I have them 4 stars but Ive only been at this store a few times to buy accessories. I suppose everyone deserves to be heard. But I will say the staff was very helpful and took the time even though I wasnt spending much money. I guess everyone gets a bad review from time to time. But, I have to see it for myself. They are very nice and accommodating so far. Give them a try

I worked here repairing instruments while I was in college, 1986 ish. Glad to see its still around. Good people.

Rented a Flute a few months ago. One of the springs on the key began to fail. Exchanged for a new Flute within minutes. Great Customer service!

I am a piano teacher, and I visit this store regularly to replenish my supply of lesson books. I find it gratifying that the staff is always so kind and willing to help me find whatever I need. The manager, Jesse, always remembers my name, and today he even remembered to let me know that a book that I had been seeking was now in stock. I sincerely appreciate this kind of service, and I will continue to visit this store. Thanks to Jess and to the entire staff of the Burke store. :)

We were in need of a Fender Stratocaster Standard packages for my grandson and me. The manager and staff exhausted every effort in research and recommendations for us for about a week. We were outfitted with guitars,cases, straps, picks, strings, cables, and amplifiers of great quality and price. Nate and his staff are simply outstanding. Their total package has links to lessons with outstanding instructors in house. This is the place to go for all your music requirements!

Rented my daughter a cello from this location for the school year. Process was seamless. I recommend piano lessons with Mr.Dan. So far everyone Ive encountered at this store has been friendly and knowledgable.

Have had several years of good experiences renting instruments for my children, but dont count on really being able to use the credits they say you are building up towards buying a quality instrument down the road.

I really like my sons guitar instructor and its a pretty decent set up, but the Oakton store is much nicer. The equipment prices are OK but it pays to shop around.

Returned a violin on 6.20.2017 and I am still being charged. No manager to speak too, customer service have been called 3 times and email with return receipt. Go elsewhere.
