I’ve gone to Strom’s for hemming and tapering on multiple reigning champ and all saints pieces. Excellent work and great detail-oriented service. Couldn’t recommend a better local tailor whose prices and services are as spot-on. Going to go back in a couple of days for dry cleaning! I don’t often post reviews, but I thought my experience here warranted some feedback.

I called them to describe what I need done to see if it was something they can do, and the person answering the phone didnt speak English at all. This seems like its not a very good way to do business to me. The customer-forward people should at least be able to understand the people that come in. :(

Great service, I love the friendly atmosphere the hours are perfect. Ive been to many different dry cleaning business, but I have never been satisfied with there services until I stepped into Storms Custom Cleaners. They just know what you want and how you want it. I drive 20 miles from my house passing over 10+ cleaners just to get to Storms Customs Cleaners. Thats should tell you something about there great satisfaction service.

The people who run Stroms are always friendly and pleasant! They do great work at a reasonable price!

The owner(or staff, older Asian man) was rude as heck! I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Even though Kwan sold this to the new owners, the service is still great. In fact, they have someone who does alterations more frequently now than before. New owners are very friendly and nice.

They came in and clean my whole house for a party that l was organizing. Excellent.

There hours of operation are not exact. I arrive 7 am on Wednesday to pick upy close and it is closed. Online hours of operation are 7am to 7pm. I have now been here 15 minutes and no on has arrived.
