I called looking for a quote on my townhouse. I have two rugs, two long runners, carpeted stairs, a short hallway and three small bedrooms. Gave me a timeframe (12-3) to arrive and called 30 minutes before arriving. Professional booking the appointment, professional on the day of. Their performance on the job was great. Really, really thorough and attention to detail. The guy cleaning my place bought the company a while back from the previous owner, so I had the boss doing the job. Im satisfied and would hire David and his company again. Ive recommended First Class to three of my friends, too.

First class carpet cleaning was prompt, responsive via text messages and very professional. They stayed long a Saturday night to make sure they were able to remove all the stains and get the carpet stretched. The carpet looks brand new and I would highly recommend them!

Worse experience ever. Do not ever get your carpets cleaned by First Class Carpeting Service. My first appointment was suppose to be in the evening before 8 PM and they were a no show. Then they rescheduled me for another day between 5-7 when i would be home, and called me almost 10 TIMES in a 10 minute period at 3 PM wondering why I wasnt there. I then called DAVID who was going to clean my carpets to tell him I thought I made it clear I would only be home by 5 PM. I told him I was getting a little frustrated with how everything was going and he yelled at me and said GO GET YOURSELF A REFUND THEN and hung up! Absolutely the worse customer experience ever. I would have put 0 starts but Google would only allow me to select one in order to post this.

Phone service is horrible. I called and got hung up on I called again and it answered but nobody said anything. I just waited and listened to see what would be said for the next 7 minutes. I heard a guy say “room number 267 the end table to the right of the bed, the veneer is coming off and just needs to be reglued. Should be an easy fix” multiple times. Not sure what he meant. I called again after listening in for 7 min and a guy picks up and says aggressively “this is steve first class”. Before I had a chance to say hello he hung up. Called one last time and i got put through to the voicemail. This was unprofessional and I don’t think I want them cleaning my carpets.

Terrible customer service they scream at you on the phone not to mention they don’t come out for their scheduled time do business with anyone else!
