I went to the website, which was very professional, modern efficient and emailed my headshot and received an email from Judith Santillan for a Friday appointment. I arrived there and there were 6 people total for the appointment to read sides, once regularly and once in a character, character chosen on the spot. I followed up the next week by phone with Ms. Judith Santillan and she was either mixed up or she lied to me saying there was no difference between my two readings. Since this is a big agency, especially for children, I thought how horrible and irresponsible it would be to distribute false information. Ms. Santillan is a weak link in this organization, if it were not for the modern and efficient website I would rate my experience with this agency with a 1 star 🌟.
