I absolutely love Texas fit gym in Burleson it’s not like any other gym I’ve ever been too it has all the equipment you could ask for to change up your work out the kids club has a lot of entertainment for the kids and the meals that are prepped are delicious. I always feel so welcomed when I walk into the gym and everyone there is friendly, the staff and other members are uplifting it feels like one big family I highly recommend this place if your looking for a positive and clean environment to get your work out in

Just started going here and I LOVE the equipment. Theres a healthy mix of old school and new equipment and the vibe here is exactly what Im looking for out a gym.

The owner and workers are always so nice and always say hello. The gym is full of equipment and a lot of room. I love the fact its so clean and they stress that you clean the equipment you just used. They are by far the best gym around here.

As someone who enjoys working out very much, I have been too many gyms, but nothing compares to The Texas fit club gym in Burleson! It is such a great environment to work out in! Plus all the equipment is top of the line and you receive great customer service from the employees. Overall one of the greatest gyms I have ever been to in my life! 10/10!

Hands down the best gym in Burleson, TX! Very friendly and helpful staff, informative as well. Equipment is clean and works great. Open at very convenient hours for anyone that doesn’t work the typical 9-5. All in all, a great fitness environment for anyone looking to get in shape.

I don’t have a membership there but I go with my husband twice a week , Owners very rude , looks like she’s got her favorites clients and there’s no rules for them , gym is 95% of the time clean only when the lady with short hairs there I think her names Brandy , very sweet and polite , she actually makes you feel at home, and it’s always running doing everything that needs to be done and more , I bet if it wasn’t for her that place will be out of business.

I have now been going to this gym now since November 2020 and this place is great for some who wants to get a great workout in. This is not a small gym like other gyms locally around Burleson. I have been a member at many big name gyms and honestly for new gym goers can be a little nerve racking but this place is so welcoming when coming in especially with the 2 guys I see every morning M-F always welcoming and walking around the gym racking weights back, vacuuming the floors, dusting the fans etc. Honestly I was looking for a gym that was open super early around 3:30 am for my workouts before work and I found this place and was a bit skeptical but once I walked in and quickly toured the place it was just what I needed to get my self in shape. For the review about not cleanliness beneath mine they did tell me for COVID precautions to skip a machine between people so thats what I usually do and you must wear a mask once entering the building until you make it to the lower level where all the equipment is at then its optional if you want to wear it or not while working out. Also once you hit the gym floor they have convenient disinfectant spray bottles with clean towels so you can wipe down any machine before or after your workout which is great.

Been going here for about a few years now. Good environment. Alot of equipment and its spacious. The members are friendly and the staff are always quick to help.

The owner , main lady is so rude. EXTREMELY rude . Don’t expect to be greeted by her or anything . She will give you dirty looks and not say a word . Go to worlds gym burleson the staff is 100x better . Save your money... also the music is always terrible . A lot of equipment is always messed up too , gym will probably go out of business in the next year or two.

Gym is great and conveniently open anytime i need it, Love it! But I have been disappointed by the uncleanness around the elliptical equipment, dirt, dried up sweat on and around the floor. And currently under the covid circumstances it would be best practice to separate the two most used ellipticals. Nothing more unsafe and unsanitary to have someone that close to you in these times. Be safe

Good gym! Plenty of machines, are some old, sure...but for $10 a month why in the world would you complain. There will always be a certain group of people who want something for nothing. Staff is always polite and courteous...when I bring my daughter in couple of times a year they just let her in for free.

Great gym! I used to work out at the one in Crowley and when I moved back it was closed. However, I tried PF and a few other gyms. They just werent right for me. Here I can work out and no one bothers me or judges my workout. I never have to wait for any machines or weights. Is the equipment state of the art...no. But it is perfect if you want to get a good workout. Staff is really nice too which is a bonus! Definitely keeping this membership for a while.

Well today will be my 3rd day as a gym member at I-fit and I have no complains, so far so good. I also came across a team member that works here, her name is Brandy she is fantastic, she has a great personality, easy going and carries a gre8 attitude and despite the fact of how busy she gets, she makes herself available to help out if needed. She took her time to Give me a few Exercise tips and ideas to blend protein shakes she is very knowledgeable, she knew exactly what she was talking about. she is fantastic. and brandy if your reading this, thank you again.

So many negative reviews. I used to go to Crowley, was it better, sure. But they have most of the machines here. Its a good change from what I was doing. They are changing it constantly to try and make it better. At 10$ a month its perfect. People seem so inconvenienced at cancelling and the certified letter. Deal with it. Its in the fine print when you sign up. Ive been with ifit 5 years. Tried numerous other gyms, still come back here. Go. Youll enjoy it.

A unique gym with a great group of members. Everyones friendly and you see a lot of people that seem quite serious about their strength and fitness levels. Nice variety of equipment fairly good use of space so that it seems bigger than you think it is on the outside. I like I-Fit.

They have lots of equipment to fit your needs as well as amazing classes. They also have tanning, but I dont use it. The pricing is amazing!

Trash gym. The cancellation process is ridiculous. If you call them and try to cancel they will say they Dont have the authority to cancel your membership and that only their account can do that. Weird seeing as how they require you to send certified mail to their physical address not to an accountants office. When I asked if I could just cancel the payment on my card they threatened it would go against my credit. They also try to get their final payment by stretching it out to the post marked date. The gym is run down. During one gym session they were literally painting with the doors closed on a Friday afternoon leaving me and my buddies force to inhale the fumes... Case and point dont waste your time or money with these people. They will do anything and everything they can to suck as much money out of your pocket while offering a barely passable gym experience. 0/10 would recommend to a friend.

Ive heard some people insult this place, if you cant afford to pay a membership here, THEN DONT SIGN UP. The monthly payments are $10, yes $10 a month, for basic start up. I like this place, its a good start up gym and the staff is very friendly and personable. I didnt feel like I was being judged here when I first began. They even gave me a free training session with a in house trainer to help show me how the machines work and some good exercises to practice. Ive been going here consecutively for a year now.

About to cancel because the music they play is like nails on a chalkboard. It literally kills my workout. 90 percent dudes in that gym when Im there, but they play dance pop music for 14 year old girls

I have always had an amazing experience with any of the IFit gyms. I enjoy the classes, the staff is top notch and they were always upfront about any costs and fees. Some may have had issues, but some like to blame others for their own personal financial mistakes. Definitely check it out and see if it fits your needs.

What a crock. Used to work our at the Crowley location, they have a sign on the door saying spring cleaning which at first seemed nice because the place was disgusting. Then the next day bam! Doors Locked. They then expect you to go work out at a facility that is a fraction of the size of the other that you originally agreed to working out in when you signed the agreement along with the other folks that already work out at this location.Like putting 10 lbs in a 5 lbs sack...You want to cancel? OK, send that letter certified mail and wait 30 days. Funny too they do this also right before their annual equipment dues are coming up.How about next time you be up front &/or give people the option to cancel in person. You changed the terms of the agreement people entered into with your company but still hold them to the same points they are responsible for in that agreement.

Love this gym! I have had zero issues with billing or anything else. The hours are great and its much more a friendly atmosphere than a large commercial gym. It has everything you could need with some great staff. Ive had friends join as well and they love it also. I have seen bad reviews about billing but I know plenty of people who have never had an issue at all. The ones that lash out at the gym because of their own financial irresponsibility should be ashamed. This is a great gym and I highly recommend it!

No toilet paper..Shame I have to call the front desk to finish using the bathroom!They were very nice and quick to help but still shouldn’t have happened, very embarrassing.

I enjoyed this gym at first even though the equipment is run down and you always have to wait for a treadmill. It is WAY over priced and they charge a fee twice a month for the upkeep of the facility which is just more money in the owners pocket because nothing changes.My issue started when I got a call while at the gym that my mother had passed. I immediately stopped and went up to the counter to ask what I need to do to freeze my account since Id be out of town taking care of my mothers arrangements. I was told nothing and thematic she would note the account . Two Weeks later a charge of 84.00 appeared... I called and they said that it was my monthly and then the upkeep fee. I explained what I was told by the girl at the gym and they basically called me a liar and refused to refund me. They also stated I would need to mail a letter and it has to be 30 days notice. SORRY I DIDNT HAVE NOTICE MY MOTHER WAS GOING TO PASS.On my way back into town I was in an accident where I had suffered a bad concussion and bruising on my brain and was told to rest. My sister and mother in law both called to see what they could do as far as my account since even after I mailed the letter from out of town they were still calling and charging me. They wouldnt discuss anything with them even when they explained the situation.This gym is run by a very nasty woman Michelle I believe her name is. She could care less about others hardships and all she wants to do it take your money.If you choose to go here and join do NOT keep your credit card on file after your initial payment. Pay in cash.

The people who work here are nice, but a lot of the equipment is falling apart. Not a lot of equipment to choose from also. The cancellation process is terrible. Ive been trying to cancel since October but the certified letter you have to mail in to cancel gets lost. Im about ready to cancel my card just so they dont receive anymore money. I regret signing up here.

Do not use this gym, broken equipment, pushed sales, and good luck canceling if you need to for any reason, they force you to send a certified letter to another address then they charge you for a month after they actually say it got there, full knowing you have canceled your membership and no longer go to the gym. Just terrible.

At the $10 starter price you get what you pay for in regards to equipment and facility cleanliness which isn’t the best but also isn’t the worst. In regards to staff they were never rude to me but were also never really interested in helping me either. The things that upset me the most is the random fees that would pop up once or twice a month that were never explained and the whole cancellation process. I sent in the certified mail per the contract and got charged the next month which was explained when I canceled. But then two months post voiding my contract I was charged again. I called ifit three days in a row to try and rectify this matter and everytime I called, I was told the person I needed to talk to was “gone for the day” or “would be back later.” I called at different times morning/afternoon/evening and still never got a straight answer, never was able to talk to a manager, and never even got a call back after leaving my information three times. So as a last resort I had to get my bank involved for a refund. Just very poor customer service, disregard for others time, and money. ** Tip: If you cancel make sure to keep your certified mail receipt. **

Just cancelled. This place is just awful and keeps getting worse each week. Everything is broken and the owner never has a professional come fix the machines nor replaces the ones that need to be replaced! Having machines break on me numerous of times during my workout, bathrooms are never cleaned, they have one employee working front desk and daycare! How can one employee take care of customers and members children at the same time? I’ve witnessed drug deals from a worker there on two occasions! When you tell the owner of an issue she seems frustrated with you and never concerned about the problem or giving her members a gym worth paying for. It’s $10 dollars a month for this dump and also $10 a month at planet fitness in Crowley which is 1000X better! They need a new owner to bring this place back to life or just shut it down completely!

If I could give this place less then a star I would. I get being under contract but their policy on canceling is insane.. havent been there in over a year, sent 2 letters like they told us too.. and they are STILL charging me. And all Im told is to send ANOTHER letter?! Whatever you do.. do not join!!

Entire place is constantly under construction and they need more and better machines. But most of the staff is very committed and knowledgeable.

Very clean and love the remodel but too many bodybuilders to feel comfortable actually working out.

The only thing keeping me here is the price, however, the bathroom has smelled like old urine for at least 4 weeks and I cant take it anymore. They clearly have a drain leak and dont care enough to fix it. This place is no longer a good deal so I will be canceling my membership next week.

This gym has great potential, but I feel like management is keeping this place from reaching a better level of success. Broken equipment, broken toilets, running out of toilet paper for over a week. As a paying customer none of these things encourage me to continue giving this gym my money. Stuff will break, but as a business owner your job is to get it fixed asap to keep customers happy. Especially when you also charge maintenance fees, but equipment remains broken for months. Maybe closing down the Crowley location will enable the owner to take better care of the Burleson location. The Burleson location is nice, but smaller than the Crowley location. Ill be taking my business to Metroflex Fort Worth.

This is the WORST gym ever to join. Equipment is old and disgusting. In order to cancel you have to get a certified letter sent, which they dont tell you about. They charge anout $50 twice a year to update the gym, which doesnt even happen. (Another thing they dont tell you when you sign up) If I could leave no stars I would. Dont waste your money here. Also the restroom/locker room is small, gross and the toliets are clogged often.

Equipment is a little run-down, but it works. Biggest issues are their shifty financial system. They dont mention how much certain fees are, in person, online, or on signup, and for good reason. Besides that, the owner of the gym is... lets say, not the most stellar of personalities. The kind that argues frequently and vehemently with patrons that have issues with their financial system.

Would give it a lower score if I could. They entered into a contract with a 15 year old and now I have to send a certified letter to get the membership cancelled and it will take another 30 days! Big scam. Buyer beware. I was told that everyone who signs up is told the cancellation procedure but have not found anyone who actually knows about how to cancel until you try to cancel.

I have to admit, this facility has always had a issue with housekeeping, today was the worst I have ever seen. Patrons use the equipment, weights, and never return them to the proper locations. What makes it worse, the night staff doesnt put things back in order before they leave which becomes a safety risk for patrons using the facility the following day. Someone needs to tour during operations and inform patrons of housekeeping and basic gym etiquette, because the signs dont work.

This is a scam! Took over $70 for one month and after several certified letters they refuse to cancel until I send more money. Run from this place and do not look back!PS the equipment is old and broken down too!
