They are very poorly managed but still try to maintain that they are a good company while they are not at all everytime i come in for an individual session i wait for about 20 mintues while the councilor gossips with another councilor currently im sitting in her office because she forgot to upload my assessment and another kid has been waiting here for 2 hours doing nothing

When you go in you have to wait 20 to even 40 mins after your scheduled appointment when that shouldn’t be the case if there normally nobody there

No progress was made. The lack of professional accountability held to the standards of a session was subpar. Issues needing to be met were never addressed, timing was just billed and used up way past the honeymoon stage in a professional relationship. No tools or corrective measures taken or taught. Very dissatisfied overall.
