Came in with a $40 Groupon like I have used before at this location and they said that I could only use this every other time. No where was this written on their website or anywhere. It truly sounded made up on the spot and very very shady. I mean seriously if you are going to partner with Groupon and offer that deal follow through and dont just use it as a way to rope people in to doing a service and then lie to them. Also no masks worn by any of the employees. At least wear one while your going to be in someones vehicle. Just make the most basic attempt to look like you care.

Decent prices and alright service. My issue was that they immediately wanted to put high mileage oil in my car that only has 50k miles on it. Not a huge deal but made me wonder if they would try and price gouge on other things

Ive been bringing my vehicles here for years. Staff is courteous, professional and efficient. Quick turnaround and always affordable. Today I had an oil change, 2 air filters replaced and new wiper blades, under 20 minutes from arrival to departure. Dealership cant touch the time I save and the friendly atmosphere at Pit Stop.

Bought a $40 oil change Groupon for this place. They said there’s been a miscommunication and charged me an extra $80 including a filter, so $120 total. For that price, I expect outstanding service.Two weeks after, I noticed that my oil was low and dirty (wondering if they ever changed my oil at all, but didn’t check that day). I brought my car back and asked them correct it and top off my fluids like they should’ve the first time. They topped off my oil and told me my fluids are fine, I’m just parked at an angle. Went home and checked on a level surface and alas, fluids were low…I feel so cheated and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Bought a $39 Groupon for synthetic. They put in conventional then had to change it. They then tried to charge tax on the full price which is $69.99 and not the price I paid for the Groupon which is $39. After I told them this was not legal they zerod out the balance then told me that I can never use a Groupon with them again. These people do not know tax law and dont know how to run a business efficiently. They will soon find out when the government comes knocking on their door. I wont be returning.

I was not given any choice of what oil I wanted to use. They chose on their own and of course used a higher cost oil so the $49.99 offer was all BS and was never going to be given, which is what I wanted. They wont honor the pricing they have and tell you beforehand and they will use a higher cost oil that you have no choice of for almost double to total cost of what should have been charged from the pricing in their own office.

Brought in my spare vehicle yesterday for an oil change, it mostly sits but I try and drive it 2-3 times a month. I came in at 4:15 on Sunday evening, and I was worried about it being too close to closing, but I was welcomed in and reassured it was no issue. The staff complemented my van, something Ive put a lot of pride / work into, so that is always a nice feeling. Enjoyed the Seahawks game and a coffee while I waited. They said everything looked great, except the fuel filter (I know its been forever since its been changed), so we did that and I was back on the road. Great team.

Im not sure if its Management or the workers to blame but they dont have a good system in place. The service is too slow. To take close to an 1hr to do an oil change & service, its ridiculous. Good luck with waiting. They always have a line of cars but its not because of the service. Its because its to slow.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I used to like coming here, but after what I experienced recently I will not be returning.I took my car in around the middle of November because it was due for an oil change and noticed that 4 of the 6 employees working WERE NOT wearing masks. This made me even more uncomfortable when they came into the waiting area space and started talking to another customer without even putting on a mask. That same person walking around without a mask not caring about other people then WENT INTO MY CAR without putting on a mask. When I was called up to pay I asked another employee that thankfully was wearing a mask if he had any disinfectant for my car and he told me that they did not. I told him that I was not comfortable with someone going into my car without a mask. We’re in the middle of a global pandemic and you think it is okay to go into my car without a mask and on top of that not even disinfect my car. Absolutely awful and selfish. People like this are the reason why we will never get out of this mess.Terrible business practice. I will not be giving my money to a business that does not care about the well being of others.

I was so disappointed 😞with my oilchange purchase. I try hard to support small businesses but in this case it was to my demise. I purchased an oil change, I stayed on while they did the service, a new technician had to be taught how to take off my emergency brake, the service was completed ,the next morning my power steering was grinding and making noise. Upon inspection they had put washer fluid in my power steering resovor 🤯. The solution bubbled over and began to come out of the power steering unit. I called the manager told me the owner signed off on that part of the oil change processe and he didnt believe he would make that mistake. (That new tech they had put the washer fluid in the wrong resivor)When I took my car in they were not willing to rectify the issue or offer a refund on the faulty service.long story short I do not recommend pit stop to anyone. This businesses is only out to recover covid losses they are not concerned with customer service or transparency. I cant remember the name of the guy that took care of my car, but he drives a white 1986 Corvette to work. He was AWESOME! He was friendly and polite and he took great care of my car. I needed to have a couple air filters replaced and he showed me the old ones before recommending the service. After my car was finished he spent a good 10 minutes trying to fix the hose to my windshield washer fluid. This place has too notch customer service and I highly recommend. I will be back in 3-5000 miles ;)

Pit stop! was my stop to oil change for a very long time. This is the first time I left my car because I had work to do!!! for oil change and transmission oil change and for some reason he decided to flash the transmission which cost $ 249.95 who dose this when I said that and leave I use to pay $119 oil and transmission oil change and in my mind that is the only thing I was thinking. So please if any one getting service at this place make sure you repeat your self for what you want. I am Extremely an happy how they play me dirty even though they see my record in their system. This will be my last time going there but if you do go there please make sure they work on what!!!!

I use this place for oil change for about 2 years now. However, after todays experience with the staff and seen how they handle heavy traffic of customers. I do not think I will be back any time soon.First, the service staff was unable.to.explain and communicate clearly what additional services that my caright need.Secondly, the way that staff approached me for additional service made no clear point why a dirty air filter has anything to do with add an expensive service of cleaning my engine.Thirdly, most of the staff were just standimg around without intend to helping cars lined up in the parking lots waiting for service. Until an older machanic finally came out to direct customers to ease the situation.Finally, the pitch of selling extra services beside my needs for changing oil was just over the top. If I need that levels of hassel, I will just go to some other type of services that required salesmans pitch in order to earn they commission.The experience, in total, was just bad customer services. Also, I notice the machanics who work there now are most new from my past visit.I strongly recommend not to use this place unless you enjoy pushy salesman pitch for extra services.

Quick oil changes and very professional.

Ive taken my vehicle to this Pit Stop for several years with no issue. I went today and was very disappointed. I wanted synthetic oil and figured theyd come talk to me when they got to my car as usual. No one came to me and, unfortunately, I just got the conventional oil change. They told me all was well, I paid and left. Later I noticed my receipt indicates they recommend a fuel system cleaner and there is a general oil leak. So, I guess all is not well... Good thing I actually looked at the notes... They also neglected to reset the Oil Change message on my screen too but after some Googling I figured it out myself. Their prices went up since my last service which wouldnt have bothered me had I received the same service as the past. Im bummed I need to find a new place for my service but I just dont trust the quality of service at this place anymore.

They snapped the latch off the hood of my Jeep. I get it, stuff happens, but at least offer to fix the issue or deduct from the price of the oil change. My latch was just fine when I brought it in. I had to drive home with an unsecured hood. The least they could have done was cover the price of the latch they broke.

These guys are the best at what they do. Even though I moved to Lakewood. I still come here for my oil changes. Theyre always very honest and not just trying to upsell you. They inform you of any issues you might have coming up in the future. You always get a free vacuum cleaning as well. Which I think is nice cool touch.

Groupon brought me in. Up sale drove my future business away. Paid $40 for the synthetic blend oil change group. Was asked if I wanted to replace two air filters and do the transmission. Having replaced air filters in the past and knowing what the relative cost is ($10-20) I didn’t ask for the price for the filters. Asked about the transmission and their price was $250 so I declined to do it another day.At the register I was greeted with a $108 bill after the group was taken out. $80 + tax for changing two air filters that they said would take 5 minutes plus the tax on the Groupon. I felt had, and even considered asking to have the old filters put back in.Quality of the work performed TBD. I trust that they performed a oil change well. If you go, ONLY get the oil change and replace the filters yourself and save ~$30/filter.

They are very, very quick and nice. They are a bit more spendy. They let you know anything and everything they find that needs to be replaced or updated on your car. The only thing I dont care for is they are somewhat pushy about upselling even when you tell them that you ONLY want an oil change, they still try to get you to buy new parts, especially air filters! Otherwise theyre pretty good.

I have been a regular client of Pit Stop for over 10 years. I keep coming back because they keep being awesome. ALWAYS I am greeted with a smile. My wait is mostly around 30 minutes. Sometimes its just an oil change, and occasionally a filter, but I feel its always been honest and informative. When there is suggested work, its presented as just that, without guilt or pressuring me, and that is so very much appreciated. Ive never had less than excellent customer service, from all of them. My last visit I was helped by Basil and Troy. Id met Basil the last time I was there, and Ive seen a few familiar faces there, I think a sign of a decent employer is also longevity of someones employment in an establishment. Thank you, to Pit Stop for being my go to!

Update: They have also incorrectly installed my air filter. Very annoying. I had to make a 200 mile trip with the most annoying whistling noise.It’s sad when mechanics and other techs take advantage of women knowing they have a lack of understanding when it comes to mechanics. I went in for a oil change which is always $60-$70 for my vehicle. I was then told I needed a new air filter for $30. I got my invoice back and I was charged $80 for two air filters. I looked back on old invoices and air filters have always been around $10-$15. This place is such a rip off please avoid.

I was unimpressed with the service I received. I was there approximately an hour and a half for an oil change, with 3 cars in the queue ahead of me. Not great, not terrible. The reason for my two star review is that they did not treat my car with respect. The steering wheel and window post were oily, I saw the employee get into my car in his oily jumpsuit with no plastic or paper put down, they scuffed up the dash while removing the cabin air filter, and there was what appeared to be spittle on the inside door. I am giving two stars because at least they vacuumed it. Theres a reason I change my own oil, but I was in a pinch today and needed it done. I wont be back.

I absolutely love coming here to get an oil change. I have no problem without making an appointment and usually am in and out in 30min or less. The guys that work here are knowledgeable and very nice. They are truly honest in their work and recommendations. They do a thorough check when they do an oil change, even fill up the washer fluid and make sure everything looks good. My first time I went my battery had some erosion. They brought me out to show me and offered a solution. They are very genuine with their work, even while waiting I saw them interact with other customers. One example I saw was the guy brought out this ladies air filter that was clearly very old. He asked if she wanted it replaced and told her how much. Just the way that they have you look at a problem is very nice and professional. Even the second time I went, one of the service guys said to a customer “I know it’s summer and it won’t rain for a while but your wipers are pretty worn out, did you want us to put new ones on? You also have a break light out, should we fix that for you?”. It’s just so nice that they really do a good examination and they deliver their work honestly and hassle free. They also usually have a discount through Groupon. This place has the best service at a car shop I’ve ever experienced.

Honest and fair are the two best words to describe this place. I called around to several establishments looking for an oil change and was quoted insane prices and given speeches about how I needed specific (read: more expensive) oils and filters. I finally stumbled upon pit stop and they were much cheaper and honest about what my car needed. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely come back here.

Ive been going here for years and with 4 different cars now and Ive never had a single problem. They always answer any questions I have honestly and have never tried to talk me into anything. I love that they treat all the customers the same regardless of sex/race/age/social status/ect.

When I finally realize Im months past due for an oil change, I always choose pit stop. Been coming here for a few years now. Quality of work is great, Im sure, because my car is still running even though Im horrible at maintaining my oil changes. All of them are friendly and funny, you can tell they are a great team and always meet if not exceed customer expectations. They will make reccomendations but they never make me feel pressured to purchase additional services. Prices are reasonable but they often have coupons available on their web site as well as groupon. Its also always super clean, including the coffee area and bathroom.

Went here for years then one day the man just snapped on me . I bought a new cabin filter 2 months prior and he said it was shot and when I told him that it was new he got mad and said are you questioning me. My wife and all the other customers witnessed this. Well that’s ok. I will find somewhere else and the owner can not justify his employees like I have seen in other reviews. Hopefully my millions of viewers will follow my recommendation do not go here. Poor customer service.

Dont waste your time buying a Groupon. I bought one, used it and then 3 months later when it was time to change my oil again I just happened to get another Groupon sent to me(coincidence?) so I purchased it but the small fine print says you cant use it within 6 months..and didnt know that until I drove out of my way to go there.. So why send me another one right around when its time to change my oil again?.. Ended up leaving this place and having my husband change my oil for me for way cheaper instead. I used to come here for every single oil change for the convenience & helping a small business but now I wont because of how petty they are.. Well its not the employees fault though, its the owners. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️*reply to their reply * yes, you guys will see me again in a few more months when I can use that Groupon that I purchased a week ago LOL 🤣🤣. I took my sub in today, the people were very friendly. I was a little hesitant taking my car in, very old, beat up, and dirty. I however was not treated any different than the customers with newer nicer cars. They helped me decide on oil based on my vehicle, and let me know what they saw under the hood, and serviced some other things after approval. The work I felt was honest, professional, and clean. I really notice the impact in the driving and I feel like I have a new car. I would gladly return 👍

Went in for an oil change, they brought out a cabin air filter that didnt even go to my car, claiming there was a rats nest & droppings everywhere. I asked to see the removed nest, they dug deep into the trash (past multiple car parts, evidence that the debris was from several appointments earlier in the day) in order to show me a couple of leaves that were differing from the ones in my supposed air filter. Some of the staff said It wasnt a rats nest while others were sticking to the original story. They also lost my auto insurance card, which was neatly bundled together with my clean registration that is now covered in grease and oil stains. Total nightmare!

Bought a Groupon Coupon and got a conventional oil change for 23 bucks (the Chrysler Stealer wanted $99, Jiffy Lube wanted $129.99 plus tax!!!). Read some of the reviews and a couple said they try to add a bunch of add ons like for extra oil, etc.I had to pay for 2 quarts of oil as my car takes 7 and they have a limit of 5 quarts (which was stated on Groupon). That is normal for cars that take more than 5 or 6 quarts. They only added $3.95 a quart (reg oil), which is reasonable.Staff was polite and fast. Didnt even bring up about wiper blades as mine were fine nor air filter as mine is custom.Nice to see honest people!!!I will be back for sure!
