I recently had pretty bad hail damage. Enterprise was very quick and professional. An employee actually picked me up at the body shop and brought me to enterprise. I was put in a Dodge Ram 1500. When I returned the vehicle, they took me to the location where my vehicle was being repaired so I wouldn’t have to find another ride to retrieve Emmy vehicle. They also have a pretty good selection of vehicles to choose from.

Terrible service. Was told Id be picked up at 3:30 and they had a medium suv available. Never picked me up so I called the local branch to be told they have nothing until Friday and the punk that answered the phone tries to get smart with me. Do not recommend enterprise at all they make promises they dont keep and couldnt care less about their customers. Will be calling corporate to make a complaint about this individual.

Bottom line: if nothing goes wrong - cool. If something does - expect abhorrent customer service because they honestly do not care.Our experience: We paid for a nice car. The windows were defective on our way home. They wouldn’t roll up after we put them down to take pictures. We were 2 hours away from the closest enterprise. It was a Sunday. They suggested we drive 2 hours in the opposite direction to get another car. Another option was to wait at a hotel or some place 3-4 hours for them to bring us another car. Last option was we could stay by the road and wait 3-4 hours for roadside help. It was 20 degrees. We had work the next day. We ended up staying in a hotel, missing work, paying all kinds of extra costs like food and spent time fixing the window “good enough” to get home. Terrible customer service!!! The manager, whose name was Faith, said, “I don’t like to be cold. You don’t like to be cold. Nobody likes to be cold. Sorry this happened.” We showed her that the windows were defective. We explained all we had to do to get home. She didn’t let us speak to her supervisors and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get to a human on the phone. If you rent a vehicle and plan on driving a long distance, know how to be treated if something goes wrong.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD

Everyone was extremely nice from pick up to the sweet young lady who greeted me at the car to drop off. I wish they had more of full size car variety. But unfortunately I think that is an issue with rental cars in general right now.

Ive used several different car rental agencies, including other Enterprises and this is always my go to. The GM and all employees are extremely nice. The rates are hard to beat and so is the cleanliness of the cars. This will always be my preferred rental car agency. Ive been a loyal customer for years!

I picked up a rental car from the Enterprise in Burleson, TX this morning. The weather is freezing so it was a quick transaction. State Farm sent me here to pick up a rental vehicle. When walking through with Caesar and the front door was opened I pointed at a nasty stain on the drivers seat. He said the vehicle had been thoroughly cleaned and that the stain was already marked. The vehicle had a “clean guarantee” slip in the cup holder along with a little thing of cleansing wipes. However, when I arrived home I opened the back door and there are stains and crumbs EVERYWHERE! It had never been cleaned! I’m 34 weeks pregnant and we are in the middle of a pandemic as well as flu season! This was obviously concerning so I called the branch directly. While on hold the message talks about how clean their vehicles are and the guarantee that even surpasses their vehicles and extends to the facilities. IRONIC! I get in contact with I think Faith is her name and she says I can drive back to burleson from Crowley/S. Fort Worth for them to clean the vehicle which would take about 15 minutes. I proceeded to explain how inconvenient that would be and asked if she could switch out vehicles for me. She said she could get me in a mini van or a kick (both down grades from the vehicle I am in Nissan Rogue) . I was there just 2.5 hours ago and they have much more available on their lot. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the customer service as well as this experience. Pictures do not do it justice.

I have gotten a car through this location several times and have never had any issues. I prefer calling the location directly b/c the call center never gets my info correct. I recieved great customer several both times. The lady that picked me up from the auto body shop even corrected a mistake the insurance company made without me asking her to. Id definitely rent from them again.

The service was great. But the car was in bad condition. I had a rental for a 15 hour drive. The vehicle needed an alignment badly! It shook horribly the entire way. Which I felt wasn’t the safest. When I told the workers about it they acted like it was no big deal. I will probably go to hertz next time....

Enjoyed my holiday weekend road trip, no worries because the peace of mind with the Insurance options was priceless for me a woman, riding alone. I am oleschool and wanted a vehicle with a CD player but none was available but I discovered android play was available in the car, so I never missed a beat, Thank you Enterprise, You Rock!

12-8-18 My pickup broke down and the tow truck driver recommended a shop that could work on my custom pickup and dropped me off to get rental car. Service was friendly car was far price but my negative comment and why I didn’t give them 5 stars they knew I would be traveling lot of miles that weekend and gave me a car WITH NO CRUISE CONTROL!!! I’d never rent a car to drive 1000+ miles without cruise control

My parents rented out a vehicle from the Enterprise connected with Service King (about 10 mi from here). During the winter storm and the power outages, we had to turn in our vehicle back to avoid extra charges. Unfortunately, the Enterprise we usually go to did not have power and was closed, so we came here, the only location that was open close to us.We were told by Ashley that there are two different Enterprise branches and that they could not accept the vehicle we were trying to return without charging us extra. For four days we went back and fourth in the ice and snow trying to see what we could do but this location would not help us.

Best rental car experience I could have hoped for. I rented a car for the first time ever and was very nervous because I had read so many bad reviews online. The woman who helped me get all signed in and checked out was incredibly helpful, kind, and informative. I rented the car for a week, turned it in after hours, then received my receipt in my email. No surprises on my receipt; no unexpected charges and I got my deposit back like I was told. I was so relieved. Enterprise in Burleson, TX was great.

I had a fender bender & ins put me into a rental car from Enterprise. I was asked if i wanted them to fill it up upon return for a low price so i did.However, beware as they will add on xtra ins without your approval even if you have fill coverage from your ins. To me thats THEFT of services. I will not go back & being in service industryi have many people every day to tell them about your theft. I assumed you were a reputable company but obviously i was wrong.Laura Prater

Every time I called to make arrangements for my rental car I got different information or incorrect information. Therefore they decided to keep my deposit even though I tried doing everything they asked so I could get my deposit back. And because they are closed early I get charged more I am very upset with my experience and will never be renting a car from them again

Rented a SUV this past weekend to meet my biological sister for the first time. Enterprise gave me a brand new 2020 GMC Acadia. (Only downside was it had grass on interior carpets and bugs on front grill) but it was a very nice ride.

With the COVID 19, please make sure you are taking pictures of your vehicles at pick up and drop off. Some of the employees are rude and disrespectful toward their customers.(Being rude on the phone, hanging up phone call on your face...). Unprofessional at so many level that on top of needing training they will need some home training as well. FYI, if you ever read this Scamming customers with unreal damages will not raise your revenue. That’s why the government has some program for businesses.DON’T RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION. RUN AWAY.

We use Enterprise for work and have been very happy overall. My concern is when I call to reserve a vehicle through the call center or online, receive confirmation of the rental, then call the designated location and they tell me the vehicle is not available for even days after the scheduled pickup time. This review is for the call center, they do not seem to know what vehicles are available.The onsite staff has always been great at every location, just make sure you contact the branch directly.

If you rent a vehicle here and they start it for you so it’s running when you get in make sure you turn it off and start it on your own. Had I done that I would’ve seen that the vehicle needed an oil change and never would have driven off in it. So now I have to take the vehicle in to get the oil changed myself. I don’t mind getting the oil changed but this should’ve been done before they rented the car to anyone. Had the light come on a week after driving the vehicle… That’s a totally different story and I understand. They offered to switch me out but they don’t have anything available that’s comparable to what I’m currently driving… And I need a large SUV for work. Looks like somebody didn’t want to deal with the issue and had the mentality of “let’s just let the customer deal with it”

This location is very convenient and the employees were courteous and made the experience quick. The only thing I would change is that they do not have a drop box for after hours drop off. I have rented cars in towns were the crime levels would be much higher than here and been able to put keys in a secured box.

When I bought my car back, the guy at the rental car counter gives me a receipt that doesnt show my deposit refund, so I ask him about it and he said its supposed to be on there, wrong answer, after more insistence on my part I correct receipt. My money is important to me

This is one of the best Enterprise Rental establishments Ive been in. The staff have created a very welcoming environment. They were fast and efficient. I dealt with a different set of people upon my arrival and return of the vehicle. They were all equally impressive. Kudos to the gents cleaning the vehicles. I would absolutely choose this location when I visit Texas again.

Inside staff was great. Wish there was a way for reservations on the phone to be more accurate. Made three reservations online and came to three different locations and no cars. Was told reservationists make their money on reservations, but they don’t know what is at location when you get there. Would give 5 stars if that could be streamlined with locations.

Great customer service! I definitely always feel like Im being taken care of here. Office is nice and clean.Theyre occasionally short-staffed, which leads to a longer wait time to see a representative, but as long as youre not in a rush, its not a long wait.My only negative experience has been with the vehicles provided, which Im not sure if this is within their control, or if it had to do with the luxury level I chose. But the first time I rented from them, the car I was provided reeked of smoke. But the car Im using now is just fine, so I might have just had a bad coincidence.

The car was not clean, there was no windshield wiper fluid and according the sticker on the car it was way over due for an oil change.The staff however was very friendly, but going through a pandemic right now I was not impressed by the lack of cleanliness.

If I could give more stars I would. I rented a car back in August while my Jeep was being repaired for hail damage. They only had full size vehicles available which was not covered with my insurance so I was going to pay for extra fees. I obviously was disappointed and they recognized it and settled with me seeing how it was not my fault they only had larger vehicles available. This is not why I would give more stars if I could. It is October and yesterday I received a voicemail asking if I had left anything in my rental nearly three months later. I have only been missing one thing and realistically I thought there was no way it was my work bank bag with several $100s in it. I returned the call... AND IT WAS MY FREAKING BANK BAG WITH ALL OF THE MONEY IN IT. It got stuck under the seat in an awkward position where they couldnt see it. Heath, the gentleman who cleans the vehicles found it. I sincerely appreciate Heaths honesty and integrity in turning in the bank bag. I appreciate the office team in doing their research to return it to me and not just putting it in lost and found. I never would have thought to check with the rental. Thank you Burleson Enterprise for your honesty and integrity.

The car was good, the Service was good what I did not like was that one employee lied to me. I drop off the car and I left my garage door opener behind. So I went to the mail office and they dont have it. Main office calls the first office and they say they are looking while talking on the phone. The employee says there is nothing there. So I drive to that office and see the black Toyota I rented still there so I go in and ask to look for it myself the employee says the car its already gone and rented. No even 30 mins since I left main office and the car is out. No big deal those controllers are $50 but why lie to me? When the car is right there in the parking lot. Maybe he did not wanted to admit he never look for it in the first place.

Starting last week i picked up a rental car from this location, the registration was out and then on Tuesday it would not start. I called and got transferred to roadside assistance. They let me know it would be 90 min before they could get to me, frustrating bc i am less than a mile from the location. I end up having someone leave work to come and jump start the car. I get to the location to get a replacement and then when i get into the new rental the gas light is on....telling the young lady i didnt have time to wait i would just put fuel in the car myself. Then last night i turn the lights on to drive home and the car gives a warning the brake light is out. Worst experience so far and its not over yet....

So I just left here and Tyler was the one who helped me get my car checked back in. I had a small rock chip in the window that cracked a little and was fully expecting to have to do a claim through MasterCard. He came out looked at it and said dont worry about it. Ill have it filled. It isnt going to cost me a thing and now I can cancel the claim through MasterCard and dont have to go through that headache. He even offered to give me a ride home. Great customer service! I will be doing all future rental car business through this Enterprise.

Travis, the manager at the Burleson location, as well as Josh, were so helpful when I was in a pinch. They helped me out at the last minute when another rental place rented out my car. We were on the way to Houston to bury my boyfriends mother and Josh and Travis didnt hesitate to help me with what I needed. They were professional, sympathetic to my needs, friendly, and very personable. I had my first accident, at the ripe old age of 67, and while the car was being repaired I rented a car from Enterprise in Burleson. I am writing to ensure that my quality experience and especially the assistance given me by Ashanti is recognized. Ashanti is very efficient in the midst of the high intensity demands of the front desk, while very personable. She answered all of my questions, listened well is placing me in the property vehicle, reviewed the car with me before I left, and the next day she efficiently replaced that vehicle with another when it developed tire issues. Finally she even called me back the morning after I dropped off the rental at the collision firm. I was concerned that there was no one on duty to validate that the car was returned in good shape and her call assured me that the rental was reviewed and determined in fine shape, and that my initial charge card deposit would be released . I sincerely hope she is made aware of my appreciation and praise.

The Burleson Enterprise is always a treat. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even called after I had the car a few days to see if everything was going okay. I like that. I come to town every 3 months to visit my aging parents and I need a reliable car. If I can get a ride from the airport, I will get my car from Burleson, otherwise, I have to get it from the airport...Burleson has the better deal always.

When my husband visited this location in person, they were nice and helpful for the most part.However, when I called, a man answered the phone and cut me off mid sentence, as I was introducing myself and explaining the reason for my call. Then, he gave me a different phone number and I spoke with a woman who was nicer, but still did not have great phone manners and was not competent. I am very upset with the service that I received.

I would rate a 0 if it would let me...we had a reservation for 2 months and went to go pick up our vehicle and they told us that they had to have a credit card on file not debit and we didnt have one so they couldnt rent the vehicle for us. But the Cleburne location said they could have rented us one no problem they just didnt have one available. So ridiculous that one location says one thing and the other says different. Go to Cleburne not Burleson. Cleburne employees were very nice and helpful.

If possible would give a 0. From a business standpoint, if I had a customer that has large business transactions with the company, I would make accommodations. First increased rates during certain times and now only renting certain vehicles (truck) for specific reasons. My business is done with this company.

Disappointed with this place . Not very friendly here. They wouldnt rent a car to us unless we had 3 utility bills in our name. Ive rented with them before not this location another and have never had this issue. It doesnt mention this on their website. I would not have wasted my time had I known.
