Id give this company a 0 star review. He came to my house when I wasnt home and told him I wasnt going to be home. Then when it came for my appointment he didnt show up and I never heard from him again. Worst tree service and he didnt even do anything.

This guy is a crook and a flake! He will promise to do this and that and do nothing but take your hard earned money,!Here is my story...In October 2015 we had to have some trees taken down at our house in Burien so I called this guy, Matt McClusky from Burien Tree service. He showed up, cut down 1 tree and promised to come back the next day and remove the stumps of this one and 4 others that we had already cut down, and haul away the debris. He also promised to prune our apple tree, Japanese maple and trim some shrubs. Since then I have had 4 different occurrences where he has promised to do the work and was a no show. I was stupid and paid him for the work prior because he seemed like a stand up guy and I was out of the area to pay him after the work was done. He WAS returning my phone calls for the first 3 times I called to see if the work was done and making false promises but now that has stopped too.Heed my warning! This guy is a crook and a flake! He will promise you this and that and do nothing but take your hard earned money!!

I was a fool! Do your research before you get ripped off, not after you get ripped off like me. Matthew L Mccluskey(owner of Burien Tree Services) offers good prices because he is not licensed or bonded. He has been fined several times for violating Washington contractor laws. This can be verified at Washington State Labor & Industries Contractor lookup website. secure.lni.wa.gov/verify. He also has 2 pending small claims cases and several tax liens from King County which can be verified here: dw.courts.wa.gov/index.c….You put all of your assets at risk when you hire a contractor who is not licensed and bonded. One accident is all it takes, you could be held responsible for any property damaged or medical bills incurred, including rehabilitation costs

Today the owner and driver of Burien Tree Service drove though the intersection of Roxbury and 26th ave SW, using the right lane that is a right turn only and cause an accident to happen, he was the direct cause of this accident and kept on driving with no regards to the public safety.
