I have loved this place for years, but my last manicure was outstanding!! I got it about four weeks ago. It safely endured air travel, luggage & a two week road trip that required loading & unloading the car every other day. AWESOME!!! Thank you!!

This is my favorite nail spot have been going for two years!!! The service is top notch and all the employees are sweet and make you feel comfortable. My favorite is Hannah she does my gel manicure, pedicures, and is the best at doing eyebrows! Also Twee is amazing at doing nails.

This place is great if you want basic, short nails. Anything that I have ever gotten here that required shaping (like coffin nails) were uneven and lop-sided. The pedicures are fantastic, I would give that 5 stars, but if youre getting nails done, just be basic af.

I would Say this place is decent. I went To summer and she did a good job. I would Not go to the male tech again. He did my nails and after two days it cracked. So I went Back to get it fixed then another two days the other finger cracked. Idk if the dip powder of cheap or is it him. But I dont Have this problem at my normal place. I’m a pharmacy tech so it’s not like I’m aggressive with my hands.

I had the Organic Manicure and it was worth the extra money. Vi was my manicurist and she did a wonderful job. I will definitely ask for her again.

I usually love this place but today the lady who works up front was rude. I asked her for a pen to fill out the slip for my service and she said itll be a 30 min wait and I said ok thats fine. She said we are too busy. Basically saying we dont want your business. So I left Very disappointed.

I enjoy coming here. They have plenty of people to work on people’s nails. They are always helpful and nice. They do good job on nails and I enjoy their pedicures. Their massage chairs are nice and I love having a dr. pepper while they work on my nails. It’s clean and aesthetically pleasing to look at.

So we had gone around 1 in the afternoon but they were super busy and they said we can make an appointment so we set an appointment for 3 for four people so they knew that we were coming. We waited forever to be seated. Thomas filed so hard my moms fingers were bleeding and he did nothing. He completely ignored her and didnt do her nails like she asked. She cried because it hurt and They looked bad. They werent even concerned that happened. Many other people have had TERRIBLE experiences with Thomas before. BEWARENow on the sheet of paper you pick what u want and u can pick a nail shape. We picked coffin shape for an additional $5. But suddenly at checkout we get charged an additional $10 each for length🤡 what? First of all that wasnt on the sheet AND we already payed extra for shape! So disappointed. Never coming back. This visit cost all my moms money AND tears.

The rude Hostess in the front should not be treating ppl that are coming to spend their money with that nail shop the way she does. Shes very RUDE and better be glad I was in a better mood or else she would have gotten embarrassed in front of her workers, which she also treats badly. Those poor ppl dont get a chance to breath after doing a client, she rushes them.

I usually don’t like getting my pedicure done by females. I nicely asked for a male tech and they laughed in my face. Then the manager comes and tells me it’s policy that make cannot perform nails service on males! Never have I heard of that! Over all they are not professional! I am paying for my mom, sister and myself I should get what I want! NEVER AGAIN am I coming back!!

It was my first time and I loved it. Everyone was really nice and offered drinks. Violet was my nail tech and she was very sweet. She did a great job on my manicure and hand massage.

I am only giving it a 2 star because the guy that did my nails was nice, but I am pretty sure he was a beginner or training to doing nails. I am very unhappy with the service I received!! I dislike so much the way my nails came out! There is nail product/residue under my nail, they are uneven and very thick, I regret giving this place a chance, not to mention the front lady hostess is not friendly at all.Never going back to this place again.

I love this places always beautiful nails. I try to get something different every time. Ive been coming here since they open and I like this place. Drinks to quench your thirst and pamper you. The staff is quick, polite and very efficient. I have nothing but good things to say.

I went 2 times for a set of nails... first time it cost more than 50$ they charged me 20$ for gel paint! That is 2 dollars per nail of a paint I DID NOT WANT! I told the front woman I didnt want it to cost a lot, she continued to speak with the man who was doing my nails to where I couldnt understand her and laughed at what I felt was me cause she did it again the 2nd time I went. She seems to have no job besides running her mouth and trying to up charge everyone! I was charged 5 dollars for them to drill the gel paint off my nails at the second visit! SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO DO FOR ACRYLIC FILLS ANYWAY! I had asked for colorful French tips TWICE got looked at like I was stupid and they couldnt do that! I will never return and will have my friends and family who also received horrible service leave reviews so that others could save money and find nicer service

My pedicure with Christina was GREAT! however, I had the WORST experience of my life getting my nails done with Thomas. He cut three of my fingers bad enough to make them bleed and left my nails super thick and unshaped. After Paying $75 and complaining to the manager another nail tech fixed my nails. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

The man who did my nails was very rude, when he was finished with my set he took his phone out while I was just sitting there, I then asked him if I was done and he completely ignored me. Even during my set he was talking to the person next to him and seemed to be in a rush to finish. Even the women at the front desk was rude, wouldn’t recommend.

This place does not even care about the Corona Virus!! They do not social distance the clients! For pedicures they sit you right next to some one else- so much for six feet apart. They don’t even wipe chairs or anything down between people. Half the nail techs don’t even wear their mask properly!!Don’t go at closing time!! Water, rocks, and towels were ice cold!!Scary place to come during the pandemic!! WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND. I should call the health department!!

I got my nails done on Thursday as soon as they finish my pedicure I look and see the polish isn’t smooth it’s clumpy. I tell them and they say it’s my nail. They fixed it after arguing with me about the shape of my nail. Honestly it was an old nail polish. I got a full white tip set and not even a week later you can see the nail is ungluing around the edges. This not a place I would recommend.

Every time I go to this location, I have a relaxing pedicure. The kind that will put you to sleep. Ms. Nancy is one of the best. So polite and my eyebrow waxing/shaping is always painless.

A lady named Anh did my eye brows and she did it perfectly also thier instruments were sterilized unlike the shops in the strip all around. I hate going to nail shops that say the instrument is sterile but they bring out the instruments in a unsterilized bag because most people dont pay attention. I went to luxury nail across shopping strip and they were so busy tryn to make money from the people that they were reusing acrylic burs in everybody and using unsterilized tools and the lady claimed they cleaned them prior to putting them n bag. I witnessed this beware where ever you go there are people with all diseases not just covid that spread in nail shops! This place seemed to be cleaned and my experience was excellent how ever I will watch for any slip ups on them as well. Like I said this shop actually showed me a sterile bag with instruments inside sealed so I know they take this serious. Spread the word!

I will be sticking to Star Nail Salon in Crowley. Even on their busy days my services are done, thats what I get venturing out.

I can not praise this place enough! While all of their nail techs are professional and do a great job, if youre ever lucky enough to get Jack, Blake, or Vi, youll be coming back here for years. Ive been going here for the past 5 years and can say Ive never left with a bad feeling or quality. Some places can feel very judgy and unprofessional, or arent cleanly enough. Resort is the complete opposite and is always welcoming. They go above and beyond for their clients offering beverages and fixing any nail mishaps (like you broke it a day or 2 later...). Massage chairs and large TV with HGTV (heyyy), and their color collection is impressive! If youre still looking for a nail place, stop! Get you & your boo thang over there STAT!

We came Tuesday for pedis, and manis.My niece got a full set with gel. 52 dollars. By Friday her nails were chipped, and 2 had come completely off. I call and they tell me come in so we can see what to do. I tell them a refund is the only option because my niece is heading home tomorrow. We go in so they can see the horrible job. They assure me they dont do refunds. I ask where in the store it says that. She says its on their website.... After looking its not on their website. Also why is it even a question whether or not to refund their shotty work??? Ive used them many times, and always loved them. After this experience I wont be back. They had me write my name down so she could put it in the system that I know they dont give refunds so if they ever provide less than great service again Ill be screwed. Im very disappointed.

First time customer , 7 days with my nails 2 broke and the others are cracking I ask to repair all of them but she said no I had to pay I understand it’s been 7 days and I asked her to put me with someone good looks like she lied never coming back this has never happen to me

I went to this location and got the Organic Dream Pedicure. The pedicure was good but it was definitely not worth $65. I wanted to experience the Jelly Pedi, which I did, but its not all that. Being a nail tech myself, I definitely think you dont need anything more that the Elegant Pedicure. Anything beyond that is a waste of money. Fool me once but wont fool me twice.

Well I got some acrylic nails and all was well with that it’s just when I came up to pay and had to transfer some money she seemed fed up and annoyed with me while having to wait for a short while. I don’t want to get service from anywhere that makes me feel unwelcome or uncomfortable that way. Not to mention the nails looked good but they weren’t done how I asked.

Could not even paint a Easter egg on my nails. Spent $200 and the could not do any design. Highly disappointed 😭

The best nail salon/spa Ive ever gone too. They were very communicative from the beginning, I had to fill out a small sheet of all I wanted done when I walked in. My nail tech Christine was AMAZING. The neck/arm/shoulder massage after my mani was everything. I will be returning soon!

Worst experience Ive had getting a pedicure! This was my first time at this place, although it is a very nice place, my toe nails look as if a 2 year old painted them. And to top that off, the lady clipped my skin and made my toe bleed so much that she had to wait for it to stop so she could paint my toe nails. Very disappointing when youre spending money on a job that should be well done by a professional. And she also put my feet in my sandals before painting my nails, and rushed me out of the chair to go pay before they were even dry.

I went to this place on January 18th to have a pedicure, nails & lashes filled before I went on a cruise. 2 days later I noticed 1 of my toenails was turning green. It then went to black. I think they need to sterilize their instruments better! I have never had a foot or nail fungus before now! Not going back

I have been coming to Resort Nails and Spa for about two years now. The services that they bring is amazing and prices are not to high and not to low, it is a perfect balance. The staff is incredible and they are sure to make you feel as comfortable as you can get!

This was my first visit ever to resort nails and spa. The stay at home order has just been lifted and nail salons are allowed to open for the first time in about 2 months and my feet needed it... BADLY. I dont like wearing shoes, LOL.Everyone was very polite and hustling ... doing a great job at the new safe practicing. I dont know the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she did a fantastic job on getting my feet beautiful and soft again.I will be back

Spent an hour here and ONLY got my feet done. Came in for mani and pedi. The only nail shop Ive been too that do services separately and I think its inconvenient and fairly stupid. I wont be back. & now that I see the review about nails coming off, I stopping them right now so I can go get my pedi at Legacy

Ive been to this salon three times and two out of those three times I was highly disappointed. The first time I went to this salon I had no issues and liked how my nails came out so I decided to return to this salon if my usual salon was closed or overflowed. The second time I came to this salon the old woman I was sat down with didnt listen to me on how I wanted MY nails and she just kept telling me this ways better. She filed the sides of my nails so much that all of my fingers were bleeding at the end of the sitting and I had to go home and fix the shape of all my nails because she made them all crooked. I didnt come back for months and was hoping she wouldnt be there anymore when my friend wanted to go here to get our nails done. I was sat down with a man and I showed him a picture of a design I wanted for my nails. I wanted the exact same shape of the nails in the photo just a different color and i explained that to him. He seemed like he didnt hear me at all because he was asking me where i wanted the white when there wasnt white in the design at all and i just wanted to change the blue to green. The shape I wanted was coffin and he only made my pinkies coffin and the rest were square but he still charged me for coffin shape. I had to go home and file my own nails to make them match each other. I wont be returning and hope they learn to listen to their customers.

I have been coming here since they opened and used to enjoy this place. Since covid 19 reopening there have been changes made which is expected but the staff is extremely rude including the manager at the front desk. After being there 2 hrs to get a pedicure and try to get a new set they told me they were to busy to do my nails after i had scheduled at 2:30 appt. I asked a question about gel polish and was told they didn’t have time to answer questions. Extremely upsetting to be treated this way.

I was needing an eyebrow wax. Upon I arrival was promptly greeted. I fortunately didn’t have to wait and was quickly taken to the wax room. The tech was quick and efficient and didn’t over pluck my brows. I walked away with my brows neatly groomed and on point! Great price for the waxing also. Definitely will come back.

I like my nails, however I paid $52 for my nails only, seems like price gouging. I got a full set with coffin shaped nails and gel polish! It was $20 extra for the polish. That’s an up charge that customers should be informed about. I’m not coming back! Lesson learned!

Best time of my life never once had anything to complain about. Always up for a challenge when I want to try a new nail art. Best place to go for girls’ time away and very relaxing.

As a new customer, I had my nails dipped for the first time on Friday at this salon. After washing my face on Saturday, I noticed a dullness, few nails separating from my skin, and a scratch in one fingernail nail polish. I went to HEB and purchased plastic gloves and a nail file to keep my nails looking their best. On Monday ,I returned to this salon and talked to the manager. She keep stating she never seen this before and they cannot correct my nails. She was abrupt, nonchalant, and quickly said goodbye to rush me out of her salon. She was not interested in helping me by giving tips on taking care of my nails. Last Friday, she was friendly to get my money $53 ( include tips) but today she treated me like I was a homeless beggar looking for something free from her. She is a heart less manager that cares about making money only - not establishing decent customer services. She can learn a lesson from the Better Business Bureau on how to treat her customers before and after a sale.

JACK did my nails, I pointed at the color I wanted and GOT A WHOLE DIFFERENT COLOR once I seen finished results, advise him “this isn’t the color I originally wanted” he later than stated “ITS YOUR FAULT YOU DIDN’T TELL ME” basically accusing me of my color when I specially pointed it out in the dip book. I later than told the manager I was upset (NOT TIM) a young lady SHE WAS NO HELP either the only thing she told me was “thank you for your input & we will work better” I was very disappointed with the way I as the customer was treated! AND this was my first time actually going here and my LAST. Don’t recommend & I will most definitely let my FRIENDS AND FAMILY BE AWARE AS WELL.

Wont let me post pics but my nails hurt and so damaged from all the grinding. No layers left. I recommend not letting anyone grind down your natural layers. Had gel nails here for quite some time.Had to remove the gel and now I have a paper thin nail left. Careful who you let do your nails. Whats left, you can see grind marks. Really ugly and now very embarrassing 😖

My favorite nail tech works here but to be honest their services are extremely limited. I mean, who doesnt have rhinestones?!?! They pretty much do the basics and dip powder and thats it. So, dont come with your internet and social media pictures because they most certainly cannot reproduce them.

I love this place. I get a eye brow wax, pedi and gel nails. This is my second to this one, I was going to a different nail place down the road and Im very pleased to switch. The staff here takes time with each thing they are doing for you. And the guy who runs the place cares about how you feel when you leave also. I would highly recommend this spa.

Tim provides excellent customer service! Van did my pedicure and did an amazing job! I walked in 5.44pm when they closed at 6.00pm, but she did not rush and took her time. Very pleased!

I have been going to Resort Salon for over a year and have been so pleased with the excellent service. Lily does amazing facials and pedicures; Ken is super creative on Ombre and dip nail sets; John does incredible pedicures and Lauren does a super job on manicures. Cecilia runs a very professional facility and gives great customer service. I could not be more pleased!

Anh was EXCELLENT. This is the most relaxing visit to a salon Ive had in a long time. Anh was perfect. My feet are perfect, my eyebrow tint is perfect, and I cant even explain in words how good she is at eyelash extensions!! Mine look so natural. She did an amazing job.

I used to love this place. However, do not go back to fix something after you paid. The manager is super rude and does not accommodate you. I had to wait until the lady that dis my nails finished with somebody for her to see me. Manager told me that nobody else could fix it.

I’ve tried several salons, and I recently met the new manager, Tim. I immediately noticed that he stood out above all others in his professionalism and attentiveness. I wasn’t that impressed with that salon in the past because of some former employees who were cocky and self centered. These employees moved on to another new Burleson salon which may have made room for Tim to move into the management position. I will definitely return because of the quality of service I received from Tim and his staff. He knows his clientele and tries to please them.

Nice salon. Saturday afternoon wait isnt too long. Dont go in a group though, you wont be seated together. The tech that did my nails was very friendly and pleasant. Ill be coming back 😊

I came in for the first time ever in May 4, 2019 for a pedicure. I was assigned to I believe his name was Tim. I requested the “Elegant Pedicure” with French Tips. The experience was AWFUL! First he seemed distracted. Second, he barely scrubbed my feet to make them smooth (smooth they were NOT by the way!) Third, he barely filed my toesnails, let alone buffer and smooth them (This step was skipped) and lastly, while he did paint the white tips, he did NOT put a clear coat on it!! I had to do that when I got home!! This was the worst pedicure experience I have EVER had!! And all I wanted was a nice pedicure before I went in for my bilateral mastectomy two days later!!

This place is the last place youll go. Because it is THAT good!!! I completely felt pampered today and it was amazing!! And Lily does eyebrow threading as well! My eyebrows on on point!!

My nail broke the first day after getting them done, went in to get it fixed, she supper glued where the crack was, then put another coat of dip and put one coat of the shiney top coat on. As I was getting up to leave, I noticed that it looked like paint running. I have a run spot on the nail she fixed. She never came back over to me. Never said anything to me. I will not go back and I do not recommend this place!

If possible I would not give any stars. I went in to get a pedicure. I was placed at a chair and waited for nail tech for about 5 minutes. she finally showed up, started the water and walked away. I continued to wait for another 10 minutes and asked the head person about her. I was told that she was in the back eating because she was pregnant. I proceeded to tell her that she can finish her meal because I was leaving. I understand, her dilemma but she should not have been at work if she couldn’t perform her duties. Their customer service is terrible!!!

Every visit with the exception of 2 times have been great. 2 times that wasnt great the techs did a terrible job. I got dipped nails and they were bumpy, and uneven. The other time the tech didnt smooth them out well at all and didnt even go all the way down to the bottom of the nails. I had to go back before 2 weeks to get them redone. Other than that great place. You get right in even when they are busy. Best techs Ive had is jack, amy, tree, and a few more. About fifty fifty on the good and not so good techs.

Im very disappointed in this place. My mothers nails started chipping from the 1st day she got them done. Due to her being disabled & recent surgery complications she was unable to make a trip back up there for 9 days to try to resolve the issue. I understand there was a large lapse in time for her to go back up there, but they were not sympathetic whatsoever. They refused to repaint her nails unless she forked out more money. They didnt even appologize 1 time! My poor mother never gets her nails done, this was a treat for her gone bad. I will absolutely NEVER go back. They lost my business along with any of my family or friends.

It was just okay. I went in for a gel manicure and walked out with a gel manicure. It wasn’t anything special. The girl only put one top coat on I needed two due to the gel I got having holo glitter. There’s a few nails where I can see the glitter sticking up. I didn’t think it was worth the 40$ I paid for.
