They identified an issue with my car(swollen lug nuts). If I got a flat I would not have been able to change it myself. They suggested I buy affordable replacements and they swapped them out for me. It took them a while because they were all stuck on there and they charged a minimal fee. Very classy.

First time user. Seem professional. Appreciate two-person rule on critical decisions. Well see how things go over time. Price cant be beat as dealer wanted 2X+ than Jiffy Lube price.

Best 20 minute service. The entire staff was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes, I received a synthetic oil change, new air filters, and tire pressure adjustment. The staff works well together; like a well- oiled machine! Keep up the great work.

Quick service. Staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to get my oil change and on my lunch brake and get back to work on time. The mechanic Andrew was nice enough to explain their recommendations to me personally and write down everything down too. When I need to have the work done Ill already know what to ask for, which is nice since I dont have a lot of Free time. Defiantly will be using this shop more often

The guys (and gals!) at the Burke Jiffy Lube are the best. My oil light came on before my oil change was due. They quickly assessed the issue, found a crumpled oil filter, replaced it, topped off the oil, and had me back on the road - all in less than 30 minutes. Since they did my last oil change, it was all covered. Really appreciate how they have treated me so respectfully each time I go in.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube off Burke Centre Pkwy for my oil changes for almost 3 years. They always do a great job and are done before you know it, even when busy. They didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of things I dont need.

I have always used Jiffy Lube for my oil changes for my Mazda 3, up until what happened to me a month ago. I went in with a flat tire and told them to change my valve stem core on my tire, and the lady insisted that what needed to be done is change the entire valve core system which would cost $120. I am no mechanic, but I knew the tire was leaking air because it needed a new valve stem. Luckily I left the place and went to Auto-zone and bought myself a tire valve stem core removal kit. I removed the stem and replaced it with a new one. My tire is no longer leaking air. Do you know how much that cost? about $3.I will no longer use Jiffy Lube for any services because of their dishonesty. Someone out there would have trusted your knowledge and experience and got the $120 services, when all they really needed was a $3 valve stem. Honesty goes along ways. If you want to build up loyal customers, YOU have to be loyal.

Ive always trusted Jiffy lube with my servicing ever since my last car. The team is always prompt and professional. They never take advantage of me being female and answer any questions I have. I find their brake prices to be reasonable and I never have my brakes done anywhere else. Ive been to 2 other locations and I get the same quality of service at each one.

Not your average Jiffy Lube. Very professional. Not just a willingness to help but a genuine desire. Quite trustworthy. Yes they are going to upsell but that is what all businesses do. Its just even the upsell is reasonable. I would say ultimately what keeps me coming back...is their trustworthiness.

I’ve been going to Jiffy lube in Burke for years and the service is always on point. They are always friendly and professional. They always suggest what is needed to be done on my car but never harass or put pressure. Always a great picture experience overall.

I noticed that my brakes were squeaking last week and yesterday(12/10/20) I took my Expedition in for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. The manager was kind enough to pull me into the work area to show me the brake measurements. He explained that it was time to change them and charged a fair price. It only took like an hour. They quickly test drove it and I was on my way. It was worth the price to me because of how fast they got me out of there. Quick service, kind employees, and professional atmosphere. I will be bringing my cars here next time they need servicing.

Burke Jiffy Lube, is and awesome place. The employees are great, quick and helpful. The Manager is the most awesome manager that I have met. He was great at help with the service of my vehicle, so I would not be late to my meeting. This is the kind of manager you want to have at any store.

I’ve been visiting this business ever since I bought a new car in 2017 and have always been very impressed with the staff’s knowledge, professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else unless it was an issue that the dealership should handle. They even removed several mice who decided to nest in my engine and assured me that they didn’t mind such an icky task! This year, I have been very cautious of interacting with people outside of my covid-19 bubble and was nervous to let someone else in my car, but the staff were excellent about following safety protocols which put me at ease. I have always trusted the local Jiffy Lube with my vehicles but the Burke station is by far the most pleasant to visit. It is always clean and I’ve almost never had to wait very long. They make car maintenance feel like much less of a chore, and I know they would always do their best for a customer. Highly recommend!

They did a great job, very curtesy and professional. The oil change and air filter installation was completed within 20 minutes. Plus they checked all tire fluids and tire pressure - refilling as necessary.

Every time Ive been here, Ive had an issue they cant fix and they not only dont charge me to take a look, but they also tell me where to go to get my issue fixed.One day I hope to be able to actually pay for something from these guys.

Oil change yesterday, today oil leak so bad that the car came up with message saying car was dangerously low on oil and I needed to pull over and add a quart or cause damage to engine. Pulled off highway with my 8 year old son. Called husband who confirmed there was oil all over driveway where it was parked overnight and it was actively leaking where I had pulled off also. I opened engine compartment and there was oil sprayed everywhere. Our mechanic recommended towing it when reached by phone. Husband called Jiffy Lube who sent their mechanic who put some oil in it and told my husband to drive it back to their Jiffy Lube and they would redo oil change for free. They admitted to my husband that yesterday during the oil change that their employee started the engine without the oil filter being installed which spray oil all over the engine compartment. They did not tell my husband this when he picked it up. They did not explain why the car had dangerously low oil level. They said that the oil that leaked out was from when it spray out all over the place. This does not make sense. If that is the case then they didnt refill the oil after this error and let him drive off. Our mechanic, an actual certified mechanic, advised us that they likely didnt tighten the oil plug in addition to not putting in the oil filter. Or they NEVER put the oil filter in. In any case, it is likely that our engine now has some damage and most certainly will shorten the life of the car, our family car. All that they offered to do was do a free oil change in the future. Do not take your vehicle to Jiffy Lube. What happened to us shows incompetence and then they further did not inform my husband of what happened hoping we wouldnt notice. So not only did he drive it home yesterday from Jiffy Lube, I had it out on the highway today to run an errand. Go anywhere else. Do it yourself. Dont trust them. Now its likely a ticking time bomb. We did get it in writing today that they started the engine without an oil filter in place so I guess if we end up in court, Ive got that. No offer to refund, no offer to have it professionally towed. NOTHING.

Ive been getting my car serviced at this location for about 2 years now. The staff have always been professional and polite. The service done on my vehicle is always done correctly the first time with no complications. I highly recommended taking your vehicle to this location for any of your service needs.

This is by far the best Jiffy Lube in the area.I was here about a week ago. The service is quick. The staff is great and awesome, they are very helpful and nice. They greeted me with in seconds. This place is nice and clean. There are many places close by to pick up a meal while you wait for your vehicle. The two (2) managers are on top of their job and leading a great team of employees. You have to give Burke VA, Jiffy Lube managers and team 5 stars. Keep up the great work.

Went it to get an oil change and over the course of the next few days noticed a leak from my car, went back to the shop to see what they could do. They sent two great guys to my house to take a look and diagnose the problem. Afterwards they gave me a quick fix then had me go to the shop for a full service free of charge! Great manager and good staff that are extremely respectable and helpful given the circumstances.

Recently visited Burke Jiffy Lube inquiring about my vehicles check engine light. I was greeted promptly and within minutes of my arrival, the assistant manager, Nate, and head manager, Jason, were able to diagnose the issue. they tightened my vehicles gas cap, and the light proceeded to shut off. They even offered to top off my tire pressure and fluids! Outstanding service, will be returning soon.

I visited 1 month ago. i usually do not write negative reviews, so I let it go. But one month later I am still thinking about it and I decided to write a review to let others know.The service rep talked to me disrespectfully, he was practically yelling at me. Lied about a transmission leak, Told me I needed a bunch of work(I have a 242k mile car) and when I refused everything he said that I didnt know what I was saying about my own car and they need to fix it!!I wish I had video recorded the conversation and posted it on Facebook!! He was practically yelling at me!! Wow first time at a Jiffy Lube and will be the last.I went in for an oil change. .. asked them to look around for a leak that I thought Ive been having. (Turns out the spot on the driveway was from someone elses car, but didnt know that at the time.)He sold me work, the work was conflated prices. $49.99 for a cabin filter change....? Almost same price for the oil change, too. I usually change my own oil but I live an hour away and just needed it done. 20$ for headlight change?He came out and told me about the leaks... Oil and Transmission. He said I have to get it fixed asap, old tires, change of brakes. I told him thanks for letting me know I will do it at home. He got mad when I wouldnt get any work done but what I came in for(oil change). He was speaking very loudly and fast and told me that I dont know anything about my car, i have oil leaking on top and under the engine, everything under the engine is wet, my car wont make it home, Im ruining my car... I was appalled and frightened because this man was talking super loud and aggressively.There is no transmission leak .. there is just the oil leak that my car has had for 2 years... Its damp around the main seal. Still very drive able. No way Im paying to get that fixed on my car and no need to .Ive had my corolla for many years and it has 242 miles on the odo. Im not wasting any money on it. I buy used tires, do everything on my own car. I shouldnt have gone to get an oil change i should have just done it at home. Jesus christ that was horrible. The service rep was named Giovanni.I wanted to call the customer service line after I got back in the car but I let it go. Im writing this review to let others know to not come here. Im a young woman and if I were a man he would not have felt comfortable enough to communicate with me in that manner. Jesus. I was livid at his audacity.

I got my oil changed at Merchants and they overfilled my engine. I stopped here as an emergency and they helped me out free of charge. I was able to get to work on time and my car is running better than before. Hands down best customer service. They were all super nice. Go here!!!

I had a great experience at this jiffy lube. TheAttendant was very polite, courteous, and helpful. When I arrived I was escorted to the waiting area and he made sure I was aware of the Working area so I would not get injured. As I waited for my car I was offered water and coffee. It was very nice to know that I was a valued customer and I felt welcomed. I was given the opportunity to decide on what I wanted to get done after they evaluate my car and made recommendations. I did not feelpressured or had to deal with any sales tactics. I felt comfortable and assured that they were looking out for my best interest. The wait was short and my car was vacuumed. One person was training another individual she was so good in explaining all of the details. I felt so assured to know that this jiffy lube expects excellence and it was most definitely delivered. I’ve been a customer of Burke Centre Jiffy Lube for 15+ years, but I’m about done. I’m fine paying a little more for an oil change to get it done quickly without an appointment, but the cost keeps going up and up. Now it’s $41.99 for basic service- seriously? What set me off to leave this review was so small, but speaks volumes to me about why it’s no longer worth my money. At my last visit, they didn’t wipe down my dash. When I reported this to the service manager, her response was that they’ve never done that. Really? BS! I know very well that was part of the basic service for years. If I’m getting gouged for an oil change, it really doesn’t seem like much to want my dash wiped down. Somehow, not getting that nice little extra really made it hit me that the whole service isn’t worth the money.

This place is excellent. I have never had a problem with this location. If you are looking for an oil change or other maintenance, I would highly recommend this location. I have been having my cars serviced there for over ten years. I will not take my car anywhere else. The staff is excellent and nice. The location also works very efficiently and are prompt as well. Most importantly, they are honest with consultations prior to any work.

I live in DC now but I used to live in Burke and found this place 10 years ago! Since then I am their loyal customer.They are the best. The staffs are very polite and friendly. They go through all the recommended things for the car. They also have history of my car and know what did they change in the past and what to do next! That’s why I still drive all the way from DC to change my oil here in Burke Center, Burke VA! Totally recommend this place!

They did not tell me the price for oil change up front. Other Jiffy Lubes told me the exact price up front. I assumed the price would be the same, but it turned out their price was higher. They rotated my tires but tire low pressure warning light was still on afterwards.

My neighborhood Jiffy Lube is great. They are always super polite and friendly. I know when to go so I never really have to wait long for service to be complete. Always a positive experience there. High 5 team!

Showed up on a rainy Sunday afternoon because I absolutely needed to change my oil and the idiot light had told me twice that the level was low. Despite the day and the weather, everyone I contacted--from the gentleman who showed up at the drivers side door with an umbrella before Id shifted into Park and offered to walk me to the waiting room so I wouldnt get wet (an offer I declined, telling him Id let him get back to what he had been doing) to the cashier who took my payment and apologized profusely for forgetting to give me the sticker discount--was very courteous, cheerful, and professional. Add a comfortable waiting room, wifi that connected quickly, television at reasonable volume, and (most important) all work done promptly and to specifications, and I must conclude that, among all area Jiffy Lubes I have visited in my 20-some years in this area, this facility provided the best service.

Friendly guys. Clean establishment. Prices are always too high but I dont have the time or space to do it myself. Barring anything weird happening on the way home, I would have no problem going back. They appear to do more service tasks now than I recall such as brake work. I might try them if the price compares well.

I was charged $100 for an oil change. I have used Jiffy Lube for years with this exact vehicle and never paid more than $50. I wasn’t even brought out to review which kind of oil or services I wanted done.Update: they called me immediately after this review and gave me a $28 credit.

We drove up yesterday at the right time! There was no wait, we were quickly greeted by very nice employees. The employee took my van in the garage for the signature oil change. We were quickly told what was going to be done, the cost and everything else. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Because of this I will definitely be back to the Burke location! I have never seen staff as friendly as this team. Here they are, outside in the cold all day every day changing oil and working on cars...and they are the happiest friendliest team that I have met. In a place where anyone can change your oil, that really matters.

A few comments about this Jiffy Lube.First everyone that works there is extremely professional and courteous. I’ve never had an issue with customer service from the employees of this Jiffy Lube location.Then why the 3 stars. 2 issues.1. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and the guys forgot to put oil back in the car. As I drove away I heard this grinding sound, immediately turned around and told the employees. They were apologetic and fixed it immediately. However I just feel like your primary service is to provide oil changes and you didn’t complete it. This could have been catastrophic for my car.2. This location never really has any decent coupons. I’ve used multiple Jiffy Lube locations and this site is very slim on discounts. One of the biggest reasons to stick with Jiffy Lube is for the discounts and coupons.(Bonus) also for some reason since I’ve been using this location my car seems to run low on oil a lot. At first I thought it was me but it’s pretty consistent. I have gone back 3 times to make sure and I’m pretty confident. I recently went to another oil change place and this hasn’t happened.This coupled with my no oil service experience has turned me away from this location.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Clearly knowledgeable, they provided information about what my car needed and what should be prioritized. However, they did not pushy, and did not try to force me to have additional services completed.

We go here often and have few complaints. This past time our receipt said tire pressure was checked and all wheels were at 35 psi. Tire pressure light was on when I took it in and when I left. I checked pressures at home and a back tire was at 25 while a front tire was almost 50. They seem thorough for the most part, hopefully this was just an oversight.

Super friendly, timely, and reminded me that coupons were available so I saved $25! Also appreciate that they aren’t pushy about selling you extra services - they tell you when you can get away with waiting or if it’s more urgent.

I was a long time Burke Jiffy Lube client but never again.I drove up and asked for brake pads. They told me about the price on pads and rotors and it sounded fair. They asked me to show up at 9am the next morning cause all the bays at that time were filled and it will take about an hour and a half to install. Showed up at 9am the next morning and within 5 minutes of my sitting in the lobby Im told they dont have the items needed and it will be another hour and a half before it arrives. I show up an hour and 45 min later and the Jiffy Lube worker says they are now picking it up and it should not be much longer. I drive away and call them 45 min later to see if the items are there. I AM LEFT ON HOLD FOR 3 MINUTES. I hang up and call back then it rings for a minute straight before the voicemail picks up. I got the work done elsewhere after this run around. I called the JF main office to complain and within 5 minutes the manager of this branch is calling me apologizing for this mishap.

A couple years ago I got an oil change here and the guy told me the manual transmission fluid needs to be changed every 15K miles, the differential fluid every 25K miles, and I forget what else but he wanted me to have this stuff done at way over $300 when my owners manual said I didnt need it for quite a while yet.When I declined he seemed kind of curt and contemptuous.[Edit: It is evidently under new management now though.]

This is by far the fastest oil change I’ve had! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and you can’t best the price. I was in and out in under 20 minutes, and of course with a vacuumed car as a plus. Would definitely recommend!

Folks here are always pleasant and friendly and my car is taken care of in a very professional manner. Also of note; on two separate occasions when I brought my car in, they told me that it did not need any service. They topped off the fluids and sent me on my way at no charge!

First time to get oil change at this jiffy Lube. They took my car right away. The wait was not bad it was a fast service but after I was told that they will read with their machine the issue with the service engine soon light was on but at the end of the oil change I didnt get any update on the reading status. After i paid the oil charge i preferred to get receipt by email and I provided email but never got the copy of the receipt. But overall it was a fast service.

2d thing I said was I needed a driver side rear bulb replaced. Spent over $200 for everything. Next night I noticed reflection behind me no reflection for that light. I checked my invoice and it was mentioned Bulb out. I remember making eye contact with a technician with my trunk open, and didnt give it a second thought. My wife called and was told to bring it in the next evening. She got there and the tech said Oh, that car(?). My car (2011 Lincoln MKZ) has a strip of something, but not a bulb, and we have to take it to a Lincoln dealer. Why they couldnt tell me when I was there baffles me. They werent overwhelmed with cars. Steady. All else (I assume) is good.

Employees are always courteous and helpful. They are friendly and give me advice concerning the service my cars need, while not being pushy.

Just after driving off from Jiffy Lube, I suspected that my tires were not checked to the proper tire pressure. I checked my tire pressure with my own gauge then I turned around and asked the lady employee. She was so confident that my tires were checked but I proved her wrong after showing her my readings. Jiffy Lube did what needs to be done. This is one of my issues since I suspect that Jiffy Lube is not doing all the things thats on the service package. Likewise, Jiffy Lube always try to get money whenever they can by trying to do services that they claim its per manufacturers manual even its not true and I usually turn it down. What bothers me is when my wife, other ladies or elderly comes in and wonder whats going on and just agree with the unnecessary costs. An oil change for my CR-V costs around $30 less when done at the dealer but costs more at Jiffy Lube. As for replacing my cabin filter, I noticed that the lock on one side of the bin was broken and I was never informed about it. I also observed from previous Jiffy Lube service that cover for air filter is not properly replaced and screwed. With the above, I feel its not worth going back to Jiffy Lube.

The team at this jiffy lube always does a good job for me. Very professional.The only suggestion I would make would be to have some type of “mobile check-in” for your vehicle. That way I could drop the car and go..... I personally like to drop my car and then run errands in the shopping center next-door while the work is being done...... if there was a way to pre-check in rather than going to the waiting room before check-in that would greatly improve my experience...... just a thought.

I went for an oil change on a Sunday. I was in/out in 15 minutes. Super fast service :)

Honest and fast service. The whole crew was awesome... please visit this location you wont be disappointed. They got me in and out from a brake service in less than two hours. I was able to take my truck back to get my state inspection sticker and make my fairfax water appointment.

Fast, convenient and professional. Their system tracks vehicle history well and the line supervisors give you options for additional services, but dont push them on you like a bad car salesman. I bring all 4 my vehicles there.

I was greeted directed to the waiting room; offered water on the way in which I took (nice and cold); while waiting I had a conversation with someone who also was waiting. Shortly afterward a gentleman brought to me my air filter which was really bad. I did have one at home and said I would replace it myself. Unfortunately, when I was drying home my check engine light came on and I was stalled on a two-lane road. After waiting five minutes I started the car and was able to drive the 1-1/2 to my home. I googled youtube to see what it said about the check engine and it mentioned the air filter! Even then I put the new one in, but still had the check engine light on. I called Jiffy Lube and they asked if I could drive it to the shop - about three miles away...I said I would try! I got it there and immediately they looked into it. They reset the check engine - drove it for five minutes around the block and said it is probably okay now. I drove it home nd today had to make several trips and so far so good. Could I have given them five stars? Yes..and perhaps I should have! Would I recommend Jiffy Lube? yes.

Polite, timely, and convenient. On the downside, oil change residue is never cleaned up and Im now missing an air valve cap .

If I could give 0 stars I would... I took my car in for an oil change and they bent my drivers side windshield wiper so it doesnt function. When I called to complain, they told me the windshield wiper was already bent when I brought it in. I was also told I could bring my car in and the manager would look at it, but I would be responsible for replacing the wiper, and they dont have the part for my particular car in stock. Not sure what the point is for me to bring my car in if they arent going to fix it. We are in summer thunderstorm season, I work full-time outside the area, so this is a major inconvenience, and a safety issue. I called an auto parts store and a Toyota dealership. They have to special order the part (over $100) which doesnt include the labor fee to install it.Separately, on a recent oil change with a tire rotation, they forgot to replace one of the hubcaps, which required another follow up visit.I had been going to this Jiffy Lube location for 10 years, but will go elsewhere in the future. Quality has really declined in recent years.

This time only Oil change, very quick and efficient. Checked my brakes, Informed me that before the next oil change, bring the car anytime to top off all fluids for free, which is a very welcome service. Thanks Jiffy.

They are courteous and efficient. They have wi-if, water, and a nice waiting room. I appreciate their honesty.
