I own a hustler mower so when I needed parts, naturally I checked google, and they were at the top of the list. Went in a few more times for random parts, and when it was time to add a new mower to my business, I went in to see what they had to offer.They offered me a great price, and from the very first visit, everyone was super helpful. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, they even stayed open a little later than normal to make sure I could pick my mower up for work the next day.I highly recommend these guys if you appreciate quality products, and enjoy a professional yet laid back environment.

They refused to help my father pick out a mower because he wanted to help me cut yards easy since I help him with his small business. They also told him that they didnt have the mower when they did and gave my dad a hard time (Mind you my dad has trouble speaking English). Overall the experience there was really bad and I dont recommend buying from there if you support poc or part of the community.

I brought my mower in to be repaired on Dec 7, 20. I inquired a week before of the cost for it to be serviced (oil changed, tune up, filters change, blade sharpened). Also let them know it had a broken spring with inguaged the drive mechanism. Service was quoted ballpark between $90-120, then would let me know if anything else was needed and total price, about 8-10 day turnaround. After at least 3 calls back to them I was quoted a price for repair and we are now into mid December. I approve the cost but due to numerous delays in parts delivery it was not ready until after the New Year. I went to pick it up on 1-18-21, the next business day after I was notified it was ready for pick up. I paid the total bill and they brought out my mower. I noticed immediately that it wasnt evened washed or cleaned up at all. I started it and drove it up onto my trailer and proceeded home. Once home I checked the oil level and noticed it was a little lower than the full dot and quite discolored. That lead me to look at the spark plug which was rusty and the old plug. I looked also at the blades and they hadnt even been touched. While my mower was still on the trailer, I called and talked with the service manager, manager on duty Josh was the only one available. I advised him of my findings of the mower NOT being serviced, and am returning back to his place to see my noted dissatisfaction, and a refund. Upon return, Josh advised he would refund $74.41, and asked if that was correct. I advised that what ever the cost was for the service charged was that was not even attempted and asked him if he would like to check it. He declined . He return the money in cash without any further discussion and I departed. I wonder how many other customers were taken advantage of and possibly defrauded as I was attempted to be. Makes me angry.Sorry, in response to your reply, I have since brought my mower to another facility and have had the service completed within two days, along with replacing another part that they found with a defect while doing a full service inspection. Your efforts from senior employees to insure your new employees work seems to fail what you portray your business ethics to be. I am now satisfied I have located a trustworthy and reputable full service dealership to complete my needs for service, parts, and equipment.

This place is amazing!! William was awesome, polite and knowledgeable. I drove in from Benbrook and it was worth the trip. I already knew they accepted Snap financing. Went in and got a brand new ExMark commercial 21 with Honda motor. This thing is beastly! Anyone in need of service or a great deal make the trip to Lone Star Mower. I highly recommend their shop.

I recently went in to inquire about the new Stihl BR 800C blower. They told me that this model is on back order and they said they didnt know when they would be available.But these guys pulled some major strings and got me oneWow now I call that A-1 customer service. I was a little leary with getting a new mower. I have a 3 acre property that is just horrendous on mowers. I have had to fix my riding mower over a dozen times over the last year. I went to Lone Star Mower to look at the Hustler Dash because it was in my price range. When I told them my property size, they suggested the Hustler Raptor XD, as the Dash was not equipped to handle my property size. I was a little put back because of the price of it. But, Josh and the other members got me set up with financing and I couldnt be happier. They showed me how to operate it, cause I have never had a zero turn before. The Raptor XD mowed my lawn with ease. It was actually fun to drive and made my mowing effortless. What normally takes the entire weekend to mow, took only 3 hours to do. Great job guys!! Im loving my new mower, and their financing made it incredibly affordable.

Unfortunately, Im an old lady and my effort of loading the lawn mower into my car was worthless when I was faced by the kind of service you provide. Its a shame. The one guy I dealt with seemed like he didnt want my business. He was a salesman and he seemed extremely indifferent and almost seemed annoyed that they had to stop playing candy crush to help me. I even had to ask if he wanted to write my info down to get back with me so that we can get the sprayers ordered. Was supposed to get back with me about a couple of pieces of commercial equipment that I was seriously considering buying from them (2 weeks ago) .....never heard back from him. Hey guys.....never judge a book by its cover! Will take my 20 grand somewhere else.

Highly recommend!!!William the service manager is your go to guy, if you ever have an issue needing to be resolved speak with William and he will take care of you!I purchased my Hustler Raptor SD from this company about 5 years ago and brought it in recently for a motor replacement because mine threw a rod. I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could get to it and that was fine.I had some miss communication problems and was really upset, that is until i recurved a call from Ryan the service manager who explained in detail with very specific explanations as to what happend and why.Doing business with people who actually care these days is in short supply. So it was a breath of fresh air when talking to Ryan about my mower which I desperately needed to mow my grass.William went above and beyond to get me my mower as soon as possible!!

Brought chainsaw in to see if they would look at and advise what was wrong and how much to fix it. The really didnt want anything to do with it telling me to buy a new one. This one only had 10 hrs of use or less and had just been sitting up. Said it would be a week before the could get to it. Asked them to call as I would at least pay the fee to have it looked at to know what is wrong with it. 25 days later decided to just go pick it up since no call from them. They never looked at it. They probably have good products and parts, but if you need repair, I would not recommend. Poor attitude and lack of service. Attitude changed immediately when I said I needed repair work done.

Im a woman, and what a pleasant surprise. I walked in and told them I needed a blade for my lawnmower. They unloaded, put new blade on, reloaded and gave me outstanding service. Ive been going to Lone Star Mower Repair for years and they always treat me right. I bought a hustler zero turn from them that I absolutely love. It runs great and rarely give me trouble, when it does have a problem they are quick to get it fixed. They are very reasonable with their rates and dont try to sale you things you dont need. I hit a large rock and twisted the bolt that holds the blade on the mower off inside the shaft. I took the mower to Lone Star Mower and they told me that it did not look like the crankshaft was bent and they would try and get the part of the bolt out and repair my mower. He told me he would be able to tell right away if it could be repaired so I waited. In 20 minutes flat they had the bolt out and a new bolt plus a new blade installed and my mower was ready to mow grass. The total bill was less than $40.00 and I am back in business. Fast and efficient is what I call this. A++

I called last night. Said what type of mower i had and could they fix it. Sure thing! Ill see you first thing in the morning. So here i sit, and theyve just told me they need 85 dollars and Wont be able to even look at it for 2 weeks. 2 weeks? You couldnt maybe mention that on the phone?! Dont waste my time.Edit: In response to the owners rebuttal. His reply was a perfect example of what I mean. Was there an apology? No. Did he acknowledge that the service representative should have made the customer aware of the current backlog before allowing said customer to load up equipment and drive across town to hear about the current two week backlog? No. Of course a fee for diagnostic work is the standard. Am I inferring I sat outside while they diagnosed my equipment, or that it is done while you wait? No. I was sitting in my truck writing a review of the poor customer service and searching Google for a repair shop that would be able to see me before the end of the month. If you read his reply again youll see an unrepentant, petulant owner whos attitude is essentially Were busy, so tough.. Alright Lone Star, Thanks for sharing with us where you stand regarding future customers. I had heard good things about you, but the kids you have working your counter and phones are ruining that reputation.

This a new update from a year ago. I have a piece of equipment that I would say is my super man to my day to day operation. I took it to them and treated me like I did buy it from them. They worked hard for me. They ran the equipment for hours to be sure that the fix was completed. Who dose that in todays service industry. Lone Star mower repair does. Called to simply see if they were able to either sharpen mower blades or had replacements. Gave part number. Was on dead tone hold for 6 mins. Assumed call was dropped so I hung up and called back. The employee answered and I said I was the one calling about the mower blades. His immediate disgruntled response was did you hang up? Me-yes then he replied, in a further agitated tone, it doesnt make us look up the part any quicker guy! Not sure about him but Ive had plenty of dropped calls. No reason for the attitude.Either way, I wouldnt recommend them based off of a poor attitude for simply thinking my call got dropped.I wouldnt buy anything from them for fear of continued treatment like this when you need more than mower blades.

So I just left Lone Star Mower Repair. I had a problem with a stripped lawn mower blade bolt. Within 5 minutes the bolt was off and I was back in my vehicle headed home. These guys will have a customer for life for this simple act!

Walked in and was greeted by Justin although he was busy on the phone. I saw their Craigslist ad so I knew the promotion they had as far as rebates and free delivery. Justin helped me find the right mower for my budget and I was filling out an easy online application within a few mins. There was a 15 min wait for the application approval to return. Expecting my deliver after the weekend. Super easy experience and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend Lone Star!

I read the other reviews, but my experience was just the opposite. The personnel were not friendly over the phone, nor in person. Evidently they dont have a very good bookkeeping system. I had ordered 4 parts. They placed 3 parts on the counter, ready to send me out the door. I said my personal order sheet shows 4 parts. That means I paid for the 4 parts, you are sending me away with 3. He went to the back and brought out another box-the 4 th part. Never a thank you nor acknowledgment of their mistake. I wont be doing business with them any more, and I am now sorry I bought my mower from them.

So a few months ago I bought my first zero turn mower. After tons of research I bought a Spartan RT Pro as it was I had a few issues with belts and spindles right off the bat. The dealer had my mower more times than I did. Well last week I had just got my mower back and after an hour of use the drive belt broke again. So this time I loaded up the mower and took it back to the dealer my self. This time the dealer went above and beyond my expectations and took mine back and upgraded me to a brand new one. Shout out to Lone Star Mower in Burleson Tx. I would highly recommend theses guys a true pleasure doing business with them.

Just bought a Hustler Raptor SD 42, I have less than an hour of drive time so far, but I can already tell that I LOVE IT !! I did my research, made my calls, asked a lot of questions, (multiple times). Lonestar was the only dealer that would take my hoodrat MTD rider for trade (I didnt try the Oklahoma dealers). I financed with Sheffield for an easy, breezy $76.00/mo pmt. Lonestar will be providing a 10 hr service (oil change) at my location FREE OF CHARGE, simply because they are service oriented...SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. Love it! Do yourself a favor, at least give them a chance to EARN your business, tell them Scott sent you (I got a free T-shirt and now I am going for the Ball cap) LOL.They even fed me lunch while I was there, 2 chocolate glazed donuts. Give them a look, they wont disappoint.
