I have used these guys since 2017. I have never had an issue with my car getting broken into, or any issue calling a driver when I need to get picked up from Seatac, the employees seem nice and the price is really fair. Highly recommended.

Great experience! This was my first time using a shuttle.parking service, and I will definitely be returning to Ajax. I had called ahead of time to make a reservation and the gentleman that answered the phone was very kind and took the time to answer all my questions. When I arrived, I only had to wait a few minutes before the shuttle came and the driver was incredibly kind, genuinely seemed to enjoy her job and made the quick ride over to the airport and enjoyable one.I would highly recommend Ajax parking to anyone. Much more affordable than parking directly at the airport and was even cheaper than taking an Uber from Seattle.

My husband and I went on a two week vacation and parked our Chevy Silverado with Ajax. We had filled the tank with gas just prior to driving to Ajax. When we got back from our trip and left the lot we were surprised to see that the warning light for filling up our tank was on. We had to stop to get gas before heading home. I called and emailed Ajax. Although I was told both by phone and email that someone would get back to me, no one ever did. I used to think this place was a good deal but not any more.

Ive parked at Ajax dozens of times and thought I preferred the lot over others. However, the litmus test for any company is how they handle problems, and I now know that they FAIL in that department. I parked my car there and got on the shuttle only to find out my flight was delayed and I wouldnt make my connection. When I got to the airport, the agents helped rebook me on a flight 8 hours later. I called Ajax and asked if it was possible to just come pick up my car and bring it back later. The guy didnt know, so he put me on hold to ask, then came back and said, yes, you can do that. What he didnt tell me was that he was going to charge me $11 (daily rate) for less than an hour and that when I brought my car back later, I would have to pay for that day again. I thought surely they would credit me for the day, so I contacted the manager, Kandace. She told me that they have to pay taxes for every one that rides the shuttle and only see about $2 of what I paid them, so if I wanted that money back Id have to call the city and the state and the airport who take all the money from them. This manager had a great opportunity to show me that she cares about her customers, instead she chose empty threats and cynicism. EPIC FAIL Kandace. From now on, Ill drive the extra block to park at Park N Jet.

We love to park here. Relatively inexpensive, with discounts online. Nice quick shuttle, and very helpful staff so far. The spots are uncovered, and the shuttle takes you right to your car when you get back. Just call them and they come and get you in a few minutes.

Had my car here for nearly a year if you add up all the days. So far so good. No excessive waits, vehicle in same condition as when I left. One time I left my lights on and came back to a dead battery. They helped jump me and that was rad. Drivers arent always the friendliest, but honestly I wouldnt be either if I was lifting luggage and doing airport runs all day. All in all, I am quite satisfied with my service here and will continue to use then as my airport parking. Print the coupon for best rate and dont forget which row youre in.

I had zero issues here. The staff were friendly and helpful for my 3 day use. My car was in good condition when I came back. The lot is self parking and the shuttle picks you up at your car. The shuttle also picks you up from the airport very quickly. Prices are some of the best around. My only reason I took a star away is because the sight is a little further from the airport than other lots.

Shuttle wait times are reasonable, both from the lot to the airport, and getting picked up. It may seem farther away from other options on the map, but the shuttle ride is really quick. Reasonably priced.

This is an awesome parking lot. I dont know how they do it, but they do -- they get you to the airport in 10 minutes or so, they watch your car while youre gone, you can call to get picked up and someone will be at the airport in 10 minutes to get you back to your car. Fast, friendly service, the drivers are all uniformly excellent and friendly.Pro tips: (1) reserve your spot ahead of time. They fill up and you might not get a space if you just show up. (2) Be *sure* to get the coupon--its on the website. Saves you money.I use them whenever I am out of town, and its always a pleasure to use their services.

We got in late from our flight due to a flight delay at about 1:15AM. I called AJAX and set up the shuttle pick up, after we had gotten our luggage, and confirmed what Island we would be at in the pickup area. We then stood there waiting for about 30 minutes and watched 30 other shuttles go by and even circle two or three times through, again. We then called back and were told the shuttle driver had come by to pick us up and we were not there so he left, which I think was a complete lie, since we were there, and he never circled around. We had five people in our party all watching for the shuttle and it never passed once. We then waited another 15 or 20 minutes and the shuttle finally showed up. Everything else went okay, but I the shuttle delays and pick up were unacceptable considering we did not make it home until 3:00am, because of this.

Checkin on 9/27/2017 evening was very nice. We were greeted by the manager who gave us a good discount and followed up later with email discount for company employees. Driver was courteous helped with luggage. We were happy we found such a nice off-airport parking.Check out on 10/5/2017 morning was horrible. Called from airport from pickup location 4 times. We were told each time driver is on the way or left 30 seconds ago. We waited outside for 30minutes before pickup at 30F watching other courtesy vehicles making multiple trips. Pickup driver was rude, no courtesy at all. Despite telling him of exact location of our parked car multiple times, he drove right past it, dropped us quiet a distance away. Did not move from his seat for drop off. Not a big deal for us to carry our baggage but this driver was the first courtesy vehicle driver we ever met who did not offer to help with the luggage at drop off.Won’t be using again regardless of discounts they offered for future parkings.

I have always had a great experience at Ajax. There is an online coupon for $8.25, which, with taxes, really comes to about $12-13/day, so its cheaper than uber for me! Ive always experienced fast, courteous service and the location is very convenient when coming from Seattle on 99. Reservations are recommended during high travel time (they prefer you do it every time!).

The only thing apprehensive about this place is the silly name, otherwise its a great lot. They are crisp, quick to pick up, inexpensive, and professional. Its pretty close to the airport. Simply budget about 10 minutes to get from the lot to the terminal.

Your car is parked in safe well lit lot. The daily rate with coupon is currently $8.25 per day very reasonable. The shuttle to & from seatac airport drops you & picks you up on an as needed schedule. The drivers are very helpful & courteous.

If there was a way to rate lower I would. We called 3 times and over an hour wait. Then when the shuttle finally did show up at airport he took everybody but us who had called. When calling again we were told they were busy but only had one shuttle running. Worst customer service ever. They may be cheep but they are not worth the hassle

Wanted to give this company a good review. Everything went as expected. Check in was easy and shuttle to airport quick and efficient. On pickup called for shuttle which arrived within 10mins. Arrived quickly and easily back to our car. Unfortunately on checking out and paying my parking fare I was greeted by an attendant with a bad attitude. My bill was $91usd. I was looking to pay with $100usd cash. Upon seeing that I wanted to use cash the attendant rolled his eyes and said you are the first one today that is paying with cash and I dont have any $1s so youll be getting coins. I guess if you dont want cash you shouldnt have signs saying that you accept cash . As a Canadian resident paying with my credit card means a poor exchange rate and additional currency charges which increases my cost to park at this lot. Additionally this guys attitude and manner of dealing with the situation shows the lack of respect for their customers. I paid with my credit card to avoid a handful of coins and left without receiving a thank-you. Next time Ill be parking somewhere else .

Been using this lot for several years. Never waited more than 2 or 3 min for a shuttle. Theyre courteous and helpful. Cant beat the price with AAA and military discounts. I frequently leave at odark thirty so it is nice driving into a lot that is well lit.

My experience was flat out horrible to say the least, the shuttle says 7 minute pick up 5 minute drive me and my family waited at least 45 minutes at the air port waiting to be picked up. We had 9 people in our group and when the shuttle FINALLY got there it was already full and my entire family had to stand while driving on the freeway including my elderly grandparents. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE AWFUL

Ajax parking is amazing and one of the best priced parking for SeaTac. Call and make a reservation because theyll fill up quickly and the customer service is pretty OnPoint. Plus if you have AAA you get a huge discount. Ive used Wally Park Ive used a number of other parking services and I have to say Ajax is closer than most and probably the best value youll find for parking at the Airport long term or even for a couple of days.

This used to be my favorite parking lot. Relatively inexpensive and convenient. Well, over the last year or so, I have been disappointed. Prices went up so they are not such a good deal anymore (tip--try Groupon deals, or try Skype or Uber). They really put the nail the coffin when they required reservations. I understand, they have become popular and can run out of room. But they require a $5 reservation fee that is supposedly discounted when pay. Well, I finally realized that wasnt the case. I looked at my receipt and the $5 hadnt been returned. I pointed this out to the attendant and his snarky reply was you need to let me know prior to paying. Told me the only way to get my $5 was to call the manager. Geez. I shudder to think how many times they got my deposit before I realized. Oh well.I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because they used to be great.

Good experience with staff parking here for the first time. Unfortunately we unknowingly jumped on the shuttle going to the other lot and had to be shuttled back to the airport to catch the right one. Ultimately it was my fault for not asking, but I wish they would confirm this when boarding. My husband was really irritable after a long flight and acted quite childish during the incident and they handled this with a lot of patience.

Ive used Ajax Parking RUs for many many times. Their rates are very competitive (both AAA and many companies). The lot is located off-aiport, but their shuttle runs constantly and on-demand once you arrived at the airport.

There is no warning about use it or loose it $5 reservation fee. I called and leave invoice # but didnt get my $5 back. So be careful not to make a reservation here unless you will park with them.

Terrible service! After calling and waiting for 15 minutes the shuttle flew by where we were told to wait. My entire family waved frantically, but could not get him to stop. When I called again the man who answered said I probably had not waved and suggested this time I should wave if I would like to be picked up.
