I love our DR. But the receptionists are slow as molasses. The phone is a joke on hold for way too long (45 + minutes). The intake nurses are mostly cold and robot like.

Really nice facility for family medical care. They helped me get a Covid test when we were traveling. Very nice staff.

Nice facility. Pleasant staff Hold times too long, followed by disconnect. Rather pushy on vaccines. Billing 8-10-12 months after the fact.

Spent 48 minutes on hold waiting for someone to answer, and on top of that they still gave me attitude.

Wife was brought in to have spots looked at 5 minute visit and 1 photo cost 180.00 didnt have ins. Coverage made to much for discount paid in full at time of service was told i get 20percent back due to paid in full at time of visit it has been 1.5 month and still no check or call back

Great for family members its a pain to get x-rays or imaging although I have never had a more understanding and brilliant dr 👏😀

Absolutely the most poorest ran staff and medical “professionals”. Save yourself time, money and health. They are lazy, incompetent, and rude. Only one star because it doesn’t go lower than that.

This place is a joke. I have tried within the past few months to make appointments for various things at the Twin Falls OR Burley office. The first time I called the Burley office, I was on call waiting for 15 minutes before someone answered. When someone finally did answer, I told them I needed the soonest appointment possible (even if it was the next morning) and they put me on hold for just a minute to check something for me. I was then on hold for 12 minutes before the system hung up on me, with no call back. I tried to call them back with no answer. That same day, I tried calling the Twin Falls office for an appointment instead, and they never answered the phone the 3 times I called. Today, I called the Burley office to set up an appointment, the receptionist said that a nurse would call me to ask some questions before setting the appointment (maybe to get the right doctor to help?) then the nurse called me and asked the SAME questions that the receptionist did (the receptionist even passed on the information I gave her, the nurse just called to confirm it) and then the nurse still never scheduled me for an appointment and said that someone would call me back to schedule. I STILL havent been called back. Im not even sure I want to be seen here. Are the doctor even quality doctors, or are they as incompetent as the rest of the staff? I may never know if I cant even schedule an appointment, but Im not convinced I want to find out.

The doctors are usually very good, especially Taylor. However, all the receptionists in the front never want to do their job, minus maybe two of them. Good luck.

Theyre all super but Dr.Miler is the best, and funny too.

Excellent clinic overall, outstanding service, very professional staff, extremely caring health care professionals, superb financial assistance. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. NP Chatburn is the best provider I have ever had.

Shady clinic. I had a hospital visit in 2016 and they claim that one of their doctors saw me when in reality they didnt. But heres the kick, they didnt bill me until 1 and a half years later even though I had health insurance. They had an address from another state that I never had.After speaking with a couple of very nice representatives they decided to drop the bill. I assume it was because insurance wouldnt pay a 1 and a half year old bill. But I did increase my review from 1 star to 3 stars because although the issue was confusing they didnt take very long to resolve it.

Wonderful people and Dr Miller is a true lifesaver!

They have on my file that they need to call or text me to remind me of my appointments because I have a bad memory and they didnt do it so I had two no shows and now they said they wont see again unless I come and sit in their office for four hours and wait to see if a no show or a cancellation is made then I could get but I have vains showing in my teeth and they were told it was an emergency for me to see the dentist but they dont care I would not go to them because they dont care about you all they care about is money

Those people never answer the phone and the arent easy to work with on payments. What kind of place doesnt take a visa nowadays? Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Nothing is ever stocked. The most important things, kids medicine, honey, and saltiness crackers. Horrible customer service. So rude and unhelpful. As I was in there they were talking so bad about the rupert idaho store, saying nasty things about their employees. At least the rupert store is kind and shelves stocked. Burley idaho store is a joke!!!
