Friendly staff that are very good at getting you in and out without any problems with your packages going out

I was expecting a UPS delivery and wasnt going to be home and opted to have the package delivered to the Burleson Eagle Postal Center. Was informed by UPS that the delivery would be made on Friday. Went into the postal ctr on Saturday about 11:30 and was told be Taylor that the package wasnt there even before she looked at my ID was going to be needed for the delivery. I went home and the UPS email said the pkg had been delivered at 4:16 AM on 6-26 to the UPS Access Point Location. When I called her at approx 1:15 pm, Taylor said oh yes the package is here and we close at 2:00 pm. Told her it would be next Sat before I could pick up. On Friday, 7-3, I ran by the center since Saturday was a holiday and discovered the office was closed & would reopen on 7-6. Didnt she know they were going to be closed when I voiced the fact that I couldnt pick up the pkg until 7-4? I had tried to call prior to going to the center on 7-3 and the phone just kept ringing. Figured they were busy. There was not a voice mail or messaging opportunity. Needless to say, I will never use this UPS Access Point again!!!

I always go here for Amazon returns and anything I need to ship. The lady that works here is very nice and helpful. Will continue using them!

We were so pleased with the customer service at Eagle Postal Center Burleson! He was very patient while we organized our adoption documents so he could notarize and ship them. What a blessing to have a place where we can quickly get any future adoption documents notarized and shipped and trust they were done correctly! Highly recommend!

Eagle Mail Services is trustworthy! I witnessed the service given to the customers ahead of me. They were treated with genuine care. My package was a bit oversized. Kelly informed me that we could special order a box; then added that it could be costly. In another moment, he said that he could make a box out of two. The man is obviously a problem solver!Thanks for sharing common sense, wit, honesty, and professional courtesy to your customers. When I need help with packaging and mailing, I know where I’ll go. This place is fantastic! The gentleman that runs this location is very knowledgeable (saved me from paying too much for postage) and their prices are very fair. This is a full service postal center that does it all. The staff is friendly and kind as well. The location for this place is great too

Eagle Postal is excellent, and heres why... I had to come in twice one day and saw the owner helping a guy whose item to ship was super heavy, he was going to have to pay to send it as Freight. I came back in for something that afternoon and he was just finishing packing this thing in a way that saved the guy over 2/3s of what he was going to have to pay. The owner is very helpful, I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have shipped here many times. Always the exact same package size and contents for my business. It is always $4 (and some change). Today I decided to go to the postal place closer to my house (Post & Print out off Renfro). I had been there a few times, and was charged that same rate as Eagle Postal Center ($4 and some change). Today I was told by the young man behind the counter that it would be $17 to ship my package the absolute cheapest way. I was shocked, and asked how so? He gave no explanation, just quoted the price again. I told him I ship these exact same packages all the time (2-3 month) and its usually around $4. He just shrugged his shoulders. I told him never mind, that I would go elsewhere and he informed me it was going to be the same rate wherever I go. I drove into town and went to Eagle Postal Center and shipped my package for $4 and some change, as always. Lesson learned, I will just stick to using Eagle Postal Center, even if it is a little further drive. Friendly, Reliable, and CONSISTENT!

Used them for several years. Not only to ship, but also for a mailbox. Id recommend them any day before getting a USPS PO box. No issue with UPS or Fed Ex delivering there, and they can sign for your packages.

Rent a box so that you will all ways get your package s in a safe place . Man you might even can have a boat ship there too. Lol Richard.

Great notary service today... Owner Kelly did a great job for us. Eagle Postal Center was recommended to us by our bank, since they cant notarized Wills.

Kelly did an outstanding job assisting me with notary documents. He told me how to include the correct verbiage in the documents so that he could process/notarize the documents. Friendly and informative.

I love this location ! I can come here on my worse day all frazzled and frustrated and Kelly just takes over and gets everything taken care of! He is so efficient and kind with this electronically challenged grandma. He helps me transfer labels from my phone and gets my pkgs sealed up and ready to go!! The gentleman that works there is so patient and helpful. I was clueless about PO boxes and how it works and needed one bad. Even tho I felt unintelligent he joked with me and helped me with all my questions. Also they got some super cute clothes and accessories in there.

They do a good job and are helpful and friendly. I locked my keeys in my car one day and the owner spent over 45 min helping me get in my car! Ill always recommend them!

Rude customer service. If someone calls to ask about a package they have shipped you dont curse them out. If the legal documents that have been shipped cannot be track because there is no scans the someone dropped the ball. Do your research before using this place! Call and talk to the guy that answers the phone and see for yourself. I will never take my business here again!!!

So I have my own account with UPS. I print on my labels and just drop off. Be very careful dropping the package off here. The guy yesterday seemed a little pissed I did not buy my label from him (most shipping centers overcharge anyway). To help him out I decided to buy something in the wanna be store occupying his other half of his store and he mischarged me. When I brought it to his attention, he played off like no big deal. A coupon book was laying around and I opened to the companies ad, I said in lieu of a refund....how about giving me a satchel. He said...here take 3. I got home....they were not worth the refund I was entitled to.😣

Went by at 3:00 pm on a Monday. There was a note on the door stating they were out on a delivery and would return at 3:45. This is very frustrating. Shouldnt keeping their business open during normal operating hours be a priority?

No idea how this place is still open. Save your time and money, go to UPS or FedEx.
