Great experience at this UPS store in Burke - they are extremely effective and friendly. I showed up before opening time. I saw a line and thought oh no….no worries here - this team worked fast to get my package labeled, paid and I was back in my car in 7 minutes!

Just moved to the area and this the closest UPS store to me now. I have visited twice and both experiences were fantastic. The employees are so helpful, fast and attentive!

Just dropped off a 60 pound dehumidifier which Zach picked up from my SUV, brought into the store, packed, receipted, and shipped immediately. The staff here is friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Very pleased with the service!

Store is supposed to close at 7 pm. I went there a few minutes before 7 pm (6:55 pm) since my returns are usually just drop off, which takes seconds, and store was closed. Is that okay that they close before closing time?

Employees here are always very helpful. I didnt know the offer more services than shipping. They have notary services, laminate cards, have printing services. Recommend this UPS. I have used it for returning Amazon items with and without preprinted shipping labels and notary service which is only $5, plus $3 per witness if needed... Per page.

Web says the store is open on Sunday. It is not.

Printing services at this location are awesome! The staff was prompt, helpful, and got me just what I needed.

Prompt service and knowledgeable staff. I had to return 6 boxes and create a new label for some official documents and the staff provided me information that I wasn’t aware of - saved me inconvenience that I would have faced if they had not guided me. Thank you!

I love everyone who works here, super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Judy and Dylan, they’re my favorites. It’s been really nice being able to ship things from this smaller store than braving the post office, but even before the covid happenings this was my preferred way to ship.

My local UPS store where I take my amazon returns. Today I had 5 returns and walked to the door with all my packages and an associate Ryan ran to the door to open it for me as I was walking up and then scanned my returns for me. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location everyone here is always very friendly and helpful. Appreciate it very much.

I have been dealing with the UPS Store in Burke for many many years. Their customer service is exceptional. Their staff is friendly and courteous. The store is always clean, has tons of shipping materials etc. available, and is always well staffed. I love the manager, Judy, she is truly a customer satisfaction oriented manager. Love this store!!

Ive been using this Store for over 5+ years, There is no better Service in any one of the UPS Stores in the Fairfax Area. The staff is always there to help you. I would recommend anyone to use this location

Usually use the store near my home with no problems. Out and about so stopped in here. What a joke. Makes me appreciate my store and I will tell them so.

They have a sign on the door that says that theyre wearing masks for our safety. But whenever I go in half the staff arent wearing masks.
