The experience at the key machine was fine, except $9.00 for one key seemed really expensive. But that is where things got worse. When I got back to my friends house, who was giving me a key to her place, I discovered I had copied the wrong key. So now I have a really cute, expensive key that I dont need, lol!

The key worked preformed perpectly. Just at you said it would. The only hold up was the mail. It took longer to get than in store made. But all worth it. I love the picture on the key.

Needed new keys made for the office and most key places dont carry the type of key I needed. The kiosk let me scan them and then they mailed them to me quickly. The keys work great.

Got my keys quickly — all copies worked great – ordered a few specialty key styles that took a little time to get mailed, but all turned out great and came in a nice little well packed envelope.
