This would be my second pair of hearing aids. My first was from a private practice that deals mostly throat ear and nose conditions with the hearing practice being a sideline.When I went back to them for my second pair they had stop taking my insurance so I decided to look for another option in hearing aid availability.I didnt wish to take any money out of pocket. I wanted to stay within the insurance companies price range that they would pay for a pair of hearing aids.Anyway I didnt want to drive all over the countryside looking for some place to get hearing aids.So I looked around for some folks that were local.The first I tried was Miracle Ear. Nice people there, but they couldnt come close to providing me with hearing aids at the price that the insurance company would pay for.I would have still had to pay about $600 to $700 out of pocket. Also on the hearing aids they were showing me, they did not have an app that would work with those which I was interested in having.So I called Belton. The most pleasant people in the world to deal with. They set me up with an appointment and right away.The first thing they did was go over my options as far as hearing aids and they did have a set that my insurance company would cover.This pair also has an app that is much better than my first pair I had as far as the app goes and offers a lot more convenient.On my first visit they went ahead and did a hearing test and made the molds for the custom hearing aids.Within two weeks they had the hearing aids back and they gave me a call and I was in there to get him set up.Couldnt be any more pleased with their service.The warranty is also very good on this set of hearing aids.I believe my first set was only for one year with Beltone I get three years.So all said I would highly recommend the folks at the Burke, Virginia Beltone Center.A side note I did have the option to go to the VA for hearing aids but never considered going there especially after our meeting with the great people at Beltone in Burke, Virginia.

This was my third hearing test; the first ever at Beltone. I would recommend that this be your first stop for hearing screen. Very thorough and knowledgeable and efficient

Friendly, efficient, helpful, and thorough. She did cleaning, adjusting to my request, an extensive hearing test, and talked knowledgeably about my upgrade options, pros and cons of doing it now vs waiting, and spent unhurried time helping me connect the devices to my phone, etc.

The Hearing Instrument Specialist Veronica was amazing with my mom. Gentle kind and funny. She made my mom’s day. I highly recommend this place.

As Always the Staff (Veronica) was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. She took care of my concerns quickly and smoothly.

I would give it a 10 star if allowed, the doctors approach and treatment was phenomenal! So happy to have gone here.

I was very pleased with my examination. Ms. Crochet answered questions, repaired one battery compartment, cleaned my Legend hearing aids and gave me a 3 year hearing test. All was well.

Brooke and Cindy have been wonderful and very accommodating since I first received my hearing aids. Brooke is very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked and what I might expect. I always leave there with a smile. If you are looking for Hearing Aids the Beltone Amaze are great!!

I choose this place .because people there are incredible customer service orientedReally polite always they are willing to help me and advise the best way to get my option straight..kudos for this store and they are friendly people that work at Burke facility.
