The ladies there were absolutely awesome. Friendly the second I came in the door. Dont remember her name but she did a great job on my cut. Those ladies really had me missing the PNW.

This visit was terrible. Ive been in before and was always happy. But this trip the woman who did my cut was very unprofessional, l clearly told her how l wanted it done and instead she did it completely different.

Friendly service but the blades were too sharp when cutting the back of my head and neck.

Quick and easy, doesnt break the bank. Professional stylists who are always friendly and efficient. All I ever get is a classic fade but I always looks great when I get my hair cut here.

My daughter got her haircut here. The young woman spent a lot of time and care on it. Everyone is masked up, there is tons of space in the salon and you can wait outside and still see your kid getting their hair cut.

The haircut was fine, no wait, but the stylist hardly said a word the entire time. Commented that my hair is dry but offered no tips or suggestions on how to fix it. Even at Supercuts I usually get better service.

Took my sister in for layers to trim. I would rate it higher than a three if they didn’t provide negative criticism towards the way my sister’s hair looked/felt. The lady had a bit of an attitude and didn’t make her feel welcome, and she didn’t seem like she wanted to do her job, rather rude. However, the trim was well done. I just hope they improve their service for future customers.

Super great service! Yuli is my go to, she takes an appropriate amount of time to make sure my hair is fresh on each visit. Recommend her for any hairstyle.

I always leave feeling my absolute best after visiting. Yuli, is my stylist. She gives honest, yet professional opinions when Im being indecisive. Ive gone from an edgy undercut, to some spunky color, to basic brunette, and I never walk out disappointed.

It was a waste of money and more of butcher than a haircut. I showed reference pictures of what I wanted and the stylist had complained about it that they were too different. Following that, I now have gone from shoulder length hair, to hardly having enough to be considered a bowl. I requested a fuller bowl cut with flair. And they left me hardly any hair for even that, even tried to part my bangs when they were cutting it, when that wasnt something I asked for. Its uneven and I have to get it fixed by someone who actually knows what theyre doing because these people dont listen or have a filter to not be rude in front of their first time customers, especially if they have had this same haircut and these kind of stylists mess it up to the point where I have to trim it or wait for it to grow because it was trimmed too far up.

Worst barbershop I have ever been to. This place sucks, dont bother going. Normally, youd expect a high price to correspond with superior quality - well this wasnt the case here. I couldve literally paid $8, half of what they charge, and gotten a better haircut.The barbers are bunch of amateurs, I advise not to waste your money here.

Where to begin? So I dont normally let people cut my hair because of fear that they will cut TOO much, however, Yuli gave me a total change in hairstyle and I loved it! From long to short/medium in no time. Since then Yuli has trimmed my ends and my hair is halfway to where it used to be :D Hands down the best stylist in the salon.

The lady who cut my teenage daughters hair did a good job didnt speak much so wasnt friendly or unfriendly my daughter liked her. However the guy who cut my hair wouldnt cut it the length I wanted he said my hair was sleek and that I was too old to cut it short and that because I was overweight I needed it longer.

Maybe I came in on the wrong day, but great haircut, however, customer service was subpar. This was my first time to this location. I was not snarled at, but I didnt get a smile neither. I gave a $7 tip (because the haircut was good) just to see if it would crack a smile, NOPE, NOT EVEN A SMILE! I am a minority so that might play a part in it, or like I said, I may have come in on the wrong day and my stylist was not in a good mood. I might give them another chance, but it might be worse the second time around.

My boyfriend took his daughter in for a simple hair wash. Nothing more was asked for, she just needed shampoo and conditioner. They ended up drying and styling her hair without asking and then charged him $52 for it. When he got upset and told them that they never asked for any styling they literally started laughing at him and then wouldnt change the charge on his card. What a joke, a waste of time, not to mention being deceptive and rude. Its called customer service people - needless to say they just lost customers and I hope people read this so they dont end up getting cheated like we did.

Didnt have to wait even though I was a walk-in. Went in for a quick trim & got one.

Asked for JUST a trim! She asked if I wanted clippers. I said NO. Just the Scissors. 1/4” trim.She grabs the clippers and zips a side off my head and asks, how’s that?Well you can’t put it back now can ya.She cut about 3/4” off! I got a military cut regardless for what I asked for. Horrible service!

They recently updated their seating in the waiting area which must account for the price hike above $20 for a subpar haircut that is hit or miss. Im not sure if they think they are some stylish hair salon in the city and not a national chain, but prices are crazy high for what would get elsewhere down the street. Will be taking business to another haircut place.

I have been going to the Burien Supercuts for many years. Natalie (sp) is the best beautician l have been to since l retired from my second career. I wont let anyone else touch my hair!! Make her the manager of the Burien Supercuts and give her a substantial raise, with excellent benefits!

I continue to return to this Supercuts because Mezzy does such a great job! As Johns earlier review says, she listens and tries to give you what you want. She remembers you and knows what she did last time and what you want to change. Friendly, professional, and an excellent stylist - Ive loved my short haircuts!

I went there for a hair cut and I had an Asian hair cutter. She didn’t get what I was asking for at all. Didn’t clean the comb or shaver she used. I ended up with a different cut then I was going for. I ended up getting a boys haircut when I was going for a short female one. WONT BE GOING BACK.

A few things here... Its Supercuts, not a full service salon. If you want someone that has been cutting hair for decades and really understands the intimate details of hair style then you might want to go elsewhere. Most people know that salons like Supercuts & Fantastic Sams are where beginners find work to hone their skills and give them experience. If you have a simple haircut or are just on a budget then this is a perfect place.With that said... There are people out there that just get it... They are born to be hair stylists. They eat, breath and love the profession. These are the people you need to find and follow as they hop from salon to salon to spa... These are the people that not only command but deserve that big tip! And there is one stylist for sure at this Supercuts that is just that Diamond In The Rough.Mezzy.... Her name is Mezzy.I will admit that my hairstyle is pretty basic...or at least use to be. I use to get the basic clipper cut. One guard on the sides, Two guard on the top, faded in a little higher than normal...out the door. Mezzy had no problem with this cut, it was in fact one of the best cuts that I have ever had. She even listened to me and faded the top a little higher that everyone before her, which gave me the high & tight look without the military flat top. KEY POINT....Mezzy was listening!!! She hear me talk, took it all in and over the past few months has pushed & guided me towards a cut that is a little more detailed and less factory look.What I Learned: I was a Basic Haircut kinda guy, not because I wanted it, but because I hated having a messed up head of hair thanks to some random stylist. I also had found someone that loved what they did and took the time to hear what I wasnt saying and cared enough to push me into a the direction I wanted to go but was afraid to go... Like a hairstylist mother that reached back for their kids hand in a crowd.Supercuts, like everything out there, is what it is... Its impossible to Return a bad haircut so its kinda important to get to know your stylist. Start with a basic trim, see how they listen to you, does the conversation flow or are you just a lump of skin standing between you and a cigarette break.Anyway... Supercuts in Burien has some pretty decent people and at least one GREAT one. With turn over what it is in this industry, try not to judge a place on the staff. Find a stylist and follow them!! Forever!! Call and ask for Mezzy! She might be your Diamond In The Rough too...
