Today, July 4th, I stopped in for my bi-yearly inspection and cleaning. YES, they were open, I was so grateful! The diamond specialist greeted me promptly upon my entrance and proceeded to do the process.As I waited, i perused the store just to see whats new. Theres a Wonder Woman and Marilyn Monroe collection I havent seen before! And the diamond cross necklaces were stunning. Great selection.Thank you for my positive experience today!

Kim has been NOTHING BUT THE BEST!!!! I adore her as a person and she was very knowledgeable with the products she had in the store! Helped me pick out the most beautiful ring. The repair jeweler I had issues with, but Kim sent it out again and after the delay from the repair jeweler the second time; I finally have my ring back cleaned and sized perfectly with new prongs 🧡💍🤩 if you are looking for high end quality and a fraction of the cost I would HIGHLY recommend The Zales Outlet and ASK FOR KIM!

This location has some good deals, however if you are making a purchase in cash you might want to rethink the transaction. I bought something as a gift the next day exchanged it for a different piece my daughter liked more. A balance was owed to me of less then $200. The store says they dont have enough cash to give me my balance back and that a check will be mailed to me within 6 weeks. Not how I do business. Just food for thought as you think of shopping this location.

Bought my wife’s wedding band here. Five times it has broken and lost the same diamond due to an obvious defect. This last time, they refuse to have it repaired and tell my wife she must spend twice as much on some damned upgrade. I will not be back to this store, not any other Zales for that matter.

DO NOT USE FOR REPAIRS. I sent my wedding ring in for repairs to get resized right after my wedding along with my husbands gold chain only to receive a call 2 weeks later saying it was “lost in transit.” I’ve spoken with many other that have also had this experience and it’s just a nightmare! It’s sad losing something so sentimental. They have been pushy and trying to get me to take a replacement ring at another location but they have completely lost my trust and business. I will never shop there again. I have been told they switched their shipping method but it’s too late for me and others that will never see our jewelry again.

Do not come to this Zales! I sent off 2 necklaces for repair only 1 came back and they will not give me the one they do have unless I pay for both when I only have 1! The store manager KIMBERLY could care less! Do not waste your time coming here!

They have the worst customer service and for no reason at all! I went in with my boyfriend to buy an engagement ring and they didnt say anything to us, they just looked at us and said nothing. We looked for 15 minutes then we decided to leave.

We recently purchased wedding band sets, and I sent another ring off to be repaired. Our rings were supposed to be ready on 1-27-2021. It is now 2-5-2021 and no rings. I have received e-mails saying my rings are ready, but when I went to the store the 1 RING that was there is NOT a ring I purchased. The store manager seems to not care that our rings are lost. We spent over $8000.00 dollars and the value of my other ring is over $4000.00. No one at Zales seems to care that our rings are lost and no one seems to want to find our rings. I will NEVER purchase another ring from the Zales store in Burleson.

Breona H. Was amazing, her attitude and personality was exactly what I needed/expected from someone I would be purchasing a ring from. She was not overly pushy, however she was very knowledgeable in regards to what was available as well as making suggestions that actually suited my needs. This is possibly the first time Ive been in a Zales in over a decade; so to have been treated so well despite my current clothing and appearance (I had just finished working on a car), I was relieved to have been acknowledged and greeted with kindness. People like Breona are rare so Im glad I was able to have her as our Jewelry person. The manager I encountered on my return to have the ring appropriately sized was also very polite and helpful. So 5/5 ladies, great job!!

The staff at the Zales in Gateway Plaza are wonderful. We have been going there for years to purchase jewelry, have it cleaned, repaired, etc. They are always prompt, kind, and helpful. My husband and I actually got engaged there a few years ago.

I exchanged a bracelet and I placed my bracelet by the register. My friend was present and a witness. We walked over to another area and we were looking at another piece. The sales woman asked for my bracelet. Suddenly it disappeared. I begged them to look at the cameras. They refused stating “it wasnt that easy” and stating the manager had to and she was helping someone. I begged them to not let anyone leave and to pull the camera. Suddenly another sales woman took the trash can under the register to the back office and came back and pointed in it and my sales woman pulled it out of the trash can! Then the sales woman who took the trash to the back initially put her hand on my back and said “honey... calm down”. It was worth over 1700.00! I didnt say a word back. I was just shaking. I would like the GM to call me bc I want to know how it got in the trash can and how suddenly it appeared when i demanded the camera footage pulled.

Love all the jewelry I have gotten from Zales. The jewelers are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Using my diamond bond policy is effortless and having to file a claim for a lost diamond (twice) was completely hassle free. They do what they say they are going to do!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a former employee of Zales Outlet so I am completely APPAULD at the service me and my boyfriend have received. He purchased a promise ring for me October 30th, 2020. We took the ring in to be sized October 31st and was told that the completion date would be Nov 14th. He called Nov 14th to see if our ring had arrived since we had not heard from anyone and the sales associate Bre said I dont know where your ring is, you will have to call back later to see because we are too busy I will forget. I called back an hour later, got the same sales associate and I asked to speak to the manager who apparently was working with a customer and could not help me so I asked Bre to check the status of my repair. I was then told that the repair shop does not do deliveries on Saturday.. so when I questioned why they would have a completion date set up for a Saturday then I got an attitude saying you cant bypass the date which is a flat out lie because I used to work for the exact same company and have picked up shifts at THIS location so I know how the computer system works. The manager then calls me back to assure me my ring will be in Tuesday the 17Th. ANOTHER LIE. Tuesday in total from me, my boyfriend, my mom and the manager at the mansfield location tried calling the store 23 times with no answer. My boyfriend finally went to the store and to our surprise STILL NO RING. I contacted corporate to make a complaint and was told I would receive a phone call or email this morning. Here it is almost 3:30pm.... NO PHONE CALL. NO EMAIL. AND STILL CAN NOT GET ANYONE AT THE STORE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. STILL NO IDEA THE STATUS OF MY RING OR WHERE IT IS AT. We will never be back to Zales or any Signet owned stores. If I could give a negative star review I would. Dont waste your time shopping here. If you do want to purchase from Zales go see Pam or Ardita in Mansfield.

Went in to buy a ring for my wife. Without telling me anything about a protection plan or being asked if I wanted one, I was charged an additional $129.99. Filled out survey and no reply yet. Started with 4 stars, but the more I think about it. The more I feel cheated.

We have had nothing but problems.Store manager talking to my wife like shes a childLike your ring is so widdle! Baby talk! My wife was not amused.Then they lost her ring (it was stolen) and pressured my wife to order a new one at the alleged value of the other ring.They claimed the check was in the mail and now that we decided to go somewhere else they are saying it still has to be approved.Even before the ring was lost the jeweler had messes it up repeatedly.Bad service, bad product.The other ladies were all nice and helpful, the manager though... shady.

I am a fequent customer of Zales. Ive been shopping the Hulen location since I was 15. I came into the Burleson location, bought a few rings but this time the sales person showed me a ring. I thought about it, fell in love with it, found it EXACT online but as they went to price match the item number was different. She showed me a few more but she didnt really listen to the style I was looking for. So both days in the store they had me try on probably 10-15 rings each time. It was so confusing I went home to do more research. I found another one, decided to go to the Hulen location because the ring shown to be in stock. Again, exact same Karat, gold karat and IT WAS THE EXACT RING! I went right to it in the display box, again different item code. Even the salesperson agreed and was confused. Instead of trying to make me try on 20 more rings, they went straight to helping me order it online. Which is what the Burleson location should of done in the first place. #1, the online and stores should be more consistent. I know they work on commission Im in sales as well. Listening to the needs of the customer is key.
