A Seattle tow had a quick response, told me $150 for a jump, was charged $171. The price isn’t what I’m giving a negative review. When the tow truck guy showed up, he said something to his son when he saw me; after that, he wouldn’t even look at me; It was highly uncomfortable, and I wanted it to end as fast as possible!I know that feeling and have experienced this several times in my life. I wanted to share my experience to ward off other gays from experiencing what I did. Nothing harmful in English was said to me. I understand there was a language barrier that I could care less about; this was my experience.

Nawaz came to save the day when i had to dispatch a different company because the other wasn’t answering. He came in less than 5 minutes and was an absolute angel! He even called to make sure i made it home safe. I WOULD 100%%%% RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. They are the real deal and saved the day for me. Thank you so so so much!!

I got a flat tire and had to have my car towed about 6 miles, I called around and checked other prices for my car type and distance which were all at LEAST 40% cheaper. I called back later on asking how much it would be and the price they gave me was almost $50 cheaper than what I was charged, when I asked why, the guy I was speaking with didnt have a very clear answer. I feel like they charged me way more just because I am a young girl who was all alone and they just thought I wouldnt bring it up or notice at all. I have never been charged that much for that distance and car type. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Edit: the manager called me to refund me. I adjusted the review to reflect my satisfaction with them reaching out to make it right.The company of Con men and scams. My insurance company sent them and the driver asked for $30 cash, would not take a credit card, added on “Tax“ after we’d already exchange money, and did not give me a receipt. I was a lone female in the middle of the night I did not feel comfortable questioning this large man, but my insurance company assured me after the fact that he should not have asked me for additional money.

Quoted me one price then charged me double will be taking them to court for refusal to pay back overcharge.

Flat tire on the side of the highway with cars flying by. My insurance company picked A Towing told me it would be an hour. They arrived in a half hour. Friendly, helpful and professional best describes the two guys that arrived. Don’t remember their names but the were from Pakistan. After loading my car they pulled out slightly onto the highway to give us sufficient room to get in the cab. They got us safely to the mechanic and easily maneuvered the truck on a busy intersection to unload my car. Highly recommended!

These guys are the best! I sat in a parking garage for almost 5 hours while Roadside Assistance scheduled 4 other companies, who then decided they couldnt get in to tow my car out. A Seattle not only came in the time frame promised, they modified their truck to gain clearance into the garage. And my car was loaded and delivered to a dealership in just a few minutes. I am so thankful! Next time Ill request to call them first!

This may be as much a testament for my insurance companys roadside assistance, but the two guys from A Seattle Towing were awesome. They showed up early, they were super friendly - one even apologized for having to take a call during the loading process - and even made small talk during the drive. Turns out we live in adjacent neighborhoods.I didnt have to deal with the billing side of things, but as for the towing and friendliness they get a full 5 stars. Better than any other company Ive needed to use in the past.

Want to thank Asad and co-worker at A Seattle Towing for coming out to jump my dead battery during COVID19. Very friendly and professional, got my car started and followed me to the Jiffy Lube to make sure I made it. Really appreciate your help!

February 11 in the early evening, my car slid against a building. the tow team managed to winch my car pulling it sideways and then driving it forward. what could have been thousands of dollars of damage is slight scraping of the paint.....they arrived at 11PM and then backed my car into the garage .......they were courteous, caring and i recommend them. maggie Seattle

Worst towing ever. They damaged my runs then denied sungd it! They are rude and gave me the wrong address 3 times and demanded I be there in ten minutes. Their English was horrible to understand. Never by choice would I allow them to touch any vehicle of mine

Got lied to by owner of company about money owed. They would not cooperate trying to reduce my bill. Received no final billing before they immediately sent it to collection. They got quite a racket! No surprise with a used car lot they run right next door!
