Prices are extremely high. I would definitely recommend checking pricing with other local shops before moving forward!

Went in for a screen repair, and the shop accidentally broke my home button. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Owner offered me a 50% refund and a personal apology. (Even though I signed a liability waiver and he was under no obligation to do so.)I highly recommend coming here for all phone repair needs.

They were quick to fix my cracked screen, and I even bought a protective case and screen protector from them, which they installed when they fixed my phone. The guy even tells me, “bring it back in if it starts glitching.” Less than 45 days later, my new screen is glitching, making my phone almost unusable. I take my phone and the receipt to them...guy spends 10 minutes looking at it trying to find a reason not to fix it...uses special lighting and has to search really hard...then he miraculously finds a microscopic something that disqualifies him from honoring his work...such a shame. I thought this place was reputable...terrible customer service.

I must say I was a repeat customer first experience was great. However after last experience will never return. Took an IPad in for battery replacement. Was originally told 2 to 3 days and would call me when ready. After a week and a half no contact from store. Went in to check on IPad, person in store had to call owner who apparently is the only one who works on IPads. Was basically told the owner had not been in and was uncertain if parts where is as well. After another week called again and was told owner had not been in to work on IPad and didn’t believe parts were in. In both cases where I contacted the store I asked why can’t it just be communicated to me what is going on, and reasons for delays? At no time did I feel my business with this vendor was appreciated nor did I ever feel like a valued customer.I will not return, nor will I recommend them in the future again.

Went in there, and the guy behind the desk immediately helped me. You could tell that he was even doing a different repair. I have an iPhone X, which has the most garbage glass back on it. I made the mistake of looking at it wrong so it shattered. The helpful staff (owner?) went over why each possibility was good or bad. He was honest in his approach, and even suggested that I might try the Apple store. I opted to get a wrap for the back, and he not only repaired it, but fixed his first attempt. (The first attempt was to experiment another possible option that could have been even better.) In and out in less than 20 minutes, and that included friendly conversation.I highly recommend these folks. And, even go as far as to say that the experience is one of the top for businesses I have visited. Please check them out for almost any repair for your phone!

I don’t not recommend Burleson iPhone Repair. I took my iPad on Sunday May 10th to repair a cracked screen. I was told that the owner is the only one that works on iPads and he would be in Monday or Tuesday to work on the iPads and get them done. I was told there were 2 iPads in front of mine. I called Wednesday and I was told it was not ready yet but they would call the owner to get an update. I never heard back from anyone. I called back on Friday and spoke to a young lady. I was told the same thing and I never received a call back like I requested. I called today Sunday May 17th and I was told the same thing yet again...that my iPad was still not ready. That the owner has multiple businesses and is very busy and has not had time to work on my iPad. (How is that my problem or my fault?)Within 7 days I received no communication from anyone at Burleson iPhone Repair, even after I requested an update and a call back twice.So I asked for the owners phone number.He told me a completely different story. That he worked on 7 iPads during the week and 3 iPads he had defective screens for so he had to order new parts for them, that my iPad was ‘probably’ one of those 3. He said the parts he ordered are coming from China and they could take up to two weeks or longer.Again, none of that was reported to me. AT ALL.The owner told me I had two options, wait 2 weeks or more until he received more parts from China or just pick up my iPad. This place has a horrible customer service and horrible communication skills. Save your self time and a headache and take your devices elsewhere!!!

Just called to get a quote on fixing my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen, and I was quoted $420 to repair the screen. To get it officially replaced by Apple it costs $329. They are charging almost $100 more than the phone creators to repair the screen, with none of the warranty aspects.

We took my husbands phone here to get fixed. We thought it needed the charging port replaced. They just cleaned it and it worked. We appreciate his honesty. He didn’t charge us to fix. Really nice guy. Highly recommend. Super nice and super fast.

Josh was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about why my phone was acting bugged besides just replacing my screen. He also went the extra mile and cleaned up some water that had gotten into my phone earlier that morning. I will definitely come back if I have future problems with my phone as well as recommend him to anybody who is having problems with their iPhones as well. Great prices by the way.. Thanks again!

Taken my iPhones here 3 times. 2/3 times it was fixed at a reasonable price for a fancy place and fixed within 15-20 minutes. the 3rd time i had taken it there without knowing it had water damage. he went through it and tried giving me a new battery but my phone was completely shot from the water damage and unable to be fixed. he didn’t even charge me. i’d recommend this place to anyone if they want to pay just a little extra than a “ghetto” shop. so far they’ve been respectful and straightforward with me. 5 stars.

Although the location of this place is a tiny bit complicated to find, once youre inside its a really nice place to be in. The guy that does the repair, Dustin is a really nice guy and hes super quick at what he does. I had an extremely damaged iPhone 6s and he had no problem whatsoever at repairing it. I really suggest giving them a try, especially with their ridiculously cheap price!!!

BEWARE... Has every customer sign a liability waiver. RED FLAG! Came in for a simple cracked screen replacement, left out with a fried phone with the owner whom was not present blaming the phone. The tech Hunter who worked on the phone was silenced by the owner Derek when I asked for him to be honest about him telling me that he wasnt knowledgeable about why the damage to the phone ocurred.

My iphone screen was cracked from dropping it a bunch, I went here and got it replaced. They did a great job and it only took 10 minutes!! I definitely recommend this place.

Took my sons IPhone 6S Plus for a screen repair and it was the fastes service I’ve EVER witnessed!! Quality work, freindly staff and great price! I’ll tell you this was my second option after I stopped by CPR iPhone repair in Burleson @ 6 pm first. We asked if he could repair the phone and he said he was swamped with 4 other phones and wouldn’t be able to until the next morning. Not one other customer in the store waiting. I said ok and called Burleson Texas iPhone Repairs right after we walked out and he said said bring it on and sure glad we did!! We were in and out in less than 15 MINS!!
