Warning: Do NOT go see this awful dentist. He made unnessary repairs and pulled healthy teeth. He will find something wrong with your mouth just to make a buck. He is only in for the money and does not care about his patients at all. He ruined my mouth. I cannot eat on the right side of my mouth. He keeps no records or progress reports. What kind of professional does not keep notes or reports? He does not keep consent forms either. I went to court against this butcher and won.

On my recent check up to the dentist, I walked in to the office and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff at he front desk. I got checked in fairly quickly and waited under 5 minutes before being walked in to my room. Debbie was friendly and did an amazing job showing me around the office, showing me the advanced technology they use and introducing me to her fellow staff. She took me to my room and made sure I was comfortable before the next person came to see me. My hygienist Connie introduced herself before she started my cleaning, she was very sweet and made sure I felt no discomfort whatsoever during the cleaning process. She took her time and everything went well. Aside from my cleaning I needed a little work done, and thats where Dr. Ruiz, came in while I was with the hygienist to check on me. He took the time to ask if I felt any discomfort in my mouth. (which I literally felt nothing-this was a pain free process- thank you). Together they worked cohesively in making sure my teeth came out great. Once they were all done they made sure I was well and I went on my way with no discomfort at all. My overall experience with this dental office hands down was amazing. Thank you to everyone that made this happen. See you all next visit!

Luis Ruiz was yelling and at employees when I arrived for a check up, 5 minutes later he was yelling at a patient, the environment was terrible so I walked out.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I came to Dr Ruiz and Associates after not taking care of my oral hygiene for many years! I was very anxious but was greeted by the most caring and compassionate team. From the front desk to meeting Dr. Ruiz, every person treated me with dignity and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. I have had three appointments so far and my teeth have improved drastically. I also brought my young kids in for their appointments and both kids were cooperative and engaged - which is an achievement for a dental office! If you are looking for quality care and a comfortable, encouraging environment, look no further.

I’m sure I’m not the only one who doesn’t get excited at the thought of a dentist appointment but this location really turned that around. From the off Debbie was extremely friendly and showed me the great facilities. My first appointment was a robust assessment and treatment plan that i have been following to get my teeth where they need to be. Every staff member and dentist i have interacted with has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the anxiety out of dentist visits. I would highly recommend to anyone who is searching for a new dentist after taking a break from visits for a while just like myself. No judgement and excellent treatment options.

Came here as an emergency patient. Was treated like a king. Was greeted right away. Seated pretty quickly and most importantly was able to come in as an emergency. I highly recommend this office as they truly educated me with what was going on.

This dental office is like no other! Every staff is helpful and very nice and warm. Doctor is great, he makes you feel at home and is perfectionist to your advantage. They make sure youre feeling ok and you are getting way more than what you pay. Daisy is also very nice and just as meticulous as the Dr. Ruiz. Office staff are very helpful and informative. I recommend them with no hesitation at all! Two thumbs up.

First of all the staff here is the most professional and courteous I have ever experienced in my life. I shall be moving ALL my family members here, including in-laws. Im personally under the impression that, in this stage of the world, or era; whichever you may call it, people forget how important professionalism and courteousness is. I had my veneers done by Dr Ruiz. They looked very good and felt very comfortable but some how one of the veneer chipped and my tooth looked less than perfect. Dr Ruiz took care of the problem and instead of only one tooth he wanted to replace both veneers so they would look even and perfect. I really appreciate that Dr Ruiz wanted to make sure that his customer is completely satisfied. I highly recommend Dr Ruiz to anyone who is looking for a good dentist.

Ive been a patient with Dr. Ruiz since 2004 and Im so happy to say that this is my dental home. I have gone to this office for all of my dental needs, from my routine cleanings to my wisdom teeth extractions. Dr. Ruiz has always had an exceptional team that makes sure I am well taken care of! Dr. Hassan, the oral surgeon, recently took care of my wisdom teeth and Dr. Mar helped me get rid of my cavities, and they were so nice. I was so surprised how I felt nothing during both procedures and how they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will always trust Dr. Ruiz and his associates with my smile and helping me keep up with my oral health.

Dr Ruiz is the best. He knows what pain is and he makes sure to make it as pain free as possible. The staff is fabulous. This is the only dental practice I will go to. The people here really do care for the patients.

Ive always only had Dr. Ruiz perform my dental work- he is very personable and Ive been coming to his Dental center for 10 years. Today I instead had Dr. Marr and his assistant Daisy - they were also excellent. Dr. Marr talked me through every step and kept calming me. The relaxing music playing was a good distraction. Alexis, who performed my X-rays earlier was great in making it as quick as possible - rushing in and out of the room before and after the X-ray was taken. Im a big fan of Anna - the hygienist- very thorough and caring. The staff are all friendly and happy. It is a pleasure to attend their offices.

First of all let me just say that like many of us I absolutely dread going to the dentist and I am one of those people who have hopped around to many different dentists through out my life just because Ive never truly been satisfied... until I met Dr Ruiz and his wonderful staff especially Daisy his dental assistant and receptionist Erin. Dr Ruiz is extremely skilled and knowledgable... he is the first dentist to fill my cavity without causing me any pain or discomfort. Not only is he great at what he does, but hes very professional, courteous and you can tell just by talking to him that he loves what he does and truly cares about his patients. I am in the process of getting Invisalign and I could not be more excited. I know hell make my teeth look fabulous!

Do not attend this practice. Doctor Ruiz and staff charge more based on socioeconomic status. Tries to silence bad reviews by threat of legal action. Stay far far away.
