Not seeing from the website exactly what I was looking for I sent her a picture from Instagram and she went to work having one of her team go to supplier to pick the perfect flowers for my request. Don’t order here. Try another place. I see the good reviews were from 2 years ago. Customer service is lacking This is the 2nd order we have ordered and the name is not spelled correctly and the message was not complete. I called and tried to discuss with the representative but she was rude and insisted that my husband got his own wife’s name wrong. Not probable, and not professional. If they have any questions about name spelling they should spell back to customer. Again this is the 2nd time and all she had to do was apologize.
