Im not a client. Im a patient whom receives past-due notices for bills Ive paid months prior. This company cant perform the most basic task of posting a payment to a patients account balance. UPDATE: They were backed-up due to their telework switch. Their billing was updated recently.

Completely unreliable billing service, does not show full detail on their statements so that customers get surprise bills the month after paying off the so-called total balance. Unreliable, untrustworthy, I will not frequent physicians that use this practice.
