My taxes did get done, yes. I am thankful that I did not have to deal with the paperwork myself. However, the associate I worked with was late at one appointment and double booked me at the second. I really appreciate the opportunity to come back and file during the special and save money, but that was only necessary because Jackson Hewitt was not upfront about their rates and my preparer did not relay the cost of my prep until the last second. I do not recommend the Wilshire blvd Wal-Mart location.
