Based on the reviews I decided to give Refrigerator Repair Burbank a call and Tim did not disappoint. He is wonderful. I am an out of town landlord so am purchasing a refrigerator blind and in the city the space is not easy to fit. Tim was great in helping me choose the right size fridge that fit and at the right price, he is extremely knowledge about his products. Delivery was on time, my tenants are happy and Im happy. What more can one ask for. Thank you!

Great customer service from Refrigerator Repair Burbank. Our fridge quit on us which is always a tough situation, but fortunately Tom was able to show up within about 90 minutes of placing our first phone call to him. This was great news when every other service provider we called had no same day service available. We ultimately decided to purchase a new refrigerator do to the estimated repair cost.

Great service, at a fair price. A man of few words, he knows what he is doing, I had manufactures parts that the approved appliance repair serving my area would not install, despite that two of them were drawers (!) (Yes, there is a reason I couldnt just do it myself). Refrigerator Repair Burbank came out as soon as possible and took care of everything in a jiffy. I can recommend him without reservation.

Based on the other ratings, I spoke with Don, the owner. He talked me through trying a few things and when I opened and re-closed the dishwasher, it started to run. I will monitor the unit to make sure it continues to run and will call Don again, should it need a more thorough investigation and repair.He also provided ideas of what may be causing the issue and an approximate estimate should one type of repair be needed.Thank you.

Great customer service and they did an excellent job fixing my refrigerator! I called on a Sunday, they did a full diagnostic on Monday, and it was fixed by Tuesday! They had to get a part, and it was very speedy. Im so relieved - now I can put groceries in there again and get back to cooking. Im so glad I chose this company - google reviews were correct!

These guys are amazing. Fast, honest, good and value the customer, they also walk you through what is being done. We had another company quote us AND OUTRAGOUS PRICE to fix our refrigerator.The tech who came out for these guys told us a repair that large was not needed and fixed the real issue for a fraction of the cost. My sub-zero fridge all of a sudden stopped working and most of the repair shops couldnt help me out. I called this place and they were more than helpful. Their prices for services were very competitive and very quick.The repair guy came within within a couple hours from calling them. They were very nice and very best about their work. They finished the job within the hour and now my fridge is working as if it was brand new. Definitely recommend these guys.

Called this company of recently to see if they can fix our broken refrigerator. Technician was on time he knows actually what was wrong with it. He changed out the thermostat for a great price it only took him less than an hour. Thanks again I would highly recommend this company
