Ive done the occasional wax at EWC for the last few years, but this summer I started getting my first brazilian waxes... I was so nervous!! Let me tell you, Tina is the best there is. Tina is quick, professional, yet charming and sweet as can be. And shes so good at calming your nerves! 3 stars for the customer service. 5 stars for the girl who did my Brazilian. When I booked the appointment 4 weeks ago, it was supposed to include a full leg wax. When they called to confirm 2days before, they only confirmed the date and time, not the services being done so I didnt know it wasnt correct. They didnt have time to do it today because of other appointments and I cant come back before we leave for vacation because I have kids and they arent allowed to wait in the lobby. Less than pleased by this after using this location for over a year. Probably will not be coming back.

I was terrified to give it a try and wax my legs for the third time in my life. I had such a bad experience in the past, at another location being in so much pain during the actual waxing session. I decided to give this location a try, due to the high reviews. So, I booked an appointment with Kacey and she will be my forever to go to person from now on! She was fantastic! Today was my first time getting professionally waxed and it was a great experience! I received underarms and full legs, the underarms was surprisingly not as painful as I thought it would be. The leg waxing was warm and felt awesome. My wax specialist was Melissa and she made my waxing experience wonderful!!! She answered all my questions, was friendly and easy to talk to. Friendly staff as soon as you walk in. My wax specialist was Tina and she was very knowledgeable about my skin, and the products i needed. They dont push the products on you like some places. she just showed them to me and explained how to use them and left it up to me to buy them. I did buy them and i will be back in a month.
