to me I felt I could trust her with the precious cargo headed our way. She coached my daughter in law to the correct exit and follow to the Les Schwab Tire Store and stayed open just a little bit passed regular hours. She allowed me to pay for the tire and Kirstey was on her way. Now there is a LOT more to this. Kirstey has been through a LOT and before she met my Son and married him she was in a disastrous marriage as he was then Heavenly help intervened where they made a choice to be a Eternal Family. Well the first step was taken this morning and it has been 30 years in the waiting. Now the next steps will follow and I couldnt be happier today. The store here is a LOT longer but is a tender mercy granted by a young calming voice named CINDY at your store. Thanks for staying open a little bit later for her and Choosing The Right way to help. My husband took our car in for an oil change, because our usual place has been closed. This was a terrible mistake. A simple oil change was $75, no high mileage and nothing extra. We are very dissapointed with this price and will be taking our oil changes elsewhere from now on. The customer service was great as always, we are just saddened by that very inflated price.

I hit the curb too fast last week and blew one of my tires. They put a new tire on my car & because it was still under warranty, my tire cost me half as much as it would have if I had bought it new and they didnt even care that it was my fault. I love these guys. I will never go anywhere else if I dont have to.

Give them 5 stars because they are the best blew tire on my big rig with in a hour they had a used tire mounted and they found a nail in another tire repaired it all for 228.00 bucks I will be back

These people are amazing! I was stuck in the side of the road with two flat tires. Andres came and changes my tires, and then I was able to quickly get them balanced. Kandi helped get my bill together, and did a great job of explaining the warranty to me. Thank you all so much. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use Les Schwab again.

They usually do a great job just had tires checked in Provo Utah said they were fine but had a hub cap go flying off just outside building in parking lot and had to go back in to get reattached and now front tire had complete blow out of nowhere dunno what it means to them for tires to be in great shape but I think they need to raise there standards

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and they managed to help me when I was in a financially tight pinch.Id had both front tires on my VW Beetle worn down to the bare wires, making them impossible to repair, and after explaining to the crew here that I intended on purchasing tires from them as soon as I could afford it, they lent me, free of charge, a set of wheels and tires to get me by until then.Five months after having my tires installed, theyre still absolutely wonderful, and its nice to know that if Im traveling abroad that should I run into any issues, I can pull into any Les Schwab location, and theyll honor the warranty on the tires, free of charge.

We have used Les Schwab before all over Idaho, and these guys have the highest Service rates. They also change prices when billing. They charged us $48 one time and $98 the next time. The second time when they charged us $98, the guy who did the service call had to use our air chuck because he forgot his own. We had everything prepared for him to change the tire and they still charged us more for this call even though the guy was only there for a total of 20 minutes. They said they wouldnt do anything to help us even though we had the tire ready to be removed and he had to use our tools. Make sure to call around and sign the price sheet right then. Dont give them the benefit of the doubt. I also called on a Thursday and they said they would call me back to go over the bill, but I never received a call back. I had to call them again the following Monday.

I am a mail carrier and every time I go to Les Schwab they get right on my vehicle. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Love the friendly people who work there.

We pulled in yesterday with our trailer that had three tires with blowing their belts. We were serviced immediately by a team of three who jacked up our trailer (without unhooking our truck) and done with the whole process in under an hour. Super nice people, well staffed and stocked with inventory! A pleasant stop in spite of a bad situation! Thanks Josh:)

Idaho is just full of the nicest people. Our day has just been plagued by car troubles and the wonderful guys at les schwab were super helpful and nice.

We were traveling through with tires on my truck that were just not getting along with the snow storm. I had enough of it so I stopped here on a hope they had something dencent in stock and wouldnt gouge me being a traveler. Not only did they hit me with a good price, they jumped right on it. Start to finish we were back on the interstate in less than an hour! Big thank you to Jamie and the guys! Honestly, the roads back home to Montana were even worse! We more than likely would have had big trouble had you guys not taken care of us. Again, great service and very much appreciated.

Went in for an alignment had an appointment at 8 and then told them after to do an oil change and get new front tires on it. Called 3 times to see if it was done since I was needing to go to twin asap and it wasnt done every time I called and I just called in at 1 and they said oh I never got the message to call you when it was done but its been done for a while now. 5 hours for an alignment, oil change and 2 new tires. Never again will I go there.

This is such a great place for all your tire, wheels, and any vehicle maintenance. Cant be beat. I cant believe the lady whose car is obviously broke before she arrive, and complains about the service. I know that if she where civil about it they would have jump started her when she arrived. I know this because I have called them to jump start me in 2 different states and they come do it and not charge me a nickel. I cant say enough about Lea Schawb tire stores.

Had a slow tire leak. These guys fixed it for free! They also extracted with my toddler as we waited. My little guy loves tires and they made him welcome. Free popcorn while you wait. Will be back whenever I need tires or to fix a flat!

These were pretty great people to work with. I went in to get an oil change, and they were able to take care of it and my vehicle. My only gripe with them is that they were slow. They had a lot of other cars, granted, but it took them a while to get to me in line (even though I was the only one standing there) and the change itself took about 1.5 hours. After talking with some other friends and coworkers, apparently this isnt unexpected at this Les Schwab. Regardless, I felt they were professional and still did a good job. I would go back. I trusted them and I trust their brand.

Ordered in our custom tires, mount, and take care of our needs for our truck everytime. Managed to pick up part of a tie rod from a wreck site on highway 30. They ordered in a new one at no extra cost to us. My bf started driving to the Burley store 7 years ago when he had a minor tire issue. They won him over and he now makes all appointments there as they are the only ones he trusts with that truck after everything.

Went to get my car serviced turned out it needed a tire change from the passenger side the total price wasnt what i expected but anyways 2 weeks later the tire where they replaced got flat somehow. Going to take it back to see what happened so basically my money went to waste since it only lasted 2 weeks.

I have friends and family who work at the Burley store, so I dont want to come down on them, AND Ive enjoyed Tires West and their service for years, but lately theyve been chasing me away.First I had a tire fixed there that blew a few days later. Second, Ive known more than a few people to go there and be told the only way to fix their tire is to spend hundreds of dollars and only with them. It ended up to be untrue.I wont be going back.
