Louie Almanza is awesome. He knows everything and repairs most vaccum cleaners . i have been purchasing my kirby bags and having Louie do the maintenance on my Kirbys for years.

We have always had excellent work done, the parts we needed and will recommend them to anyone who wants great service in the community.

I called to see about a plug for my dryer. They were going to see their new grandbaby and promised they call me when they got back. They never called back. I bought my plug at Ace Hardware.

I have bought a washer and a range here over the last two years. The lady working there recognizes me when I come in and is always very friendly and anxious to take care of me. I really appreciate that.

They are very friendly and had the part for our stove on hand. I was very impressed. They were just a tab bit expensive but it was worth it.

He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the dishwasher and able to troubleshoot the problem quickly.He ordered the parts and is expected to return later next week.I was nervous because of the previous reviews but I am satisfied with the service so far.

Needed a controller for a dryer. They didnt have one but they gave me great advice where to get one.

I do NOT recommend this business at all! I needed my ice maker replaced and he put another broken one in. I cant get the ice tray out because it doesnt fit my refrigerator. He jammed it in there. After he worked on it my water dispenser now leaks. It drips continously now. Not to mention the screw he left on top of my refrigerator that doesnt have a home!!! I dont know where that goes!!! He also left a big mess for me to clean up. He was supposed to fix my ice maker in December but didnt have a part. He didnt come back until February after I had called and my husband had called many times. When he finally came he didnt remember that he was supposed to put in a part in my fride!!! My experience with this company has been a nightmare!!!!

Not very helpful! refers you to the internet with your questions, kinda rude! I ordered a knob for my dryer 1 year ago and the lady never got back to me..... DONT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE! Much nicer repair places around Burley...

They were a no show 2 times, even after multiple phone calls. Ended up going with Pro Tech instead. Would not recommend this company!!!
