Great service and price for new windows in my home. Major renovation project and Adelphia Exteriors was only window company willing to give me a ballpark estimate with me giving estimated window sizes and them not seeing the house, so I could budget all the renovations to figure out if I could do windows. NO hard sell like other window companies. I took my time and signed the contract 1-2 months later after they gave me a firm quote. Very happy with the result.

This company is great! I had quotes by three different companies to replace windows, paint our brick, install new siding, install new doors, install new gutters/down spouts, plus add new insulation! Adelphia was the only company I contacted for an estimate that would take care of all my needs with one contract. This is a family owned company that has been extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Our initial appointment was with George, who wrote the estimate, the contract, and was our main point of contact; Vickie (mom) runs the office and frequently coordinated with me by phone; and Nick (dad) founded the business in the 1980s and oversaw the painting. The painting is second to none. multiple coats with the highest quality materials looks beautiful! Next came the exterior siding. We wanted to replace our original siding and decided to change it to vinyl shake! You can see the results in the before and after photos. We are thrilled with the results! The replacement doors and windows were installed efficiently and are so beautiful. We selected Adelphia based on their competitive pricing and excellent reviews on Angies List and Yelp. We used Adelphia to replace the insulation in our attic. Due to the need to schedule the work for after a different contractor completed a repair of the ridge vent, we needed some flexibility on their part. This was handled with patience and understanding. The actual work was done very professionally (both the removal of the old damaged insulation and the installation of the new). When George walked into my house I immediately told him we would not be signing on day one, and he laughed and said no problem! I used Adelphia Exteriors to do blown-in insulation work on my house. My home had original insulation from the 60s that had literally disintegrated and was causing my electric bill to go thru the roof both in winter and summer. They did a terrific job at a very competitive rate. I got two other quotes and theirs was the best. They were professional, courteous and fast. I hope to use them again for more home projects.

We hired Adelphia Exteriors for our Exterior Painting Project and we are very happy with the finished product. Rob provided the estimate within one business day. Viki promptly and kindly helped us to schedule the start date after our project was delayed because of weather. Nick visited the job site to make sure all the exterior colors accurately matched the existing colors. Nick made sure all the areas that required maintenance painting were carefully addressed. He even replaced our house numbers which was a way better option than painting them. He also meticulously worked with Diego to reinstall two shutters that were already partially detached. Diego and his painting team did an amazing job painting all our exterior brick, porch, garage frame and metal light fixtures. They were very detailed in their painting services and professional. Again, we are very pleased with the results.

I contracted Adelphia to paint my living room, dining room and a hallway. The two tradesmen arrived exactly on time on the first day and prepared the areas. They filled holes, repaired a long crack on the ceiling and two on one of the walls then painted the ceiling. They came back on time the next day to add a second coat of paint on the ceilings and to paint the walls and trim. The painters were courteous, polite and worked hard with just a short lunch break both days. Their clean up was excellent and the job was outstanding. This is the second time we have hired Adelphia, and in both instances my wife and I were very pleased. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

This was our first experience with siding replacement and cannot say enough how pleased we are with the work of Christian and his crew from Adelphia Exteriors. It was a large job taking almost five full, long days, with many of those days extending to 7:00 p.m. Christian even offered to work on a Sunday if we desired, but politely declined. Adelphia did a very good job replacing our old roof (hail damage). They worked w/our insurance company and kept costs affordable while doing quality work. They kept us informed of the project status. And, they sent a separate crew to do a fine-tooth clean-up after installation was completed, to help insure stray nails & other small debris was picked up. I am extremely satisfied with Adelphia Exterior’s professionalism from start to finish of our entire house project. We had our siding and roofing completely replaced, as well as shutters and window caps added to our house to clean up the overall appearance. After we contacted our insurance for our claim, we then contacted George at Adelphia, as we’d been recommended the company by a neighbor. George came out and met with our insurance adjuster, and handled our insurance claim from start to finish. He personally met with my husband and I to discuss roofing and siding options, and gave us recommendations on the brands he specifically likes (and only suggested those in our budget). He also gave us color recommendations based on the color brick on our house. We went with his suggestions of brand, color, and style- and the results speak for themselves. We also had him add shutters and window caps to tie it all together. His employees were also extremely friendly, and very quick. We needed to replace our original wood windows in our 1967 Colonial House in Annandale, VA. I did thorough research and knew that I wanted to install ProVia Endure windows. Adelphia Exteriors was one of 5 companies that we had come to our house to give us a quote. Tim Koutsis who is one of the owners of the company came to our house to give us a quote. Tim stood out from the other companies in multiple areas, including a few characteristics that is important to me. Tim presented our options with clarity and without a high pressure sales tactics that I received from other companies. He talked to us about the pros/cons of wood, vinyl, and fiberglass replacement windows, and then priced us out several options of each type so that we could think about what would be the best value for our house. In the end we chose Adelphia Exteriors because they were able to perform a full-frame installation with the windows for one of the lowest costs, and because we felt comfortable going with a family owned business that had stellar reviews. In addition, we have friends who had their roof replaced by Adelphia Exteriors. My experience with Adelphia was one of the worst I have had as a homeowner. I chose them because they promote themselves as a family business and I didn’t want to work with companies that subcontract things, as there’s never any accountability.Well, the sales team is the family. They use schedulers and installers who work for other companies. This was apparent when they called me to schedule stating they were calling from Window Nation. And it was apparent when they called me one hour into my 3 hour installation window to say they were not coming because their truck broke down. If they worked directly for the company they would problem solved and gotten another crew out or rescheduled for the next day. When pressed, they admitted the installers work for the window manufacturer.The second time the installers came out, they broke two of the picture windows before they could be installed. So another installation had to be scheduled. The crew left debris around my yard, including metal objects and bits of insulation. And the installers damaged my window trim around two windows. Not once did they point this out to me. It was found later, days after they left. The young man who came to inspect the installation quickly scheduled someone to come out and repair the trim and paint it.The most frustrating part of this experience was I had to call George in sales to raise my issues and frustration because he never made any attempt to make any of this right. After I told him of my unhappiness with the entire experience is when I finally got a make good offer — a 5% discount and $500 off my next project. When I tried taking him on the next project offer, he sent me one email with an option and then never got back to me. He ignored two emails from me trying to get that ordered. His word means nothing. Buyer beware.

I had all of my windows replaced by Adelphia three years ago, this is not only to speak to superb service and professionalism and quality of their product it is also to speak to the durability of the windows through the several storms that we have had in our area during that time.1. The quote was exceedingly reasonable to replace all windows and install a bay window and also siding on the exterior. Lower than other quotes received2. Workmen were professional the work was done very quickly on the date agreed3. All work materials and old windows were removed the day of the installation4. the windows have performed as promised after three years, I had a slight problem (MY error) with one window and the company responded immediately and fixed the problem5. the siding has remained vibrant with no bubbling, or movement over the three years - top quality!6. Would recommend this company without hesitation for the dependability and durability of their products and excellence in customer service

Adelphia Exteriors not only did a wonderful job painting the interior of my house and railings on the exterior, they were very accommodating as well. They moved the furniture to do the interior painting, but also said they would come back to do touch-ups as needed after movers removed the furniture from the house. They came back to do touch-ups as they said they would even though they were busy with other jobs so the house would be finished in time to be put on the market on the planned date. The owner and individual painters were a joy to work with.

Adelphia Exteriors just completed a big re-roofing and re-siding job on our house and we could not be more pleased. It was so nice dealing with this established famiily owned company. From the beginning they were extremely responsive, returning calls promptly and always showing up when they said they would. It also helped a lot that they were very experienced in dealing with insurance claims such as ours.Except for a few unavoidable weather delays the actual installation went smoothly. Roofers and siding guys were a pleasure to work with, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, and the final result looks great.

I had a very tight timeline to get my condo painted before putting it on the market. It had to be done while I was in town from Florida, and before the flooring guys were scheduled. On top of the tight schedule, I was having difficulty getting the power transferred back to my name from my tenants, and it was shut off in the process. Adelphia worked with me throughout this process, with great communication. They even worked for two days without power. They did a great job at a more than reasonable price, and finished on time despite all of the issues. I would highly recommend them for any painting project.

George, Director of Sales of Adelphia Exteriors came out to our home in Vienna to inspect the condition of our roof past summer. He explained to us that the shingles on the roof was deteriorating badly and he said it must be an original roof and he was right.We discussed many different types of roof shingles and high performance underlayment. George also told us that high performance underlayment was a protection water resistant layer. Every roof system must have to prevent leaks. He also indicated that winter guard underpayment would be added to prevent rain and ice dams in areas that were vulnerable.We signed a contract and the installation was done one week after that and the installation team was outstanding. No scattered of waste materials, no nails, no broken shingles on our deck or on the lawn.Adelphia Exteriors is a reliable, trustworthy company. What Adelphia did to my house was phenomenal. I was desperately searching for a roof company who can come to my house immediately to repair the damaged roof due to last month heavy wind. I need to get it done within a week as I have a ratified contract to sell the house and the roof company that I had worked with ditched me saying they are too busy to do the repair. After so many calls and emails, only Adelphia accommodated my tight schedule and came to my house to inspect the damages the day after the call. Pre install and completion of install top notch. However, after work is complete you hear nothing. If minor repair is needed it takes numerous calls and emails from me to get the task complete. They need to work on following up with the customer and staying on top of it.

Quick and through removal of the old insulation that was in our attic from the 60s followed by a quick install of the new insulation, everything was done in 2.5 hours in about 200 sq ft, also recommended a great handy man for some repairs we needed in the attic
