I have been so pleased with my experience here. The sales staff was knowledgeable but not pushy. The appliance arrived quickly and delivery was great. The delivery people were kind, friendly and very caring. They even took extra care to mop up snow that they tracked in on the dolly. Superior service all the way around.

They didnt have what I needed. But they did check around. The owner was very helpful. Thank you.

The store owner Judy told me they could do an exchange for my washing machine I had just purchased that was faulty. I spent $100 on gas and renting a trailer, and took the day off work to come exchange it. Then when I got to the store she told me she couldnt exchange it and refused to reimburse me for the money spent, and wouldnt let me speak with anyone else at the store. So in the end for her mistake I ended up losing $250 for the day. Terrible service. I was the second person in here that was unsatisfied as another couple left too, during my 1 hour visit to be told that they couldnt help me after all. Store is nice and clean, but the customer service is whats lacking here. Would rate it 0 if I couldUpdate: She had a meltdown and yelled at me and my family in front of all the customers after learning that I used my first amendment rights and left this review and told me to get out of her store and to never come back. Do not give business to this liberal snowflake. Will be speaking to corporate after this.District Manager contacted me but never followed up with any action

Excellent service and great appliances have gotten all my tools and washer and dryer with their why not lease it program since my credit is less then perfect it works for us and builds credit at same time

Shop here you wont regret it. I really enjoy the environment the employees put out and the help they provide when you are in need. You cant beat the price nor the laughs. But for some reason you find a better price guess what, THEY PRICE MATCH. Thats always great if youre like me and like to support your local businesses. When you think of fun spending on a new appliance you really cant find it. What makes it fun is knowing that you are around friendly people and genuinely nice people looking to get you the best product for your needs. Spending close to $2000 wasnt that hard when I knew my money was backed up and that I will be taken care of by them. Really pleased with there service and I know you will too. Lucky to have them here in burley. Thank you for being my favorite retail store.

I have bought multiple items from this store and every time i have shopped here the staff has been so helpful and friendly. I have never left that store with a question unanswered. They most definitely go above and beyond to make sure that the customer they are helping leaves with a smile and is %100 satisfied. Strongly recommended :)

This is the best store! I have bought all of my appliances from here. the store associates are a real kick in the pants, so much fun to deal with, they really know what there talking about. they try everything to find what you need if they dont have it either. Oh and I have never seen ladies load a french door refrigerator so easily in my life! Thanks burley sears your the best!

Awful experience. Overly pushy sales girl that got extremely rude when we said no thanks to the 5 year limited warranty that was half the price of the entire stove I purchased. Was told it would be here the following Wednesday, it wasnt. Went to pick it up Saturday when it was supposedly there and was told it was ordered in white instead of black. Wish I would have just gone elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Bad experience... The item I had on weekly salepaper vs what they had on sale match there code.but different item..the. Customer service agent stated they just took a wrong picture.. N then item that came close she denied to give me a discount poor customer service.. Not our fault it was a wrong picture

Can I rate this place less than one star? These people butchered my mothers kitchen and they were paid well for the job (even though she kicked them out). They left gaps in joints on cupboards, mouldings, and splashes. They let finishes drip both inside cupboards and on the doors. They broke her stove and refrigerator. They used ugly and unnecessary makeshift solutions for problems that would have been easily corrected appropriately. Avoid these people like the plague or be plagued with problems!
