Absolutely no help. This location is one of the worst! We had the pleasure of being “helped” by Chez. He didn’t seem to want to be there in the first place. I wasn’t thrilled to be there after being stuck with an 800$ bill from my normal plan bc of fault by AT&T. But I needed service and of course I have an AT&T locked iPhone…i asked to keep my number, he said no, I asked y he said bc you can’t. Uhm ok, I asked if I could do autopay he said I can just do it next time, I said is there a problem with me enrolling today, bc wouldn’t it make my bill cheaper TODAY? He proceeds with …. Silence…. Yeah I mean give me your card it’s just for preauth, you can just pay cash. Ok cool that’s fine but u didn’t answer my question man. Anyways I went ahead and paid for installation of something that was never installed. Wanted prepaid unlimited plus. Had card scanned 3 times, and paid cash as well. He took my phone several times to “change” SIM card. SIM card was never changed. We left the store thinking we had service, needless to say no service, no hotspot, no answers to any questions I asked, no more money, no new SIM card. No longer going to this location.

Ive never gotten in and out of an att store with a new phone as quickly as I did yesterday. Also, she noticed veteran on my license and that my military discount had fallen off my account. So she added it back. I would highly recommend that store! My rep was excellent!

Yesterday, I went into this location with a major personal issue. The sales reps could have easily told me they were unable to help me but instead the first rep listened to my problem and told me there might be a way to help me. Being that I was unable to use my cell phone at the time, he took me right over to the store phone and called a specific department that would be able to further assist me. His quick thinking actually helped me in more ways than one. I wish I would have gotten the gentlemans name but I hope that he will read this and know that I am forever grateful that you went above and beyond the call of duty. This occurred 07/20/21 between 3p-4p. Please give the gentleman a pat on the back because he definitely deserves that an much more. -Jamie

I bought the phone and a pair of air pods and the right ear bud did not work. They would not exchange them for a different pair They told me I would have to go to the apple store to state my case there. What the heck kind of customer service is that??? I just got the air pods exact same time I got the phone and they would not help me. I had to get a refund on the air pods and then you charge me taxes to refund something that didnt work when I got it!!!! I better not get a restocking fee charged to me either..

This is one of the most efficient stores. We went to get my husband a new phone. Someone was with us promptly. We were in and out in 40 minutes. Ours at home is always a hassle. This was such a pleasant experience

This was the second store that we had visited that day. I was promptly greeted which was great. Rachel ended up helping us. Wendy was holding a phone for us to buy. I let Rachel know I just wanted to do the trade in for the $350 credit for my current cell phone. My plan was to buy the phone out right after I saw the credit being applied to my monthly bill, which Jonathan from the Hulen location had said I could do since I did not want to have a monthly payment for it. Then was told by Rachel that was incorrect that I in fact needed to pay the phone out to receive the $350 credit. Rachel then goes on to ask me about my internet services. I tell her and also say I do not want to switch that I am fine. I also go on and say that it sounds like a hassle, I do not want to have to cancel my current service have to return their equipment and have to wait on a technician to install my new internet. Our transaction continues and she says she’ll be right back. She comes back with another guy and he starts talking to my husband about the internet. He goes, “gotta ask the wife to him.” I am beyond frustrated at this point. Not alone had I already told her I was not interested she brings someone else in to try and sell us something. The whole entire experience felt like her trying to get a better commission. There was more to the experience that made it feel like the whole focus is to get my bill higher. I will never go to that store again. As a customer I want to feel valued, this made me feel like a dollar sign.

I was told by customer care that I could move an installment plan to another number on the same plan and cancel the number it was attached to. When i went into the store the employee told me that was not the case and started texting someone on his work phone (Im assuming) to tell them about the situation. Continually shaking his head and texting with whoever talking about my situation right in front of me without furthering communication with the actual customer (i.e myself) I ended up having to pay off the phone( because he claimed that was the only thing todo)The way I was treated was unprofessional and upsetting to say the least.

My husband, son, & I purchased two Samsung S21+ devices and one iPhone 11; online. We stopped here (closest to our home) to purchase cases and screen protectors. Stephen was amazing when I made the purchase & wore a name tag as well as introduced himself. I made it home only to realize I had chosen two S20+ cases; $40 & $40 so as soon as I left work, the same day, I drove back up. Stephen was busy with another guest so I had to work with another male; no name tag & did not introduce himself. I explained that I simply needed to swap out the cases, mh mistake. I proceeded to get the same two cases, but they did not have anymore in stock. I chose cases that would match pricing; $50 & $30. This guy starts the process of doing the exchange, but tells me I owe $28 more!!! I beg to differ??? I reiterated the cases total $80 as the previous 2 cases, I ask, may we make it a wash...refund then re-ring me up if he needs to. He tells me he cant do that. I originally purchased 3 screen protectors & 3 cases; buy 2 get 1 free. He says I can only credit you $5 because 1 was free the other was $5 so you owe more money. I ask for management, he says hes a manager, but still does not give me his name. I ask, you want to lose this $160 over $80? Re-ring me so I break even. He repeatedly says he cant. Very incompetent & disrespect. How dare I pay $160 then you turn around and ask me to pay nearly $30 more on two evenly priced items. I had to leave the store, drive back home to pickup the screen protectors then come back to return the full 6 items ($160) because he didnt understand that the customer is always right; go above and beyond to ensure your customers are happy. Customer Service 101. I am very upset and will never give this location my business as long as hes there. P.S. I told him I would be right back within 30 mins, I return in 25, who do I see getting into his white suv...the no name manager. Stephen ended up assisting me again with my now unnecessary refund & he apologized profusely for his manager not making it right. I told him I saw your manager burn out of here. Stephen said yes and he was the only manager here today too...the store closed at 8PM CST, he left his staff hanging by being a coward and running away instead of facing me and making it right. Last I checked each store has a manager on duty the full shift??? But what do I know, Im just an ex-customer of this location. P.S. Again...the next day I drive past this store to the Burleson, TX Wilshire St location...night and day. Very respectful and welcoming; 3 employees on staff at 11AM and each one spoke to me with a smile and I was assisted promptly.

This is a horrible store. 1st after an upgrade I notice they added a feature (insurance) on the phone that I did not ask for or even wanted. At a different visit, I put my name in and was asked to wait in the car and they were going to call when it was my turn to go in the store. 8:30 rolls around and employees started to walk out. I asked what happen to them calling me and they said my name was not on the list. They would not do anything for me. There was still some employees inside helping other customers. They said it is now to late. They wouldn’t even look at my phone to show them they did not call me. Poor customer service, but then again why would I expect anything more from AT&T!!!

Only reason I give this location a star is because that is the only way I can voice my complaints!This store doesn’t care about customer service just being able to have as many account holders in the store at once as possible per mandated. Julio the store manager just told me that because they were a corporate store they could only have 19 total people in the store at once so they limit it to one person per account. If you have a couple or family getting new phones or activating phones purchased through AT&T, only one person at a time can be in the store.So because of this policy and the rudeness shown to us we went down the street to the Wilshire Blvd location and they got the $ for the accessories and iwatches we purchased!I will not be back to this location again.Rocky and Lydia Farrar

The employees at this location are not friendly or helpful at all. The female sales representative that was working with me was so rude and acted as if she didnt want to help me purchase a new phone. She seemed very uninformed. I ended up leaving empty-handed. After I had a terrible experience at this store, I went to one of the other AT&T locations in Burleson on John Jones and they were amazing! I will only go to the store on John Jones from now on and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Mostly crowded all the time. Your time does not seem to be a priority at this store they seem to enjoy your wait. Once someone does finally call your name they are attentive and helpful but still in no hurry. Plan the trip and allow time when you visit this location.

He gave us several options and had lots of knowledge that helped us make the decision that was best for our family. I went here to upgrade my daughters phone. First when we walked in no one even got up from their seat at the tables to come help us. We had to walk back to them. The guy was not very friendly at all. I told him I wanted to trade in her phone but that she also had an upgrade available. He talked down to me and said “uh so you want an upgrade, not a trade.” I told him we were looking at the SE. He went to go check stock and said they didn’t have any and neither did any of the surrounding stores (which was a lie because the other Burleson store we went to afterwards had them). I asked if there was another phone comparible in MONTHLY price ($25) and he laughed at me and just said no, didn’t even try to sell me anything else. So I left and went to another store where we got the iPhone 11 for half price due to a promotion, same monthly price I was looking for, and she helped save money on my monthly bill since we are military. Do not go to this store! They are a corporate store and apparently don’t care as much about getting commissions since they are paid more hourly. The store on WILSHIRE was soooo much better and more willing to help! I will take my business there from now on.

Made an appointment online and was greeted by Fred Wood at the door. He was awesome and assisted me in getting a relatives’s phone working again as she was preyed on by scammers and hacked into her phone and account. He helped get the phone re-established with a new number, and installed the SIM card and had to find a way to get in even though the email account was hacked and closed. He successfully got it done and it took some time to do this and he was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks Fred!!

Aaron Keswick gets 10 stars in my book. My daughter and her boyfriend ended up buying two new iphones from this store and my husband inherited daughters old phone (galaxy). We had so many complications with data transfer etc, we ended up going back to him for help 3 different times. He was so patient, kind, respectful and understanding from day one. I cannot say enough good things for this employee. My husband and myself are pushing 70 so this technology does not come easy to us. If we end up buying a new phone, we will definitely be asking for Aaron so for one he will get the credit, and for two...we know he will take care of us!!!

Worst experience I have ever had with a store. I have been a customer for over 30 years. I walked in to pay a bill for a family member. Since I did not have the account number I was told I had to wait. I waited over an hour and still had not received any help. I asked the Sales Rep at the door how much longer it would be since half of the staff just left for break. I was told rudely that it was required by law to allow the staff to take a lunch break. I am not an idiot and understand that. What I dont understand is why you would have half of your staff leave for lunch at the same time when you have 9 customers waiting. I saw so many people get frustrated and walk out. This store lost business because of poor scheduling. What happened to customer service? I went directly to the Mansfield store where the person that was at the door checking in customers actually helped me. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Possibly the staff at the Burleson location should go to the Mansfield location for training on customer service.

This ONE experience is ONLY a reflection of the store in general if they do not resolve this problem - but the poor review is toward the associate we had the terrible experience with, named Brandon - who approached US at our preset appointment time but who could barely be bothered to take out his earbuds, meet our eyes or answer the simplest questions. He could NOT have acted more bored unless he was comatose! He basically eye-rolled us the entire time and when asked if he was ok (because it seemed he had a real problem with assisting us), he had a real attitude about that.My husband & I have been AT&T customers for years, and not only do we spend quite a lot with the company, we came to spend more. We just bought new iPhone 11 Pro Max (s) and had 1 simple question about their activation, wanted to buy cases, AND possibly add business lines.However, Brandon was so incredibly rude to us, we refused to even buy cases from him and went elsewhere.Brandon should definitely be reminded that he has ONE JOB while on the clock in this store - and that is to be a customer service rep. If he has a problem with doing that job, he should have a different one.We have never, NEVER been treated this way by anyone and he is lucky he was not OUR child acting that way to anyone, ever, much less a customer.

I was hesitant to go here because of the other negative reviews, but they overcame all my objections. I walked in pretty aggressive and walked out very informed and reassured. Steve and the manager on duty Sunday October 1 did a wonderful job of looking at my very specific data needs and digesting my concerns, allowing me to bounce ideas off them. Ultimately, there was no perfect plan that fulfilled all my needs at the price point I was looking for, but I was given all the options in a supportive and high-accuracy manner. They looked at all the devices I brought with me to determine all the viable solutions. I ended up slightly upgrading my monthly pre-paid plan and I did not feel like they were pressuring me to do so. Thanks guys. If you continue to overcome all the stubborn Know-it-all customers like me, then I see positive results in this stores future. I recommend using this AT&T store and I WILL shop there in the future. Sincerely, one humbled user.

After the last data upgrade, my messaging service wasnt working right. Group messages come in separately and I have to download each one. I went to the store to get this fixed. The guy googled it. I told him I had already done that to no avail. He said to set up a new group. I said setting up another group with the same people would default back to the original group. He said he didnt know that. So my phone is still not working right and I am even more convinced I paying way too much and cant wait til Oct when my contract is up.

They continually lie to my grandmother, this time around they lied about the prices saying it wont cost anything to add to our plan, it will supposedly save us money to get unlimited. When I left out upset because I did not resolve what I needed, I realized, they didnt even take the time to look up my account. Checked in with 5 peeps in front of us. Not too long of a wait, get helped by Daniel. NOONE IN THIS STORE MENTIONED THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN DOWN ALL DAY and that we cant do upgrades. They continued to check in 7 or 8 more people WITHOUT TELLING THEM THE SITUATION. long story short we make it thru picking the new phone and transferring all data before they tell us that they cant continue the upgrade because ATT, though a multi million dollar company cant have a smoothly run operating system and screws its employees out of their commission. All we can do is say sorry and come back another day...... direct quote from them.
