Hey all! We swung in to grab a set of goggles for skiing/snowboarding and a pair of pants. The store was packed with customers needing lots of attention. Every employee was working hard to help all the customers and an observant person could easily see they were doing their best. A young man named Zalen helped us while managing to assist a number of other customers. He made sure we understood the sales that were being offered, listened to our needs, and helped us find the right equipment. I ended up getting a few extra things that will make it easier on the mountain due to his advice.On a whim, my wife decided to see what they could offer us for her extra board. Zalen continued to provide excellent customer service offering us a very fair price on our board and bindings and then getting us into another board and binding set for an excellent price.Ive been going to Pinetree/Idaho Water Sports for a couple decades now and they have always given fair prices and good service but Zalen was by far the best.

Stopped by on a whim to see if they had any running shoes. Found the exact pair I had been researching online. Nate helped me out and did such a great job, my wife also ended up buying a pair. Love the shoes, super comfortable, but mine had a couple issues. Nate was able to get the company to warranty them and they are sending me a new pair. Thanks so much Nate. You did a great job. Becoming big fans of the store.

First boat I’ve ever purchased from a dealer a 2012 Malibu MXZ, fantastic staff, great mechanics who really care about your boats. Gordie was great to work with when I had some troubles on the boat I just purchased very fast and organized. I live in Utah and it’s definitely worth the drive to get the quality service from Idaho water sports.

Never gone there for a boat. Just ski stuff. Like the ski swap that they have every year. Some of the stuff they have in there is pretty pricey. I think that comes with the territory seeking as they carry name brand high quality things. They have a full service boat shop from what I can tell. Full service ski shop with tune ups and rentals as well. Pretty reasonable with the prices for those.

I have now purchased 2 bikes from Idaho water sports. Great service each time. I know the prices are a bit higher than other places, but it comes with a sense of security. I dont have to worry about the quality of the bikes I bought. They even double checked the tuning on them while I was there. Great staff, great product, and great service.

Best place to go for anything on the water!! Not only do they hook you up but they help you out!! Out of all the dealers I know... IWS does it right they get u out on the water!! They know thats where people need to be. Enjoying the snake!! Love U

My skateboard wheels were loose and one of my wheels was not turning correctly. I came here to buy a tool (this happened a couple of months ago) because I live really far away and just stopped by to skateboard and someone from the park told me to come here.They didnt have any tools in stock but they offered to let me borrow theirs. They also gave me some oil to help me oil up my bad wheel, which helped a lot.I have to come back here to give them some business for being so kind. I imagine they have amazing customer service if they were willing to help me even though I didnt buy anything because they were out of stock.

Went to Idaho Water sports to talk snow with the expert staff. Trent adjusted, waxed, tuned, and put a sun valley edge on my skis in an hour while I ran the rest of my errands. Sweet!!

IWS Is a great shop with an excellent staff! They do a lot to support the wakeboarding community. I’ve participated in Wake in The Snake for several years and it never disappoints. Carol has been a huge help to me anytime I have a question. Super pleased with the service!
